Making an appointment was very easy through their website, and they are open on Mondays! I went with whichever barber was open. They weren't busy when I got there, and I was immediately greeted and seated. I don't need anything fancy, so after explaining what I wanted, he went to work. The attention to detail was impressive, including using a straight razor to fine-tune the edges. They are very easy to have a conversation with him while in the chair, and time flew by. The real test is how many people said, "I like your haircut," and I had more than a few, so that tells me they did a good job.

When I asked why my bangs ended up shorter than what I wanted, he told me they were already short going in, which was not true, they had plenty of length before the cut. Communication during the appointment felt off too, with long pauses before he'd respond or sometimes not responding at all. He took before and after pictures during the appointment, and it seemed like his focus was more on getting a good styling shot for social media than on actually fixing the length issue once I saw the result. A chunk of the time went into product and styling instead of addressing the cut itself. If you have a specific length you need maintained, I'd be very clear beforehand and keep checking in throughout, because what was discussed did not match what was delivered.
