Crumb of brownie was super tender, on the verge of falling apart. But was moist enough to hang together and it ate okay with a fork. Portion size was large'ish. The chocolate cupcake with the cherry on top, by comparison, was pretty subdued and neutral in flavor. The frosting was standard butter cream so far as I could tell. I forgot to ask her what kind of frosting it would come with, but ended up with a frosting that was subtly sweet and tasted like a combination of cream cheese and buttercream. I side is clean and it is well stocked with cupcakes. The difference, today I had a cupcake that tasted old and dry. My first experience they were light, fluffy, fresh, and moist. Not sure what happened today but I'm going to trust it was just a fluke based on how good all my cupcakes were on Saturday! There was a small issue during transportation that affected part of the cake. What impressed me most was how Ashley handled it. She immediately took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to make it right.
