This visit was a drive-thru order for us. They did let us know they were pretty busy, which is totally understandable, but I will say the wait was a bit on the longer side before we got our drinks. As for the coffee itself -- my husband ordered a decaf latte with tiramisu syrup, and unfortunately the flavor fell a little flat. He mentioned it tasted very weak overall, and the tiramisu didn't really come through at all. I ordered a decaf latte with cookie dough syrup. Mine was decent -- the coffee itself tasted good -- but similar to his, the syrup flavor didn't quite match what I expected. It didn't really give that cookie-dough taste, just a light sweetness. Price-wise, it came to just under $15 for one medium decaf latte and one large decaf latte with syrups, which feels pretty fair for specialty coffee drinks. Overall, not a bad stop -- especially if you're looking for a pet-friendly coffee spot with a patio -- but I do wish the flavored syrups had been a bit stronger and more true to taste. I'd be open to trying them again and exploring other flavors on the menu.

Another stepped in and asked if we had been helped yet, which we hadn't. Otherwise, it's a great coffee shop in Goose Creek!

Cold brew- It reminded me of this specific sesame grain drink with barely any coffee taste. Could not finish. Carrot cake- It was moist and the frosting was good. No part of it tasted like earl grey imo. I would skip on the sweet coconut cold foam as it barely provides sweetness to your drink, which in turn, is not worth the additional cost. Overall, it was a nice place to cool down and the atmosphere was alright. The interior is aesthetic and well designed. Coffee is not really special and cake is good. Wallet may shed a tear.

It looks like a they paid a cleaner to remove all vestiges of life while only leaving a spec here or there to meet a quote. Ok, enough with aesthetics as I've complained enough, The staff is quick to help out and offer good suggestions when they're asked. Being a former comedian, I tried to whip up some jokes to compensate for my utter boredom, the ladies were nice enough to laugh. Needless to say, the women here had a heart. They made good suggestions but I was curious why their pastry display only had like a handful of items, did they make them or get them from the grocery store? I don't know but I was only here for coffee. I did like some of the creativity - a banana creampie latte - sounds like something.... Nevermind but all props for creativity. Birthday cake latte didn't sound good for the waistline but another attempt at creativity - I love it! But I opted to go for my own flavor. A lack of options for addins, I mean literally no hazelnut, almond etc. Well, I did the best I could - Latte with 2 shots caramel and 1 vanilla. I can honestly say it was "mid" at best. The roast didn't resonate while the lack of options made it feel so generic like I couldn't play the part of an evil scientist mixing a crazy concoction. But it beats McDonalds. Oh, they do have "the world's best granola" which I made several jokes about, even encouraging other customers by saying "if you were in France and ordered granola, they would talk about Summit's granola, after all it's the world's best!" Yes, I was being the overfriendly annoying customer, b/c I was bored. At least there were some laughs. Sadly, there's nothing about Summit that stands out. I hate saying that for local businesses but I want to be authentic. Stop by if .... Well, I'm not sure why so just stop by, I guess.

She commented vile things on a photo of my daughter (posted several weeks prior so she had to search for it) because of a situation that occurred at a local Dunkin, that IN NO WAY involved me. She assumed that since I work for the management company (in no way involved in operations or anything at the store level) that I must be supporting racist actions of a customer. She believes she was protecting my daughter by trying to get her photo removed from a public Facebook page, but all she did was draw negative light and attention to my daughter. After the Hanahan Rec Department, another individual, and myself replied to her comments and put her in her place, she deleted her comments, but I have yet to receive an apology from her. I cannot believe another mother would post such things that could potentially bring negative attention and hate to a child. I will never give Mrs Doughnut or the attached Philly cheesesteak shop any of my business, and I have made my friends, family, and coworkers aware of Joanna's actions. Say all you want about Dunkin. Hell, say all you want about me, but if you bring my child into a situation, you are playing with fire.

The line to order goes by pretty fast, and the wait to get your order wasn't long either. All the baristas were really nice and created a great atmosphere. This was my first time having their quiche, and it was great! The store itself is great, plenty of seating inside and out, and there are bathrooms. I also thought it was really cute that local artwork was up for sale! Also, there is plenty of parking nearby.
