It's like walking back in time when you walk into this nondescript little storefront. It's fairly cluttered and in some ways almost like a museum for locks and safes, but you know whatever you need they probably have it or can get it for you. Best locksmiths around. These folks; George, Dawn have been helping me out with my locks for years especially the old school locks. My dad turned me on to them about 40 plus years ago. I recently visited them regarding an E-series Front Door Handle assembly that has had better days. George and Dawn immediately recognized it and said they would have to rebuilt it or I'd have to replace the door or fill the 1-3/4" gap! Yes, unfortunately due to the length of the plate, its original bores were taller than anything available on the market. They said it would be a bit expensive however, I opted for them to rebuild the lock mechanism. I went home, a few hours later I received the call that it was completed. Immediately just looking at it I could tell they had retained the original workmanship and mechanics of the lock. It worked great. Turns, opens, latches and locks just as it had originally ...solid! I have been using this company since the beginning of 2014. Today, I hired them again to rekey my home. Called them first thing in the morning, and they were able to come in 30 minutes. The job took 40 minutes for do 7 locks. Again, it is very polite, professional, efficient, and quick. One thing that really gets my goat is deceptive advertising. Being available, or "on-call ", is not the same as being open. Their hours at their location are not 24/7. As a matter of fact, they are only open 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday and closed on Saturday and Sunday. So when I drove 5 miles to come here specifically because their yelp listing said they were open and because I needed to bring a lock to a locksmith to have it re-keyed, and found them closed with posted hours saying the above, I was a little perturbed. read more

On April 26, 2019 I had to re-key the locks (deadbolts and handle locks for a total of 8) because a key set got lost or dropped or left behind somewhere... I called ahead and got a price. Duplicated the keys for our camper...just in case. One key was cheap and stamped out of sheet metal. Its barely a key. They made a copy. It took some time. He worked outside at the camper with files to get it right. I don't think a young/new locksmith would have cared enough, taken the time or had the skill to do it! He also gave me feedback on two specialized locks I ordered for the hitch pin and hitch swing arm. They were are not good locks.
