Absolutely delicious food, I asked for a recommendation and got the Bhinda Special. Absolutely immaculate crispy crust, bursting with strong and harmonious flavors, savory, spicy, fresh, and lots of beautiful herbs. Perfect size, I can't usually eat very large portions and the personal pizza I got was perfect for eating half for lunch and taking the other half with me to look forward to for later! The service here is incredible, it was my first time and I didn't quite know how it worked, Julie (sp) helped me and was so kind and even brought me a plate and silverware when she noticed me wasting with some plastic cutlery. That's never happened to me before. What attention to detail, wow! I met Bhinda on my way out and he was very kind as well. It's very clean here with good ambiance and a variety of seating styles for different sizes of parties. I love that there are leftover boxes right next to the napkins and cutlery so that you don't need to ask for one when you decide to take leftovers. This place has been on my list for a long time and I'm kicking myself that I haven't come in sooner. It's a bit far from where I live but it isn't nearly the hassle that going downtown is, and the food is on or above what you'd find there. In love. I am obsessed with this place! You can build your own pizza and align similar to Subway. I would highly recommend their hot honey pizza. It's my favorite thing in the world and I crave it constantly. The service is decent and the inside is slightly more elegant than fast food. The only downfall is the price. It is expensive, so I pick and choose when I can have this worked within my budget. Large pizza prices have increased from roughly $22 to roughly $26. I was on the verge of leaving because of the price hike. The price of each pizza should have been $24.95, but it was secretly increased to a bespoke pizza. The pizzas appeared to have meticulously rationed ingredients. I anticipated spending roughly $55.00 when I paid for the supper for the four of us. The total was $59.64. I saw a credit card processing cost after I took a seat. I used a debit card, which ought to be equivalent to cash. I tried to get the credit card fee reimbursed after we were done eating. The proprietor of the restaurant declined, claiming that he did this to avoid having to increase his pricing. After eating here, I felt like I had been violated. This is dishonest, and unless he wants to try to make things right with me. I doubt I will return to this location. Came here a few weeks ago with my coworkers and decided to try one of their specialty pizzas. I went with the tikka masala pizza on a cauliflower crust and it did not disappoint! As soon as it came out, you could smell the rich tikka masala spices. The pizza was personal sized, but it was super filling. I couldn't even finish it. It had jalapeños, which added a nice little kick without being overpowering. I'm coming back to try more of their pizzas. The service was okay not bad, just standard. It's set up kind of like Café Rio or Chipotle, where you go down the line and tell them what you want on your pizza. Wow this place was wonderful! Curry pizza is a fusion between Indian food and pizza and the combo works very well well. The owner, Bhinda, is a personable guy and prides himself in keeping the ingredients in his food fresh and healthy. All the pizzas are made on naan bread and cooked in a huge oven set at 480 degrees! Bhinda doesn't use any butter or oil in his cooking which is almost unheard of in the restaurant industry. I tried the Honey Curry, Butter Curry, Bhinda Special and Glazed. The glazed pizza and Butter Curry were my favorites. I also tried a mango and strawberry Lassi made with homemade yogurt and fresh fruit. I'm obsessed with the mango Lassi it's delicious! Even if they made these pizzas atop naan bread dough it would be a huge step forward in improving. And my chicken was sparse, pre-cooked tough, instead of the velvet softness you would normally find with a curried protein like butter chicken. So go for the extra dollar on $11 Craft-Your-Own and at least you can have more choice of topping variety and volume to offset the quality problems with protein and crust. But love "curry pizza" in concept and overall liked the Indian flavors. I tried the Bhinda Special pizza because it was the first thing on the menu and I was hungry : ) "Bhinda Special" is code for mozzarella, garlic, ginger, cauliflower, mushrooms, green and red onion, jalapeños, fresh, basil, cilantro, garlic, salt, and fenugreek (an Indian herb), and added chicken. There were maybe 2 tables being used with about 3 parties of people (2 of us, 3 at the front, then 4 between) in line to order and pay. I cannot fathom why a business would use that method and not order, pay, take a number, and then staff brings your cooked pizza to your table as you sit to wait for it. Or I'd even be fine with calling out our name to come get it. The staff was very friendly and working hard, but that didn't make up for standing in line for 30 minutes. It wasn't a busy night, we know the difference and excuse slow lines due to a crowd. We waited longer in line than it took to eat... we just wanted to get out of there. Curry pizza is a new idea to us (we literally went to an Indian restaurant last night; we love the food). The flavors were delicious, a bit more spicy than I like but I got through it, and there is ample ingredients in every bite. We tried out their West Valley location since we were told that they do better pizza's than the South Jordan location. We also tried the chicken tiki masala and the honey curry. They were all really good! The flavors were all so good together and the sauces are delicious!
