So good!! We got to experience this food truck during our visit to Hamilton's brewery & it was definitely worth it. I got the smash fries and the chilli cheese burger. The flavor was excellent!! Sauces are 50 cents extra and the customer service was solid. Definitely looking forward to trying more menu items next time. read more

My experience was a good one. They serve out of their food truck at one of my favorite breweries, Hamilton's, which made it even better. Once again, it was a great experience. I really liked how the onions were cooked--they added a nice sweetness to an already delicious smash burger. The workers were polite and very helpful throughout my visit. I would say it's a little pricey for what it is, but the quality of the food definitely makes up for it. Their location at Hamilton's is perfect because you get to enjoy great beer paired with a great burger.There is also plenty of seating area at Hamilton's to enjoy this burger. read more

I just visited this food truck at Loma Linda Sunday Market. The service was good. My family are fry heads, so we all ordered fries some variation of fries. The reason for three stars is that one dish in particular, the chili cheese fries, are not good at all. I'm guessing their chili is something you'll either love or hate, and no one in my family liked it. It was completely inedible, and for $17, that's a risk no one should take. read more

Don't run, sprint! lol I'm not even finished with my food yet and felt the need to come on here to let everyone know about the amazing fantastic food I'm eating. First time trying this place so me and my fiancé had to order a variety of things. We ordered the fried zucchini sticks, the smash fries, Bourbon Bacon Burger, and the Chili Cheese Burger. Every SINGLE item was full of flavor and yummy goodness. I was craving fried zucchini and all the flavors and crunch was there I will say some of the zucchini fries could have just a little bit more zucchini in them but overall fantastic. I'll definitely be ordering them again. That RANCH they give for the zucchini fries, holy cow. That's on a whole other level. I am a big ranch fan and super picky when it comes to ranch so me saying it's a 10 out of 10. ‍ means a lot lol The bourbon burger is very flavorful and a little sweet because of the bacon jam 10/10. My fiancé really enjoyed the chili cheeseburger. I tried it as well. Definitely another 10 out of 10. And he is not a chili cheeseburger person, but he said it was so good. The smash fries is where it's at also because They are full of flavor. The man taking our order was super friendly and helpful. Gave us complimentary Juice which was also FIRE. The ghost Burger was delicious, and the zucchini fries were amazing. I used the ranch and catch up mixed so I can dip my zucchini fries and my normal fries. Everything about the food was great, you could tell the quality of the meat was better than any other smash patties we've tried so far. My family loved their smash burgers, the pickles were nice crisp and fresh and the food was made fresh too. Definitely a must try. read more

The bald eagle continues to soar above this beautiful country. Shoutout these burgers, some of best I've had in the Rancho/Fontana area. The patties are made with brisket and you can tell through its leaner nature. Better than most smash burgers since it's not super oily and I don't feel like I'm pregnant after eating it. Loved the brioche buns, just wished they were a bit more toasted. Patties were great, wished there was a bit more salt/crispier. Sauce was OK (felt like it was missing something) and I got a fried egg, that was really good too. Fries were BOMB, well seasoned and very crispy. Would love for more onion, I couldn't really tell they were there. Overall super good burger, some tweaks would make it absolutely amazing in my opinion. read more

The burger was probably the best burger I have ever had... way better than in and out and high end burger joints like eureka or back abby... Recently had the opportunity to give these guys a try at our usual Thursday night trivia stop @ Alosta Brewing in Covina. They do a really tasty smash burger. It's nice and simple with cheese, pickles, onions and a secret sauce. The patty was perfect, well cooked with nice lacey and crispy edges- just what you are looking for from a smash burger. I mean, it's what I'm looking for. You may be looking for a burger that can do your taxes. If that's the case, this burger will disappoint you. Burgers are generally bad at math. The fries my combo came with were not only perfectly crispy and delicious, but very good at math- so make sure you get those if you want something delicious or need a tutor. Nice people too. All the reviews are correct... this place serves up real smash burgers, and damn good ones at that! I was gonna grab a double smash and go home to eat it, but I ended up killing it in the parking lot (I'm still here, just finished eating lol). Now I'm debating if I want to get out of my car and try something else. I guess I'll behave for now lol. Hopefully next time they'll have the zucchini fries... they were super nice and gave me a sample of their regular fries (thank you!), which weren't bad, but still looking forward to the zucchini. Very good! Got double brisket chili smash burger and double smash burger. They mix brisket into the ground beef mix and you can definitely tell - it's a lot leaner than a normal patty (in a good way) Fries nice and crisp too. Only at this location on Wednesdays but the owner said they would start serving at the Friday night market in Rancho Cucamonga. read more

Caught this place at Foodie Friday's Market in Rancho Cucamonga! My boyfriend and I shared the smash fries and Ghost burger and it was so good. Been following these guys for a year and finally gave them a try. I have to say I regret not going sooner! I tried the bourbon bacon jam burger and regular smash burger. So today we had an adventure!!! We went to mars brewery in Rancho Cucamonga , where we had the incredible fortune to meet Bog and Matt 2 brothers with a true gem of a food truck establishment. Wow I have yet to find a flavorful and juicy smash burger I loved and now I have. What an incredible experience we came for the beer, but damn those burgers!!!!! Very affordable for a food truck, love that aspect. These business owners have great personality and know their way around a burger. I ordered the double down combo, which is a delicious melt in your mouth burger with two patties, loads of yummy cheese, grilled onions, bread, and butter, pickles, and smash sauce. Can I tell you I thought this was the most perfect seasoned burger I have had in a very long time.. my husband ordered bourbon bacon burger wow does it look delicious the burger was juicy according to our chef it is their signature burger. I also enjoyed my crispy Delicious fries, from start to finish this meal was a home run! Love their set up as well. They truly make you feel welcome. I'm not a foodie by any means but my wife and I have been trying random pop ups. We tried Bogs and have been stalking them since! My favorite is the double but dang is that Bourbon Burger amazing too. I add the egg and jokingly ask for it "Richards way" by having them add fries....speaking of which I love them crinkle fries. My family and I stopped by on a weekday at lunch, and there were barely any customers. We decided to order through the drive through. Service was friendly and extremely fast. Their menu is extensive and, as first time visitors, we had a ton of questions. The woman on the other end of the speaker was patient with us as we tried to finalize their orders. Our ordered consisted of - 2 Pastrami Burgers - 1 order of the value Chili cheese fries The pastrami burger was fine. It wasn't extraordinary but also wasn't awful. It was a solid burger with good pastrami. The fries were fried crispy and the chili had good flavor with a bit of a kick. Unfortunately, immediately after this meal and through the next day, my husband and I contracted some sort of stomach bug. It was such a shame because we wanted to love them and possibly revisit. We could have just come in an off day, but we're not willing to take the risk to come back and re-contract whatever we got from our meal.

I stood there waiting while the same employee continued making rounds and chatting with dine-in guests. Thankfully, another employee noticed me and asked if I needed help. I asked if the order on the counter was mine, and she confirmed it was. I then asked about my drinks and custard, and she said she'd bring them out. After grabbing a spoon and returning, the drinks and custard were sitting there with no employee in sight. I grabbed my food and left. Once I got home, my daughter asked where her juice was that was supposed to come with the kids meal. That's when I realized they forgot that too. Worst service ever if you're not dining in. The lack of communication, attention, and care with a simple mobile order was extremely frustrating. Definitely not happy with this experience and will not be coming back.
