They have standard chimney cake creations with ice cream but you can make your own if you wish. There was hardly a wait for your dessert to be ready. I got the matcha monster. The ice cream was so soft, light and not too sweet. The chimney cake itself was light, flaky, with enough structure to hold the ice cream. Caution of taking it out of the paper cone wrapper though because I almost dropped the entire thing. The issue is that I've found the bakery open only about half the time I drop by during listed business hours. A few times they were closed early, then the last time I went (last weekend) they were completely closed, with the sign stating "staffing issues." Don't think I'll go back again unless the baked items improve or their hours become more consistent--preferably both!

I respected him for doing that so I made sure to come back next chance I had. The owner Michael went out of his way to make sure everything was okay and make sure my experience turned out great. I really appreciate the fact that even though they are busy, this business still cares about the experience of their customers and their reputation. The owner greeted me, apologized about the last experience and shook my hand and made sure the experience was flawless.
