We picked only one pastry to share when we hit this place at the farmers market In Saratoga. We had the pepper and creamed corn delectable and oh my. Savory yet with a touch of croissant taste. They sell out pretty quickly and had a long line or else I'd have gone back to select a second.

Best croissants in the area, low wait time, and exceptional service. Also great prices! We will definitely be back!

This place is legit! Delicious pastries, coffee and great service. Lots of sweet choices peppered in with savory options. I took home a loaf of bread, sliced it up and will be using it for sandwiches, toast...etc. Crusty outside, chewy/soft inside. Everything I sampled was wonderful-including the "pain au chocolat" and breakfast roll (looks like a cinnamon roll but more flaky/less doughy). Salted caramel praline pull apart pastry....omg. Sinful. I arrived around 10:30 on a Sunday morning, so they did say things were "picked through", so the early bird gets the croissant! Located on Route 50 next door to the x-files museum, it's easy to park and access. I could see the kitchen - it looks immaculate and tremendous. Open Thursday-Sunday, 8am-2pm.

This new bakery is on the outskirts of Wilton, but actually only a few minutes beyond Wilton Mall. Highly recommended based on the pain au chocolat pictured. There was a small selection on the day I visited, but the baker says more staff are being added, and there will be a wider selection in the future. The lamination work in my chocolate croissant was excellent. Pro tip, Bakery Suzanne is just a few minutes from Hillcrest Foods on Edie Road, where you can pick up King Arthur Sir Galahad flour at wholesale prices.

The best butter Ive ever had!

Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow! we got a few different items, including a plain croissant, a cookie, a fig and brie croissant a cannalle, a pull apart croissant, a loaf of olive bread and granola. One thing was better than the last. We also picked up some imported butter at $14 for a half a pound it was the most exquisite butter I've ever had in my entire life. I pre-ordered online which means pick up easy. After you pick up, you get an email with five dollars off your next purchase, which I thought was a great touch. Cannot wait to go back to Saratoga to get some more baked goods from here in the future.

I just moved and I've been dispirited because it's not a lot of places around that have great food. This place is very close and it has great food. Specifically great baguettes and great croissants. They do sell tea and coffee and some other items that I will probably buy at some point. I believe they're open Thursday to Sunday from 9:00 to 2:00 the earlier the better chance you'll get items before everybody else grabs them up. I've gone 3 weeks in a row and I've had their baguette which was a perfect bag yet. It had a nice outside crunch a nice inside soft Airy-ness. I had a great flavor. We ate it in 2 days with some butter. I had to clean croissant which I enjoyed with some rose jam. It was heavenly. A lot of times I share something with my roommate. So I've gotten the goat cheese and squash croissant. The squash was cut to Perfection it was cooked to Perfection it tasted like Perfection and I'm not really a goat cheese fan but there's been a couple times I had it where it was excellent and this was excellent. The combinations were like a joy to my mouth. My roommate got the croissant with the custard and blueberries. You can't go wrong with custard and blueberries are always great. I also today got the morning bun. It has gotten unusual shape cuz it looks like a cup sitting on a square Puff. I'm pretty sure it's made with the same dough as a croissants it's 100 times better than a cinnamon bun. The last two items I got were a croissant that had ham and cheese inside. It also had sesame seeds on the outside. I'm not a sesame seed girl but those croissants are so crusty I just could take off the top layer. It was awesome the croissants are so crusty they're so flaky they're so perfect. I really enjoyed the ham and cheese. And then I got the tomato croissant. It was heavenly. I think it's a slice of tomato and some Parmesan cheese inside a circle of croissant. I'll be getting that again. The one they didn't have that I wanted today I got a few weeks ago. They process the egg yolk and then put it on top of the croissant when the bacon is inside the crust. Except they don't have it with the egg yolk on top because people were afraid of it. That egg yolk on top was amazing. I think to process it you take the egg yolks and you put them on a bed of salt and then you put salt on it and it preserves them in such a perfect way that makes them Jammy in just Heavenly tasting. And when I got my bacon and egg croissant with a yolk on top I cut the croissant in half and then I had happy yoke for one half of my croissant and a half the other half of Microsoft in case my roommate wanted some. I took my half of a croissant and the yolk and I dipped my croissant in pieces of the yolk and it was just awesome and I can't do that anymore and I'm really sad. I did get to the other half cuz my roommate didn't. I'm just really sad that people aren't willing to try something and they're not willing to ask about how it's made to make sure it's safe they just get scared and don't buy it. I hope that the bakery does start making the croissant with the egg yolk on top again. I hope people are more willing to try something different and realize how amazing it is. The building's on Route 50 next to the X-Files museum. The building doesn't have a curb which is nice when you're disabled. The store is nice and the servers are friendly and helpful. When I had questions they one other way to give me all the details I needed. The store is nicely set up. They have a few items on the shelf that they sell including tea coffee I believe maybe anchovies and a couple other nice fancy things that would be really good with the baguette. They also sell tea and coffee at the store to have with your yummy yummy croissant or your yummy yummy baguette.

This is the new iteration of an artisanal bakery, Wilson's Bread, which was in Andes, NY. Recently relocated to Saratoga Springs, this place will win over customers who crave carbs and coffee. Ever hear of Mel the Bakery in Hudson, NY, the 2024 James Beard award finalist in the Outstanding Bakery category? Bakery Suzanne might just be on par with that bakery. I over-ordered because I was hungry and I also missed the baked goods from Wilson. Croissant, pain au chocolat, country ham & cheese croissant, aged cheddar & leek danish, a canele, a country loaf and a baguette were put into my shopping bag. I haven't tried everything (that's a lot of stuff) but anything I have eaten was excellent. I also had a coffee to go. The person helping me made a fresh pot. She told me the name of the coffee but I'd forgotten. I do remember that it was acidic in the way that a Kenyan AA tastes almost tart to the palette; good stuff. Wakes you up. If that much care is indicative of how they serve coffee, imagine what they do with the bread and pastries. Opening weekend was this weekend - 4/26 - 4/28/24. Go and give them a try. I'm pretty sure you'll be lured back by the quality of it all.

I wish they were open more days of the week as their french croissant is one of the best I've had, especially the pecan croissant. And I like their danishes that they have with different flavors each week. Without a doubt my favorite bakery near the Saratoga Springs area!

We didn't have to wait long. I think maybe like 10 minutes. It's a small quaint restaurant on Phila Street not far off of Broadway. We walked here from our hotel (Hilton) as parking anywhere/everywhere in Saratoga can be a challenge. There is street parking right in front of Sweet Mimi's but it'll probably be taken so you should probably just walk. And you'll appreciate the walk to help burn off a few calories of Sweet Mimi's delicious offerings. (And there are plenty to partake in.) We enjoyed the Cinnamon Roll French Toast and the Mediterranean Omelette. We did not leave disappointed. In fact, our tastebuds and tummies were so happy with our choices. The omelette actually came with the same challah bread that the french toast was made from. If I lived closer, I'd be buying that challah bread every week. It's so freakin' good! The french toast is HUGE! Really... you should share it. The several bites I took were incredibly satisfying. The cinnamon was just right. And because it was already sweet... we opted to forgo the syrup. The french toast also came with a bunch of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries!! The med omelette was filled with sausage, spinach and tomatoes. I loved every bite. I don't know when we'll be back tin Saratoga... but I will definitely be coming back to Sweet Mimi's when I do.

Seating is crowded, service--while overall nice--was rude when it came to the server we got. She may have been having a bad day, but definitely ended up taking it out on us. Ended up making us feel very unwelcome to the point we decided it was better to try and just get going. The granola was stale alongside the underripe blackberries in the parfait we'd ordered. Had an eye for something sweetly comforting and the food just doesn't match up. Overall, for the wait it has, it's not worth the mediocre food inside. Also, unrelated, but not exactly a place to stop by, get some coffee, and read as you'd maybe look for in a café. So if that's what you're looking for, I'd recommend elsewhere.

Pros: - the most soft serve flavors in the area…read more- willing to stack flavors - great sundaes - cute seating area - staff is nice - open until 9 pm most evenings Cons: - no hard serve ice cream - items not as described, in particular, the "slush float" (a traditional root beer float is ice cream on the bottom and soda poured on top) is 90% slushie and 10% ice cream put on the top - ice cream began melting prior to receiving it (temp 65° outside) - slow service - parking lot is not safe as the lines are not maintained by line guides Tips: - cash only business We chose Humpty Dumpty due to good experiences previously. We had some challenges on our visit to include slow service and line formation was confusing and awkward as we were in one line going into the drive traffic. We originally ordered a medium soft serve cone and a slush float which was made backwards from the traditional float where the ice cream is placed on the bottom and is usually the equivalent of two scoops of ice cream and then the liquid, so in this instance slush. We received 90% slush and a dollop of ice cream on the top. It was really a major disappointment. Especially, because the slush is $2.50 and a slush "float" is $4.75. That was NOT at $2.75 worth of ice cream. Unfortunately, it was so bad i had to wait in line a second time because my son refused to consume it. When I got to the window, I explained that a float traditionally has the ice cream on the bottom, but this was met with lack of empathy and me paying for another item. The slush "float" was thrown out and the clerk knew it was getting thrown out, but we happily paid full price for our disappointment. I've never heard of a float having the ice cream on the top and wanted to make sure to add this to the review to avoid you having disappointment as well. I'm not doing well at the terms and lingo for this business. I ordered a medium ice cream in a dish to go. I've never seen an ice cream be overflowing like a cone in a dish. Had the medium ice cream melted, it would be everywhere and definitely did not fit the dish size. There is a small seating area to the side, but please be careful, the parking lot is not well lit and people will come in at 15 mph and not yield to pedestrians. I don't think we'll be back this season. Maybe next year we can try again. This years staff isn't vibing with our expectations.
