However, after only about 6 weeks I lost body fat, gained muscle and the constant back and shoulder pain I'd been dealing with for years is gone. Every workout was customized, challenging, and focused on proper form, which made a huge difference. Within weeks I started seeing real results, and now I feel stronger, leaner, and completely pain-free. My trainer is encouraging and he genuinely cares about overall health. I highly recommend training here. Also, all the classes are challenging and added to my progress. I particularly like the strength training classes with all the trainers.

Bootycamp is probably the hardest workout I ever experienced and it always push your limits, my progress is just insane. I used to be a "Pilates" girl and after the first core class with YBX I was sore for a week! The place is super big so you never feel crowded parking is easy in the morning a little tricky at night but you are in and out super quick. Everyone is super welcoming Dan, Jose, Raj, T, Sage,.... Supporting small businesses that are working to make a difference in a crowded industry feels amazing and in the case of YBX literally change your life in the best way possible!

There are challenges for all skill levels, and you will experience growth if you stay consistent. The gym can feel intimidating at first but everyone is genuinely friendly and welcoming. You can bounce ideas off each other and grow together. The community feels very solid overall. Art is a knowledgeable, chill coach that will bring out the best in you. The other coaches are also experienced and detail oriented, and they are a great resource for developing real technical boxing skills. If you are serious about learning authentic boxing and improving yourself, this is the place to be.

I came across Relentless Boxing, saw that the owner and coach, Arturo, is a former professional boxer, and that the gym actively trains and competes fighters. Everything looked solid, so I reached out to set up training sessions. Coach Arturo is an excellent teacher. He was patient with my learning process and beginner-level gaps, explained things clearly, and created a welcoming environment from the start. Each session was enjoyable and productive, and he gave me specific drills and exercises I could work on independently to improve my weaknesses. I told him footwork was my biggest area of concern, and he delivered exactly what I was looking for in both coaching and instruction. Don't feel intimidated by the fact that this is a real fighter's gym. If you're serious about learning proper boxing skills and technique, this is a great place to train. Come in with a positive mindset, be respectful and committed to learning, and Coach Arturo will genuinely help you progress toward your goals. 1000% recommend this gym for any level of boxing.

Good boxing conditioning gym!…read more For someone who is trying to get into boxing with a huge focuse on cardio, this is the studio for you! Depending on the day and time, there are different things you can do; conditioning, boxing, kids boxing, open gym, spar with others in the ring. Pros: - Coaches are helpful, supportive, and encouraging - Staff are friendly - Lots of parking - Good size gym and schedule whether you want to go for open gym and lift weights or if you want to do some boxing conditioning/technique work - Last class runs pretty late on the weekday Cons: - Coaches have not that much ability to focus on you because the class can get big, Esp if you're a newer boxer, I feel like it's hard to grasp the right technique without having consistent readjustments. Therefore building bad habits. But don't be afraid to ask for pointers. The coaches are always happy to help you. - Closed super early on Saturday and not open on Sundays Overall, super helpful staff and coaches! I'm excited to see my growth boxing journey here! Thanks for always making me feel welcomed.

Whether your goal is to learn/improve your boxing skills or just stay fit, this gym is great for…read moreeither. I started in late Feb/early Mar 2023 with zero boxing/striking experience and it's pretty amazing how far I've come since then. All the coaches are great, but Coach Valdez's classes are the best from what I saw there. His classes are not only extremely organized and fluid but they also incorporate a perfect balance of boxing skills and conditioning. He's also very helpful and will assist you if you have any questions or he sees that you could use some extra help with any movements in particular. I highly recommend going to his classes if you'd like a class that includes the things I just mentioned. Aside from him, all of the coaches and regulars there are pretty helpful and I can't recall a single time I had a question or needed help and wasn't given a good answer. A note I'd like to leave for anyone new to boxing: Be mindful that a lot of the responsibility of learning boxing falls on you as the student, not the coaches. The coaches are there to guide you, not hold your hand the entire way. Some of the complaints on here are that they're not learning much about boxing in the group classes; it doesn't matter what gym you go to, you're only going to learn so much hitting a bag. You HAVE to spar, even if it's light, to really learn boxing and apply the lessons from the classes. Most of the lessons in the group classes are made with boxing-centered conditioning and techniques; you won't see the practical use of any of those unless you spar. In addition, you need to be actively engaged with the coaches and members there too. The coaches can sometimes have a hand full when the classes are big so don't be afraid to ask a regular for help if you need it.
