Newly opened rooftop under management of Marmara Park Avenue! Amazing views, nice and chilled Mediterranean cocktails and of course snacks!!! My personal favorite hummus and babaganush, and of course all the rooftop menus go to Guacamole (out of this world) Stop by check it out! New gem of Midtown! Dont thank me:)

I was hesitant to post this review because this is truly a gem and I wanted to keep it a secret as long as possible ;), but I had to share! The Blue Rooftop has gorgeous views, decor, and delicious drinks. There's a happy hour EVERY DAY from 5-7 pm $10 wine and cocktails. I'm sipping on a crisp, light Turkish wine and contemplating trying the apricot margarita. There's two levels: a roof on the 20th floor and the penthouse (that actually looks like someone's beautiful home). The place is spotless and you feel like you're in paradise floating in NYC in midtown east. I can't wait to come back, try the food, and soak in the beautiful views, attentive service and elegant decor.

I was in town for a few days on a business trip. While searching for a place for an after dinner drink, I came across The Blue Rooftop. The view was spectacular. We sat on the side in a secluded area. It wasn't busy as it was a Tuesday night. The waiter was attentive without being intrusive. He checked around the corner often enough to see if our drinks were full, but didn't engage unless we were getting low. He answered some questions about the establishment, told us about where he was from when we asked, etc. He was very polite and offered suggestions when we asked which of 2 drinks he preferred. He even took our photo. It was only a 2 night trip, but I'd definitely go again on my next visit.

Outstanding ambiance 20 floors above the 30s on the East Side. Fatima offered gracious Turkish service and conversation. The drinks were crisp and tasty and the vibe was fun and free. Go, it's not like the bridge and tunnel rooftops of your nightmares. It's really nice with a restaurant and dance music and smoking area on 19 and the bar on 20! 6 stars!

    Best sunset in city

I came here with friends for a celebration just for some good food and drinks of course. We decided to do just a bunch of appetizers. I have to say the food was delicious. We had the shrimp tacos, Bruschetta, Shrimp Ceviche and yogurt dip. The drinks were a bit more pricey than usual. The location is very small which I wasn't expecting the online pictures made it look bigger, but they do offer outdoor seating which is a bit more spacious on the 19th floor. My server David is attentive and knowledgeable. The gentleman checked on us and when we were leaving he handed out a business card with complimentary meze stamp on it for our next time to try. Loved my experience here and would love to come again.

Cucumber Cooler seemed refreshing. Montauk summer ale was good!!! Tastes like Sam Adams. Good views, fairly new. Very chill and open. Good color scheme

The view is fantastic and it's worth every penny just to sit outside in the balcony. This is a perfect place to hang with friends and have a couple of drinks. They only serve finger food and cheap wines, so don't expect much about dinning here.

We wanted a quiet rooftop to enjoy some drinks and apps. We were a bit suspicious about this place because of some of the reviews about slow service, difficult to find, etc---but were pleasantly surprised! The rooftop was virtually empty and we sat with views of the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building. The servers were in no hurry to wait on us, but we were in no hurry to leave "our" rooftop either. The drinks were great and the apps were pretty tasty too-- shrimp tacos, guacamole, and bruschetta. We'd go back.

I liked how they organized the menu by country/geography to facilitate an understanding of the flavor profiles. I got two of the date & fig-flavored smoked whisky drinks and it was a well made, balanced, and very good. Not cheap at some $25 or something, but middle of Manhattan with some creative ingredients means I guess it is what it is. Servers seemed a bit annoyed to have to deal with us shortly before close as I think they were hoping to usher people out and close down maybe a little early. One the one hand I get it, on the other hand you've got two paying customers on a slow night.

It was dark when we entered the coffee shop but an ajar door gave way to the bar. The decor is a homage to the works of Nikola Tesla, which can be seen in the subtle electric theme throughout the space and the naming of the cocktails. The space isn't too large - the bar and stools take up most of the space but they also have some booths/tables. The place looks great. The cocktail menu is very creative - I got one of their seasonal mixes that was actually two drinks in one. The main cocktail was meant to be sipped first and they provided a small glass of beer to be sipped after. The name escapes me but it was very good. Since we had cocktails at dinner, we only stayed for one round. Service was good, and overall I enjoyed my time at Patent Pending. I would definitely return to explore more of their menu.

It somehow manages to feel both refined and relaxed at the same time. The kind of place where you half expect to spot Hemingway in the corner pretending not to eavesdrop. We started with half a dozen oysters, which were fresh, briny, and exactly what you want with serious cocktails. Crisp, clean, gone in about three minutes. For drinks, we ordered the Smoke Show and the King Tusk. The Smoke Show was beautifully balanced. The Grey Goose vodka and Dolin Dry gave it that classic martini backbone, but the fino sherry and brine added depth. The smoked olive oil and blue cheese olive brought just enough savory drama without overpowering the glass. It was complex but not fussy. The King Tusk leaned more aromatic and layered. The vermouths gave it richness, while the Buddha's Hand and osmanthus flower added subtle citrus and floral notes that lingered in a really elegant way. It felt like a cocktail designed to be savored slowly. The music fit the mood perfectly, not too loud, just enough to give the room energy without killing conversation. Overall, it's a great spot if you want elevated drinks in a space that feels transportive without being pretentious. Definitely a place I'd come back to when I'm in the mood for a refined, slightly cinematic night out in Flatiron.

We walked in without a reservation around 6:20 p.m., and they were able to accommodate us at a shared table until 7:15. The menu surprised me a bit. Since I associated the address with Eleven Madison Park, I wasn't expecting to see items like wings stuffed with sausage, which were done in partnership with Jungsik. We ordered those along with the mushroom burger and asked them to cut the burger in half for us. The cocktail menu was creative and a little intimidating, with unconventional ingredients like cream cheese and green curry. I went with a fruity Hendrick's-based drink, and my friend ordered the spicy green curry martini. Both were good. Mine didn't taste very strong, but it also wasn't overly sweet because there was enough bitterness to balance it out. The green curry martini was more adventurous but still worked. Service was mixed. There was a woman standing near us, so we tried ordering food with her, but she seemed hesitant to come over. Maybe she wasn't a server or was newer. For drinks, she brought over someone more seasoned, who quickly helped guide us based on our preferred taste profiles. Her suggestions were very good. The mushroom burger was the highlight for me. It was a little salty, but the crispy mushroom and soft bun were a great combination. I honestly wished I had more than half. The wings were okay. They were crispy on the outside and juicy inside, but coated in a Dorito-like powder that made them very messy. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd come back, especially for the mushroom burger.
