We visited in mid-afternoon and were able to wait inside the AC'd shop while a few parties were ahead of us. The staff seemed to spend individual time with each customer, which made the whole experience feel really personal. When it was our turn, I was surprised that we were given a flight of gelato to sample. We started with a palate cleanser, then moved from "Satin," a golden kiwi sorbet, toward "Leather" and "Airplane Mode," which were both very chocolate forward flavors. Everything tasted great, but I ended up choosing "Bouquet of Flowers," a vanilla base with almond cake and house-made raspberry rosewater jam. It kind of tasted like wedding cake and I paired that with "Chintz," a dulce de leche flavor. The gelato itself was very creamy, and honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the flavors! Their sizing is a little confusing, but I went with a "megabyte" (regular) for $7.75. This is more of a grab-and-go type of shop, but there was one bench near the porch where my friend and I sat to enjoy the free AC.
