Front staff is replaced with less than competent staff. My visit today was a reflection of this. I waited weeks for my appointment today. Today's appointment should've been straightforward. It was anything but. I was taken to the back by Kristen Martinez, Assistant Practice Administrator. If you are unfortunate, like me, to get her, talk very slow, don't use big words. She probably won't get it then either but.. one has to try. Big words definitely throw her .. I don't know how else to get her to understand relatively easy concepts. . Forget it, just go to the front and explain your issue to someone else. It worked for me. Kristen in the room didn't know if I needed to be numbed for a procedure (I had to ask her) what order to numb me (they added mouthwash as an extra step) then doesn't listen to my question about the product that's banked, instead quotes another product in a rude tone like she's the authority of what I'm going to do. She's clearly in the wrong industry. This is a beauty industry. I don't HAVE to go there to spend my money. They DO have competition. Karina can't process big words or minimally complex business issues. I'd not have her run a flea circus let alone a lucrative med spa.. well, what was once a lucrative med spa.... My Rather simple ask "of information and a break down to a minimally complex issue, was quickly resolved with another person. Kristin could not get it through her head simple math and location. She should've been embarrassed. And I do believe she was in front of her coworkers and thus leading to the call cancelling my membership. She couldn't do math or keep up. Her responsibility's there should be on the lines of sweeping floors. Not finance and problem solving. .It was great. Competent people are awesome to work with. After I got my issue resolved I left. Karina then calls to tell me she's cancelled my membership (thank you! You beat me to it. I don't tolerate Incompetence) then your email was poorly written to try and hurt me? Oh no, I'm sharing it on every review site, BBB and Florida Health Board and Artorney General. I've attached a screenshot for the world to see. I want everyone to read it so they know to NEVER BANK any products with ANY COUTURE MED SPA. See? Your ignorance killed even more business. Congratulations!!!! She did want to get a skin sample for biopsy from a healing spot on my arm. The technician numbed my arm and removed an unnecessarily deep section of my skin. It was still bleeding two days later and will probably take quite an amount of time to heal and will definitely either scar or leave a divot. Two weeks later, I received a voicemail from sarah in the office. I immediately called back and left a return voicemail. After waiting most of the afternoon for a return call, I called back. Apparently, Sarah left for the weekend and I would not be able to get my results until next week when she returns. The office refused to provide any details on the biopsy. I'm writing this review not knowing if my biopsy was cancerous or not. Of course the office charged $100 dollars additional for the biopsy. I will not return to this practice.

The front office staff were very kind and helpful. My wait to be seen was only about 15 minutes, which surprised me because they were quite busy. I was in and out of there in about 30-40 minutes! This facility is also very close to where I live, which makes it so convenient.

As a matter of fact, I had my treatment today with someone named Monique. She was very nice and made everything go as smooth as possible today. This place also does progress pictures before first treatment, when you are halfway (which I was today) and after all treatments are complete. I was very impressed with the lady who did my consultation 11 months ago. When I walked in, she greeted me and even asked me a subject we discussed when I first met her! Who remembers that? I can barely remember what I had for dinner last night let alone a conversation over 11 months ago. The receptionist is amazing as well. She is funny and always keeps me laughing. Once you schedule your next treatment, they will call and remind you so you don't forget. That's not the best part. One time, somebody cancelled and they called me to tell me that they could take me earlier that day. Who does that?? Amazing. While sitting in the waiting area I noticed that they also do something that is called Cool Sculpting. This is where they freeze away stubborn fat. This can be on the stomach area, oblique area, thighs and so many more. I cant really speak on it because I only go there for laser hair removal. It does look pretty cool though. My next appointment is already scheduled and I know that they are going to take great care of me as they always do. This place is where its at. In this paperwork, I initialed and agreed to the following policy: If someone is late to their appointment, they will not receive their entire service as this would push back other appointments. However, I had to sit and wait until 4:25 before they would take me--and I was told that this was because someone earlier in the day was late, and that was pushing back others' appointments. To sit and wait for a half hour past my appointment--when I just signed something stating that this would not happen...No, I do not agree with that. Furthermore, the massage therapist talked the entire time. As a new client, I think a therapist should first ask if you prefer silence or talking. I prefer silence in order to really enjoy a serene massage. I would not recommend going here to anyone. There are many better spas around.
