We work with Eli most often, and he has never been anything but truthful and helpful; even going above and beyond when helping us hunt down hard to find auto parts. When I started calling the Detroit area came across best tires very close to where my sister lives that I was visiting. Their price was about 40% less than I could find it for anywhere in Wisconsin. The tires I was quoted in Wisconsin were for the most part brand name, and these that I bought from best tires were not. They were offbrand and I paid less because of that but they still have the 60,000 mile warranty as I was expecting. I will be returning this may my neighbor will need tires for his late model Silverado, and when I called best tires they buy the least expensive prices out there. I did look at another place very close and they were about $50 less but I got put on the back burner and the manager of that other store never emailed me my information for tire prices, tire size tire style etc. even after calling and reminding him twice. I will go back to tires and pick up the next set for my neighbor and bring them back to Wisconsin upon my return. I see reviews where people think they got poor service, and I was in the autobody industry for 35 years before I retired and everybody slips through the cracks sometimes. They told me I had a leaking valve cover on my engine. Even though I brought my car there for an oil change 1 month prior. Never been serviced by anyone else than the Chevy Dealer so I thought this was very worrying that this was not caught nor had I been told at the oil change that this was a problem. Weirdly that oil change was given for free as a 2 for 1 deal since I went in with my significant other. I decided to ignore them and just watch the oil. Went to get my next oil change back at the dealership and they actually said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was wrong other than some air filters. Very odd! My first time working with Kerner's. Big Thanks to Kyle and the team there for making my car (and…read moreme) happy again! I asked them to perform an alignment on my Mazda this week after I replaced the suspension components myself a couple months ago. In doing so I had screwed up the alignment enough that I thought it would spin out without warning! They were a bit reluctant obviously because I had done the work (and I was reluctant to ask them) but they were able to find and correct the error to make my car drive straight and true again. Once they were able to get around to my car, they did an inspection and found a washer that I'd installed in the wrong place! :-D They were then able to realign the wheels relatively quickly and easily. And the cost was slightly less than other places I'd surveyed. (I was worried they might lose money on this job.) I no longer fear my car will spin out from misalignment. And now I can get new tires without worrying about chewing them up! They gave me the before-and-after numbers, so if the tire place tries to say I need an alignment, I can just wave that at them. :-D Really hope I get to work with Kerner's in the future. I took my car in for a fluid leak, they were able to fix it but also found an issue with my…read moresuspension system. They 'fixed' that issue, but when I picked my car up there was a new clunking noise. I took it back in the next day and they said another part was broken with the same area of suspension. They then tried to get me to spend another $800 to fix this issue, and worked around saying they didn't break that part. This establishment, in my opinion, was trying to get more money out of me for an issue they caused. I will never recommend this place to anyone, and will never go back. Might I add, the part that broke was only 5 months old.
