I was informed that, because the furniture was custom-built and imported from Europe, there would be a long lead time of about four months, which I accepted. However, delivery now does not seem likely anytime soon. I asked the store to confirm ETA in July 2026, but they have refused or failed to act with any urgency. At this point, I intend to cancel the order, and I would not recommend this store to others. I did not expect this level of service from a retailer located in a high-end mall like Tysons Galleria and charging thousands of dollars.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from a company that markets itself as providing premium services. I wasted hours rearranging my schedule for absolutely nothing. If this is how Crate & Barrel treats customers during the consultation phase, I can't imagine how much worse it would be once a purchase is involved. Needless to say, I'm reconsidering spending my money here as this store doesn't value my time.

Honestly, when we first saw the prices of some of the rugs, we were put off a little bit. But, after hearing Behrooz talk about the intricate work and detailing that went into each rug, we left seeing the prices as an absolute steal. A lot of these rugs take literally years and years to make by hand! And many are over a hundred years old. These are legitimate pieces of art, and sell for far less than what I was expecting, with that context in mind. I'm not a rug expert, but these are the highest quality ones you can find, and they have an extensive collection beyond what you can find on the website. There is also a wide spectrum of sizes and prices available. We left in agreement that this place (and Behrooz!) is our lifelong go-to for rugs.
