They are all friendly, professional and are exceptional at their job! Starting the Lorie, who I feel is part of my own family, and the other manager Maria, they run very clean store and friendly staff. The deli crew is fantastic, Mayra, Teresa, Herna keep their hot bar yummy and delicious! I usually get the roasted chicken deal and a soup combo! It's perfect! Also, all the cashiers and bagging helpers are great. Thank you Daniela for all your hard work. Last, but surely not least are the produce guys. They are always working so hard and very helpful and professional. I can't remember all their names but they are all fantastic employees and very hard working. One ticket was a scratcher for $4 the other was a draw game for $6 for which I was paid. When I was leaving I asked the checker isn't it $10 ? She said no $6 so anyway I left but returned after confirming with my wife that it was ten I even showed the manager the text message. So the manager took my information and I just said look if her balance is over by $4 then you know why. Well he said he will verify by Monday morning. He never called. Not trying to be petty but at least follow up. So my advice at this super a is to always double check your change before leaving the store you might get stiffed.

More than once she's challenged my scanned items or produce codes even though everything was rung up correctly. I've seen her do the same thing to other customers too. Theft prevention is part of the job, fine, but treating paying customers with suspicion and making them feel uncomfortable is not customer service. Management needs to rein this in before it creates an even worse experience for someone else. Shopping shouldn't feel like you're being monitored as though you've already done something wrong!
