Customer service was garbage, luckily their food isn't or i'd never come back here. One of the few places that offers a veggie burger in my local area. Not to mention they have that young spicy ketchup that literally cannot be found anywhere else. Oh, I recently discovered that they offer a variety of add-ons to your burger! Sadly, pickles are not one if them. You can powersive fries and drinks. One of the best things they have is powerade! I hate soda and love that this is an option. I agree.. how can you write a negative review based off chips and dip you got for free or a late night coffee drink (probably after bar hopping) ? Ah, Baker's .... my guilty pleasure every time I'm out in Riverside County. First, the price is comparable to Del Taco or In N Out, so that's great. The hamburgers are almost as good as In N' Out, and the bean burritos are a uniquely amazing treasure: soft, powdery flour tortillas filled with deliciously thick melted cheese and creamy, rich refried beans (the good kind, where there are whole beans in there, not just mystery paste). I've never found another place that has bean & cheese burritos quite like these. They're far from authentic (there's better places for that), but they hold a special place in my heart... and stomach. This is a great place for a quick bite. If you're tired of the same ol food, give bakers a try! It is a great combo of mexican and american. Their fries are addictive! Beware once you have one you want the 1/2LB size! The oreo shake is awesome and I always get the monterey chicken sandwich and my fiance is in love with the tacos with sour cream. If you've never been than you should head down there the next time you're in the mood for some good fast food. read more

Been going to this place since I was a child.. The prices have gone up and staff is more rude especially at the drive thru. The wait time for a two bean and cheese burrito combo is about a half hour that with fries and a tea at the drive thru! Ridiculous!! Prices are high and food has really gotten worse since I remember. I only go here when I'm desperate for food and it's so close to my house. The staff could be a little more friendly and quicker in the kitchen. read more

Not sure why Bakers doesn't have better reviews. Bakers is like Del Taco on steroids. It's not quite as good as Del Taco Barstow but it's close. Besides their burritos and tacos being awesome, they have the best hot sauce too. read more

Why do they always change a good thing. It's been years since I have been to bakers and I stopped by to get a shredded beef quesadilla which is now called a barbacoa quesadilla so I ordered it and it tasted horrible,not at all what I remember. I guess I won't be going back there anymore, I didn't even eat it I just tossed the whole thing. The tan slightly chubby guy with a mustache in the front needs a promotion now!!!!!! I had just got back from afghanistan (army) and I was eating here with my wife, dad, and dad's family. This guy was so friendly and accomidating. He portioned the food perfectly for the kids. He cleaned up a spill that my step brother had accidently done, with no problem. He was happy to work there. He actually made me happy. I tried to call corporate to tell them they need to promote this kid, but I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Just think, this happened a while ago, and I still haven't forgetten my great experience at baker's. Awesome, just plain awesome. read more

Past by the drive thru at lunch hour 11:30Am. Ordered our food and Barb at drive thru took our. We asked for no sauce on one burger. We said plain she immediately said that's NOT called plain!! Okay well she did understand what we were referring to. There was no need to call us out like that. I would say that was rude customer service! We pulled Up to the window there was No cars in front or back of us till 3mins later a car pulled Up behind Us. Let me say we waited in drive thru for more than 6min till we got our food then she hands us our food and drinks Last! She did Not ask if we need any condiments, she handed us our food have a good day and closed the window. Well we did want ketchup for our fries but after that we just drove away. Got home and they still put sauce on the burger we asked No sauce on. Let me say there Lettuce was OLD fries were cold. That was not no 100% baby cravings it was Gross!! Bread was not expected like bakers should be. Never again! They did loose customers for Good. We'd rather drive 10miles for Better customer service and Great Fresh hot food in Riverside by Tyler. read more

I normally love baker burger. This time I was a little disappointed. Small rant but the fries had s bad burnt aftertaste and it appears the maybe the grease is old. Every time I come to this location the employees look and act like a bunch of zombies. Never say thank you, never say please. Never smile, always take entirely too long to get the order out. The burgers are pretty good, they toast the buns and the lettuce is shredded. The nacho supreme is delicious and quite a portion. The staff is super friendly and I can't really ask for more. read more

Few years ago, they would always get my burrito wrong. But since then my family and I have had no problems with this Bakers. Came here tonight and the exceptional service we received inspired me to review. I'm an ex In N Out Employee, so I'm very picky when it comes to restaurants and service. As soon as we walked in Breanna at the register greeted us. After we looked over the menu, I walked up to the counter to order and Breanna greeted me again with a big smile and kindly asked me for my order. My order is kind of complicated but she got it the first time. I didn't order a combo but she asked "would you like to make that a combo misses?" Incredibly polite. (Nothing worse than a rude, unhappy employee waiting on you!) The food was great! My boca burger was perfect. The restaurant was clean and an employee was tidying up the dining room when we left. This place was ok in my book until i went there late one night around 11:30pm (thats how hungry i was). I order my food and when I got home, i opened my cheese bruger and it was fresh. I took my frist bite and to my surprise there was something off,so I spit it out and inside was a long black hair. disgusting. I threw my food away and called them rght away the lady told me that she could give me another burger WTF. I told her I dont want any food from them, I want my money back. She said there was no way they could give me my money back because they are closing. I asked what if I come in tomorrow she said still they would only be able to give me more food, by now I'm pissed . So I told I was going to get a hold of the BBB and call the health department then she said ok ill give you our customers service number maybe they can help. Nope they didnt just took my statement and said they'd look into it and I haven't heard back from them yet. Please beware people and know this is how you get treated from this restaurant and you should have rights when you're a paying customer and shouldn't have to take what ever they want to give you for there neglect.
