We used Bali Baly services for renting the Jumper and Cotton Candy maker....their folks arrived on time in morning and setup the jumper and cotton candy machines..all the kids enjoyed a lot throughout the day.. Also the jumper and cotton candy machines were clean and good quality...the generator had no issues and ran perfectly both the machines for 5-6 hours. this was my first experience and will definitely used their services in future and recommend to friends as well... Used Bali Baly for our block party a month ago. Two young men came a little early with the bouncy house and waited patiently for me. They were flexible and patient with the issues in identifying a location for set up, and then changing the location. They were both extremely professional and provided excellent service. I rarely comment on yelp, but the day was perfect for everyone (especially all the children). We will definitely be calling Bali Baly next year for what I hope is an annual block party with a bouncy house! From start to finish, everything was easy! We recently attended a party this past weekend and they rented a bounce house from this company it was fine until the generator kept on going out while all the small kids were inside, all of the kids got scared started crying while all of us parents were trying to hold the entrance of it up make sure we got all kids out safely and let me tell you this happened at least 8 times while we were there! Not only did they arrive an hour late after being called to come check it out but to top it off were told very rudely and unprofessional by the "owner" that it was our fault for not checking the oil in the in the equipment, really????As far as I am concerned that is their responsibility to make sure there equipment is up and running properly. I know I won't ever be calling this company again and I will not to recommending them either! They lack professionalism and are just plain RUDE! read more

We recently attended a party at a park where the birthday party had a bounce house rented from this company. The generator that was provided by this company kept on going out and everytime it went out there were a ton of kids inside and all the parents had to rush and get the kids out. The point of having bounce houses is to have the kids jump around and enjoy their time. The bounce house was down for part of the party which was a bummer because the kids wanted to go in. After a while (seemed like several hours) the owners came by to fix something that apparently could have been prevented if they would have checked the generator prior to releasing it out. If it would have been my party I would have requested a full refund. I will not be renting any bounce houses from this place nor will I be recommending it to anyone. read more

I have been renting out A bounce house from this company for several years now since my son was 4 years old. He is now 8 years old. Very Affordable and had no issues with the standard bounce house that was rented every year. Customer Service was wonderful and I do recommend this company to friends and family and others as well. Saturday June 23, 2018 Bali Bali Jump were delivering a jumper to Ramblewood Park. I live right across the Park and I asked for a business card. She was busy setting the jumper up. That's ok I will wait and asked her if she could set the Generator where I won't hear it when I am sitting in the front. Guess what, they left it close the street and I can hear it. Bali Baly jump were awesome! We received a phone call from our previous Bounce House company the morning of the event, cancelling our bounce house, chair rentals and table rentals. You can imagine our panic! We called multiple rental companies and Bali Baly were able to come out that same morning to save our party! We made the reservation at 8:45am, and they were at our front door at 10:30am for our noon party. I can't thank them enough. They were professional, courteous, and patient in helping us set up the location. The bounce house was vacuumed and cleaned after he pumped it up, and was in great condition. I recently rented a jump house from Bali Baly jump for a birthday and I must say that I was very surprised with the great customer service I received. Everything was great from the moment I made my reservation til the time they picked up their equipment. I paid with a credit card and I was told my card would be charged two days prior to my event. I received a confirmation for the rental as well as the confirmation payment. The jump house was delivered on time clean and in great conditions. The kids had a lot of fun. We used Baly Bali Jump for my son's birthday party last month. The jumper was very clean, which is a concern of mine with renting jump houses. We got a pretty big 3 n 1 double slide jumper, the kids played in it the entire time. Absolutley loved it. As for their customer service, I think it was great. The jump house was dropped off and picked up when promised. Their staff was very professional and friendly throughout the entire process. Overall a great experience. I'm glad we used them!! Used Bali Baly Jump for a company picnic. They were very friendly, on time and as requested, presented me with a very profesional invoice. I made sure to do the resarch before I used a jumpy service and out of 5 recommended by the City of Sunnyvale, Bali Baly Jump was the best. I felt easy about giving them a credit card #. They made sure to take the protective mesaures to assure that my credit card was protected. I was able to pay before hand where as others asked for cash upon delivery which I thought was a bit shady. Also, they have a good website and the jumpy's seem readily available at very short notice. Great Job. I'm pleased and I would certainly use them again. I did not have a pleasant experience from this company. we rented a bounce house with a generator and it was horrible. the generator kept going on and off all afternoon. the majority of the kids were little so they were very scared. when i tried to let the people know when they came to pick it up they did not even seem to care. i also called the company and left a voicemail and did not even get a call back. will never use them again. read more

If you want a bounce house that fails with the generator continually going out and the bounce house falls with your kids inside, then to be told it is your fault for not checking the oil in their equipment, then this is the best company to call. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!! I rented a simple jumper for my niece and nephews birthday party. So the guy gets here, sets everything up and I pay him and sign the contract, then once I sign the contract he tells me he is going to pick up the jumper at 9 pm. THE PARTY STARTED AT 6 PM and he had dropped it off at 5. I told him there's no way he's picking it up at that time since it was an evening party therefore the children will still be inside, i was not about to pay for the "12 hours" and only have it for 3 hours, and the CONTRACT stated that he will pick it up the next morning. I said that if he would pick it up at 9 pm then I will only pay for a third of the price instead of the full $89. He said "If that's the case I'm taking the jumper down and taking it back with me." I said, "Okay, let me call your manager and ask her what she think about it." Immediately he got his phone and called her instead, and I explained to her what was happening. She said that it was a misunderstanding on his part, so the jumper would be picked up the next day which he then agreed to. All was good. 2 hours into the party, the jumper turns off and the kids freak out. My dad goes to the back of the jumper to see if someone had unplugged it but no one had. He unplugs the thing and when he see's the plug that's connected to the jumper itself had short-circuited, we just leave it off. I didn't call the company since the lady told me that they close at 8:00 and so I figured nobody would answer. The next morning when the guys came to pick it up, I told them what had happened. Immediately they called their supervisor (the same lady I talked to the previous day) and explained to them what had happened. The gentlemen were nice about it and were worried that children had been hurt until I told him that nobody was hurt, just that the kids were without the jumper and bored the rest of the night. I talked to the manager after she spoke with one of the workers and she RUDELY told me that if I had just called the night before after something had happened, that I would have heard in the voicemail that I should leave a message and that someone was always on the job 24/7. Ummm... what??? Did she NOT tell me very clearly that they closed at 8:00pm!?!?!? She NEVER mentioned that there was someone on duty 24/7. So she's being a total b!tc# about it and she says "It says here that you still have a $9 fee you have to pay still. IT'S NOT OUR FAULT THAT THE JUMPER WENT OUT, YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED AND I HAVE NO MISSED CALLS FROM YOU!" How effing rude is that?!!? She isn't concerned at ALL like her workers had been if children were hurt, and she STILL says I owe her 9 fucking dollars instead of waiving that fee for the inconvenience!? I'm NEVER using this company again and I've already told all my friends (who all have little children and always rent jumpers for their parties) to NEVER use this company!!! read more

i would never ever recommend bali baly jump. i had ordered a jumper and a cotton candy machine for july 7th 2012. i had given my credit card information a month in advance, she had not charged me right away. two weeks passed by and i called and asked why and she said that they dont charge until a week prior. ( that would of been usefull information at the beginning) . so its three days before my party and she still hasnt charged me for my order. i call again and she says " oh, thank you for calling me! i had forgot to charge you". the day of my sons party they were supposed to arrive at 10am. they had not arrived and it was 1030am. i called the owner and she told me that they were at the gas station. they didnt arrive with my jumper until 11:41 am!! my party was scheduled at 12pm!! along with that they cotton candy machine that they provided us with was all beat up and it stopped working in the middle of our party. only adults were working this machine,so i know it wasnt our fault. it was just the worst customer service i have ever experienced.. so do your business else where. you cant depend on this business.. save yourself the headache read more
