New **BEWARE THEY SERVE COMPLETELY RAW CHICKEN** Had a disgusting experience with this location. Ordered the crispy chicken wrap via DoorDash today.. took a couple bites to realize that it's completely RAW inside. This is completely unsafe, unsanitary and unacceptable. I couldn't believe it was raw inside and then I went to check the rest of the wraps ordered and it was also raw. I called the store right away and spoke to the manager and she didn't even care that it was raw. Her response was "you can come to the store to get new ones" I don't want new ones because I'll never ever eat Baker's again and also why would I come to the store when I ordered delivery on DoorDash. There's zero accountability for this issue serving RAW CHICKEN. Her attitude towards the situation seemed that she thought I was lying or making up that it's raw. Very strange and nonchalant. My family and I will continue to get to the bottom of this issue. It will not be left alone or unheard.

Thin patties and it's not a smash burger.

I always love stopping at bakers on the way to Vegas but this last visit was disappointing. The prices went up which is expected in this economy but the food went down. The burger patty is super paper thin! It was always on the thinner side compared to other establishments but this is just ridiculous. They also used to load it up with lettuce but they skimped on that too.

It is suppose to be a Monterey Chicken Sandwich. But no chicken.

I wrote a review about bakers and the problem I had with them. The bakers on Main st off the 15 freeway in Hesperia. They got back to me and told me to get ahold of customer service. This company has no respect for their customers. I tried going on the website they told me to go to. bakersdt.com. Guess what I did and it is a bogus website. What kind of company does this.

Absolute trash. Can't even order with an actual human, and then get puked together trash. A cold cheeseburger with cheese that wasn't even melted. But the employees are sure f**king off.

Thien Tam Vegetarian Restaurant proved me completely wrong. The standout dish for me was the vegetarian Bún Bò Huế, and honestly this is where they won me over. The broth was deeply flavorful, rich, and aromatic with that signature Huế spice and lemongrass heat. It had real depth and complexity, not a watered-down substitute version. The plant-based proteins had great texture and absorbed the flavors beautifully, to the point where I never felt like anything was missing. This wasn't "good vegetarian food." This was just excellent Vietnamese food, period. Everything tasted fresh, portions were generous, and the balance of spice, savory, and brightness was spot on. Even as someone who regularly eats traditional Bún Bò Huế, I was genuinely impressed by how satisfying and comforting this version was. Service was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere made it an easy place to relax and enjoy the meal. If you're vegetarian, Thien Tam is a must-visit. If you're an omnivore who thinks vegetarian food won't hit the same, I assure you the food here will make you rethink that assumption.

The peanut sauce is on point, which made the spring rolls so tasty. The lemongrass was good, but it was a bit too sweet, and I feel like the sweetness really overpowered the lemongrass. I didn't really taste much lemongrass in the chicken. I personally think the banh xeo lacked coconut milk flavor; thus, it wasn't as creamy as I expected. I also tasted a little bit of sourness in the banh xeo's skin, but it wasn't really a big deal for me.

They used to have made-to-order food but now they switched to buffet style. It's small but it's special since it's the only veg buffet in the area. I think it's a wonderful and fun switch. I haven't had a "good" buffet experience since I started eating vegetarian 8 years ago!! When we go to a normal buffet, the options are so limited (even more when you're vegan) but it can't be helped if the rest of your party wants to go and aren't veg. The food tastes pretty decent and "clean." Nothing feels super artificial or incredibly greasy or unhealthy. I think the only thing I wasn't fond of was the bok choy because it was a tad over-salted. I would love to go back and try their instant ramen bar too! They had two noodle machines and a toppings bar. On the other side of it is where you can choose from three drinks and add in drink toppings as well. They had milk tea, a Taiwanese black tea, and an herbal tea. All drink options were on the sweeter side so if sweet isn't your thing then just stick to water! Service is mainly just when you walk in and pay for the food so I can't speak much on it. It's self-serve and you throw away your own plates, bowls, and utensils as they are disposable types. I personally think it'd be better to switch to reusable because it would make less waste but I suppose they offer what they can handle within their means. I would definitely come here again!

We came with a group on a saturday and they were able to seat us immediately - plenty of parking in the large plaza where the Hat and Shiki Buffet is (previously hometown buffet location). All of the items on the menu were intriguing, but I was eyeballin' the salt and pepper one and the fried tofu. My buddy got the lemongrass "chicken" and also the curry with bread. Since we were eager to try the different types of food, we did a family style and that was the best decision. We also got eggplant, and the rice cake/egg. I thought the rice cake looked underwhelming, but our entire group had a consensus and voted that as the top fave of the night. Everything was super tasty and we left happy and full and with leftovers! Super excited to return and to recommend to others. I look forward to come back to try some of the other items such as the "beef" noodle soup or the bun rieu or pho! I also appreciate that some of the dishes came with rice included -we actually ended up with too much rice, but perfect for leftovers the next day. Upon checking out, there was delicious thing by the cash register that was green and resembled a bundt cake in slices. It was labled mochi pandan, and it was AMAZING. so spongy, so delicious and a little sweet. Perfect end of the night that my buddy got one to go right after. It was made fresh and you can tell by how soft it was. I appreciate that this restaurant has vegetarian versions of common vietnamese and chinese dishes. They all were delicious and unique and did not feel too oily or heavy. They look and taste like meat and also the sauces were 100% on point. Thank you Happy Buddha!!
