Food, customer service, and having the correct order never changes. Thus why, this location gets five stars. I stop by in between work hours and this place never disappoints. My go to order is now a side salad with ranch and extra crisps, their tortilla soup and either strips or nuggets. Their brownie and cookie is fire so make sure to order that on the side. read more

By the time we got home and opened our kids meal 5 count chicken nugget we noticed it only had 4 and to add onto that we found a black long hair. It was deep fried into the chicken. Worse customer service of any Chick fil A by far. Very disorganized. I have been here a few times and swore never to come here again, but my daughter always convinced me because it was closer. Drive thru customers are very rude and will not let you through to parking. No one on staff to control drive thru. They could at least put up a sign that says "Do not block parking". read more

I love Chick-fil-A and CBU has remodeled what used to be the bookstore into this awesome "fast food" chain. Because it's on campus, be aware that there will be long lines during lunch and dinner hours. The service is fairly decent. Depending on what you order, some may take longer than others. The people there are friendly and the food is great. I highly recommend their chicken sandwich. Who knew that a simple chicken sandwich would taste so delicious? Be sure to get the house sauce. It's totally bomb. CBU is a Christian private school and it's awesome that they were able to get one on campus. It's right next to Wanda's Cafe. =) read more

Up to Saturday, my experiences with this chick-fil-A was good. On Saturday my son and I did NOT have a good experience at all. We were asked twice my name if our order was correct . However when got to the window she asked if I was Judy I said yes and we got our order. Immediately we saw our drinks were NOT our drinks. So we decided to check our order , so we had to tell them it was incorrect and wait for our correct food order . Then we did not get our sauces , or condiments or straws it silverware. I redeemed a coupon for a free order of Chick-fil-a minis yesterday morning and they were so tiny. You would need 2-3 orders to fill yourself up. Then, I returned in the afternoon for my free chocolate chip birthday cookie. Surprisingly, it was much better than I thought it would be- a nice, warm chocolate chip cookie. Food is delicious! Customer service is great! However, the way you have your drivethru set up is a safety concern. I almost got hit walking cutting they the cars because property management does not allow the cars to wrap around like before. I'm telling you that's an accident waiting to happen! Absolutely an amazing place with phenomenal service! First time customer and definitely been coming back every now and then since. I had stated how it was my first time eating Chick Fil A ever (I know, crazy, right?). Not only was I given a great run down of the menu and excellent suggestions but I had a nice little surprise from the staff. Upon opening my meal at home, I found two complimentary cookies in my bag and boy was I impressed. What a great impression to make on me for being a first timer! The first review I read when looking up this location talked about the drive thru team, which is non-existent. This is a walk-in location in the commons of the college campus. It is accessible to the general public with public parking spots nearby on campus. They require you to wear a mask while ordering at the window which was the deterrent for us- vaccinated for almost a year and don't carry a mask around in my purse anymore. It is unfortunate because there were students sitting mask-less 10 feet away from us. read more

This Chick-fil-A is inside the college campus of California Baptist University. It used to be a bookstore. Now they have remodeled the building and put in this Chick-fil-A. We do not currently go to this college. However, we have eaten here a few times and have really enjoyed the food. It is always clean and they are quick to serve you. This place is quite busy because there are many college students that eat here as well. They have a big dining area that is connected with another great restaurant called Wonda's. We always enjoy coming to CBU for many different types of activities. When we do, we eat at this Chick-fil-A. Unlike other colleges, the parking at CBU is free. We hope it stays that way. This way we can continue to support on campus businesses like this. read more

I had been craving chic fil a for a while now and finally got my fix!! I loveeee that cbu decided to have one on their campus in the main front building for easy access to all. I'm not a student here but work really close and it's nice to have something out of the normal subway and bakers within my working area. The staff is super friendly and smiley and efficient. I got the deluxe spicy chicken sandwhich meal and was a little under 10 bucks. Food was great, even burned myself a little because it was fresh out the oven lol. Will be coming here again!!
