Wow looking at all the bad reviews, I almost didn't stop at this location. But I'm glad I did. I had a decent experience. The Drive-Thru wasn't very busy. No line. (Probably because of all the bad reviews on Yelp lol) I pulled up and ordered. Then continued to the window. My food was already done. That was super duper fast! Wow. I ordered a boca burger and French fries. I also got a cheese burrito. My boca burger was a little dry but I gobbled that thing so fast! French fries were salty and yummy. Now to my cheese burrito... It was not cooked. The cheese wasn't warm or melted. I was definitely bummed about that. The service from the young lady was good. This will be my first time trying the chili cheese fry. My opinion is that chili cheese fries were just okay. The chili is bland and needs seasoning. The cheddar cheese had no flavor. I like weinersnitzel chili cheese fries compared to these. The double cheeseburger has 2 very thin patties and is very small. I excused his actions because he was young and immature. Today's order was a disappointment. The tortillas are different. They don't taste as good as the other tortillas. When you get your order it's cold bye the time you get home. Changed there menu. Paid over six dollars for a shake when you can go to Jack in the Box for a large shake under six dollars. I come here pretty often during my lunch break. Only in the drive thru during lunch hour. And I just want to say that the staff there are great at multitasking and work efficiently. Cars are always moving and I hardly have to wait to get my food or have to ask for hot sauce or ketchup! My food is always warm and delicious. I'm a huge fan of their Monterey chicken sandwich and pollo asado burrito. Yum. And they just never disappoint.
