When I asked whether Golden Empire Transit accepts student IDs for free rides, she refused to look up the information and told me to "Google it myself." She also cut me off when I asked whether routes serve shelters. I remained calm throughout the call. The representative was rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to provide basic transit information or referrals.
