Dr Ghodsian was a gift. After months trying to figure out what was wrong with my 21 year old…read moregrandson, numinous doctors, exams and procedures, I found Dr. Ghodsian. His office is in Southern California but he goes to Bakersfield once a month and that is where we saw him. Very friendly and yet professional at the same time. My grandson was nervous, as you can imagine, but Dr Ghodsian put him at ease immediately. He asks questions and gives answers. He diagnosed my grandson in one visit and set him up on a routine to improve his quality of life. The answers he gave us hit the nail on the head, and we were so relieved that there is no more procedures or surgeries involved. We walked out of the building with smiles on our faces. If the doctor was a general practitioner I would hook up with him immediately. Loved him and HIGHLY recommend you go see him first with your "butt" problems. We could've saved ourselves a lot of time, money and pain if we had just gone to see Dr. Ghodsian first. Oh! And his staff are wonderful, they work with you and make this process easy, answer all your questions without making you feel like you are just another number on a chart.

We live 2 hours away and our appointment was scheduled for 9:30. On our way there we received a call telling us that appointment was changed to 10:30. When we arrived we were then told that it would be another hour because the doctor had gotten stuck in traffic on his drive over from Malibu. We tried to check in to our motel room but the room wasn't ready. When we went back to Beautologie at 11:30, the young man at the counter said that we could wait in the outer room. Several people we spoke to said that the person they were with had been taken in at 7:00 a.m. Other clients came to the door throughout the day but were not allowed to stay in the outer room where we were due to COVID restrictions and there only being 2 chairs. They were told to wait in their vehicle until called. After repeatedly asking the young man when we were going to be seen, he disappeared for over an hour. My daughter had not eaten anything since 9:00 p.m. the night before and was starving. She FINALLY got taken back around 3:30 for prep and taken in for surgery around 4:30. There were 2 patients that were scheduled after her. I picked her up a little after 6:00 p.m. and we went to our motel. She was in extreme pain and had been sent home with 0.5 mg of Tramadol, which did nothing. My bull-mastiff was prescribed 0.50 mg of Tramadol when she had surgery, so you can see the dosage was inadequate to begin with. We returned the following day because my daughter was in tears, and they gave her an additional medication, Amitriptyline 25 mg, a muscle relaxer/anti-depressant that did NOTHING for the pain. We went to see a local doctor on the 3rd day after surgery because she was in such extreme pain and unable to sleep. He could not believe that the surgeon did not give her a stronger medication to manage her pain so he prescribed Norco which worked. As if this wasn't bad enough, they assured her that they would bill her insurance because she paid cash before her surgery and the patient coordinator assured her that it would all be taken care of. They were extremely helpful until after they received payment in full. Beautologie has been telling my daughter for 3 months now that an insurance claim was filed, however the insurance company hasn't received ANYTHING. Now my daughter is trying to file a claim herself, but the patient coordinator will not respond to my daughters phone calls or text messages for the necessary documentation. The worst part is that her breasts are visibly uneven, and she is extremely self-conscious now. It is obvious that the surgeon was in a hurry and did not take the time to do a good job. Would NEVER recommend this place for ANYTHING!

I wanted to try radiation but my oncologist said it wouldn't work and didn't even want to make an attempt to try it. I got a second opinion from UCLA and started radiation treatment in February 2025 at CBCC, Bakersfield. Neither the radiation or the chemo did anything to stop the progress. I started Fenbendzole 222mg with Ivermectin 12 mg on May 28, 2025. I took both daily for the next year, then had a PET scan done in July 2026. The PET scan results showed absolutely NO metabolic activity and what looked like a tumor to the doctor who reviewed the results was just dead tissue cells. So, I cured myself and neither facility would comment on my alternative medical treatment. Please help yourself, do your own research and don't allow these medical facilities to tell you there's no cure. If they don't write a scrip, they make no money. It's just a big business to them. No with my body!
