The owner, Bella, was very friendly and gave us tips on other spots to check out around town. What really stood out is that they don't use seed oils or processed ingredients. You can actually taste the difference. Everything feels lighter and fresher. We tried Terry Bradshaw's favorite - the crème brulee croissant. It was creamy, flaky, and worth the hype. The pistachio cronut was another winner. They bake it not fry it, yet it was perfectly crispy. The cronut also came in Madagascar Vanilla and chocolate fillings. Each pastry was also topped with edible flowers. On top of all this, it came in this cute little Louis Vuitton-style cloth to-go bag that made the whole experience feel extra fancy. I think I'll have to get it again the next time I visit. I received good customer service, which is hard to come by these days. Especially during this pandemic! RBC had a collection of cookie dough pops, ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, and several different kinds of cookies and bars. I got the red velvet ($2), oatmeal toffee ($2), and 2 of the keto samoa bars for $4 each. The samoa bar, although messy, had the right amount of chocolate (I love plenty) and the red velvet was soft, cakey, and big. It's a small little shop but they have a good assortment of things besides the rock candy. They have fudge and the day I went, they were passing out free samples of it. They also have a section with "naughty" themed chocolates and another section where you can purchase Breaking Bad and New Mexico themed souvenirs. I bought a Los Pollos Hermanos shirt on a previous visit. The staff has been very kind on both my visits and they even let you use their single bathroom which is nice of them to do.
