Terry Bradshaw's favorite Crème Brûlée croissant Creamy
    Mitasha P.

Crème de la Crème is located inside Sawmill Market. The Halloween decor caught my attention first and then I spotted the pastries that were so aesthetic looking. The owner, Bella, was very friendly and gave us tips on other spots to check out around town. What really stood out is that they don't use seed oils or processed ingredients. You can actually taste the difference. Everything feels lighter and fresher. We tried Terry Bradshaw's favorite - the crème brulee croissant. It was creamy, flaky, and worth the hype. The pistachio cronut was another winner. They bake it not fry it, yet it was perfectly crispy. The cronut also came in Madagascar Vanilla and chocolate fillings. Each pastry was also topped with edible flowers. On top of all this, it came in this cute little Louis Vuitton-style cloth to-go bag that made the whole experience feel extra fancy. Highly recommend stopping by if you are at Sawmill Market.

YUM! The cannoli's were good some crunchier than others. The tart is what really shined for me. Perfect bottom to the tart with lemon filling and I light smooth meringue top. wow loved it!

The desserts here were delicious and looked absolutely amazing. The server gave me a lot of information about the process and history. They also offered me a sample of the cannoli. I opted for the tiramisu flavored cannoli and was very satisfied.

What a lovely little pastry shop! We wanted to find something special to take to our aunt who is in the hospital and this was an outstanding choice. It is located inside Sawmill Market, a food hall with tons of choices to satisfy most anyone's palette. The owner greeted us and told us all about their ingredients and various pastries. We chose a chocolate slice of heaven (can't remember the name of it), a fruit tart, and a box of amaretto cannoli to share with the family. Our Auntie Jan devoured the tart and was delighted with the rose on top. The other items were equally decadent. Truly, their food is a work of art.

My wife and I have been to Sawmill Market twice in two weeks just to eat the croissants from Crème de la Crème. It's so authentic just like the croissants in Paris. Crunchy layers on the crust and buttery goodness inside that doesn't even need butter. The lady, the son(?) and the chef brought their pastry to our table even if the spot is a food court. They were very nice and patient explaining their pastry. We will be back!

Little savory sweet works of art!

Wow wow! What a find!! Absolute art!! And the taste! I can't wait to come back!! Just watching her work was a treat! We grabbed goodies to go!

Delicious! We tried two tarts--one chocolate shell with strawberry cream and the other Madagascar vanilla custard. We loved it. Beautiful and tastes as good as it looks.

I absolutely cannot believe this place inside the steel mill market area. I mean, I have had some amazing desserts and we really thought it would be kind've basic. However, this stuff is absolutely amazing. Ricardo was amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everything from the presentations, to the taste of the food. You really could just pick something blindly and be amazed at the taste and depth of the food. We had the two amazing desserts, you can eat the flowers. I highly recommend coming here, we've attached some photos of what we had. Hands down some amazing food here. Just as a heads up, you will spend some money on desserts, but it is worth it for a treat.

Incredible bakery located inside of sawmill market the old town area. The pastry chef uses chocolate from france and really high quality ingredients. You can tell this shit is fancy when you eat it. I absolutely recommend creme de la creme if you are looking for a place with the highest quality and most delicious pastrys. Be advised that the prices are HIGH, like really REALLY high. But it reflects the time effort and quality put into each item!

Ooooooh! A gorgeous and delicious spot to get your favorite sorts of pastries -- croissants, tarts, cannolis, and so much more. Crème de la Crème is a gem of a shop. You arrive and are greeted some really sweet and helpful staff that wants to help you choose from their selection of handmade goods. The executive chef, Armani, is seen crafting as you walk up to order. During my first trip, I ordered amaretto cannolis and a tart filled with crème and topped with blackberries and pistachios. Both were delicious - the presentation alone is beautiful and the flavors are unmatched. The creamy filling contrasted with the crunch of the pistachios make for a great treat. The decor is also gorgeous. The perfectly positioned poinsettias and Christmas colors will bring a smile to your face! Go and check them out!

Chocolate crust, pink crème inside with raspberries on top!

I happened to be at the sawmill and had to stop and get a little something to celebrate for an early for a bday coming up! Not too sweet-just right-and so beautiful! I had the chocolate crust with red raspberries on top and a strawberry crème inside. However, I may have gotten that wrong of the crème. It might have been another berry, but it was pink and delicious. I shared with husband and enjoyed every bite. See my pic! I found out a new restaurant owned by the same people will open late May or June in the uptown area! Be on the lookout! Coffee will be a specialty among other things!
