If you do need a ride anywhere don't use this service.

The bus was on time, picking up at 5:00am and it was decently clean on the inside. There was some accumulated debris ( food, paper, etc) on the floor of the bus, but not overwhelming. The seats were cloth and in good shape. They reclined enough to be comfortable. The bus came from San Francisco to Bakersfield then Vegas. The Bakersfield pick up location was at 22nd and Eye Street at the downtown bus station, lane L. There's a sign where they pick up. This service to Vegas is a great deal and recommended.

When I called them, the only person who was available was a dispatcher who said there was nothing she could do to get our bus back to us. Now 65 students won't get their end-of-year trip. I am also recommending that our district remove them from our preferred vendor list.
