No service! You order and pay on your phone. We were given no silverware, so got up and took it from the bins ourselves. Ordered 2 beers on the app and had to go and pick them up from the bar ourselves. Someone brought my food out, but only mine! Then 9 minutes later brought out the food for the other 4 people at the table. Terrible! Will not return. read more

The food is great the beer is great what more can you ask for?! We had a reservations and we were sat right away. It was super busy so it took a little for the waitress to get to us. It is totally expected since it was opening weekend but once she introduced herself she was always super attentive! We are definitely coming back! read more

Came in at 11:30am and staff was rude and didn't really care. A bunch of people standing around doing nothing and talking but no help, no hello, no nothing! We went to the patio and had to order our own food but bartenders were too busy with just 2 customers. Stood there for about 5 minutes only to be ignored. We left and will never be back. Beyond impressed with my first visit at Ballast Point Anaheim. Snagged a seat at the bar and ordered a flight, flatbread, and beer for my husband. Beers were great! There were some issues with the flatbread (that we had no idea about) so we were brought fries AND a plate of buffalo wings to hold us! Completely unexpected and unnecessary but so appreciated! We didn't ask but they just took the initiative to go the extra mile with us! By the Time we got the flatbread we were full but everything was delicious. Adrian at the Bar knows his beer and recommended some great stuff for my husband based on what he liked and he hit the nail On the head! Great experience and beautiful location. Will be back! The beer was good! Ipa heavy, if you like IPA's. My boyfriend ordered the vegan impossible burger and loved it! I ordered the chicken wrap and it was wayyyy to salty! I felt like it had rocks of salt in it, gross!!! I asked to get a burger instead and Hieu was awesome and immediately replaced my wrap with a burger! He was quick and very nice. The burger was unfortunately sub par as well. Come here for a fun environment to enjoy a beer, but eat elsewhere. read more

Non-existent service. Ordering is all on a phone app. No paper menus. Want alcohol? That doesn't work on the phone app, so your order is bifurcated. Handful of waiters serving the entire floor (again, only for alcohol, otherwise you won't see anyone). App is buggy. Want to put a large party on one bill? You have to pass a single phone around to order (takes forever). In what world did the owner think this was a good business plan. Won't be back until they step back into reality. Nice day so figured to sit outside on their patio. 30 min later not one person came to help us. After finding our own menus off of other tables, we fighters out what we wanted and waited..... and waited. Oh, I forgot to mention I have a starving child with me. Arrived without reservation at 5:30pm, family of 4, on a Wednesday and were seated within 15 minutes, inside at a bar area. After being seated and presented with a QR code and little detail, we began ordering from our phone. Ordering for family from a single phone was cumbersome. Servers were polite, however random. Food was good, fish tacos spicy and small, fish and chips ok, chic sand ok, beer was good. Overall not a great experience, but if your hungry at Downtown Disney, food was good. read more

Their food leaves much to be desired, we got their house made pimento appetizer with inedible chicharones, the waitress told us their flatbreads are all pre-made (I assume that means frozen) so therefore can't be changed, and their entres are uninspired and overpriced. read more

This place seemed so promising. The food was overall disgusting. I had the vegetarian tacos and I have never tasted anything more foul. The flavors didn't match. Also tried their impossible burger and it wasn't terrible but I would never order it again. And to top it off, we ordered the s'mores dessert.... it was a bowl of cold chocolate pudding with some graham cracker crumbs and three sad excuses for marshmallows that were chard yet cold. Parking was easy and quick for a week day. Prefer Long Beach or San Diego locations because of wider selection of food and beers. However, if you are at downtown Disney stop by for a quick drink. Definitely room for improvement. read more

My son and I came here for lunch before going back to Disney !!!! Love this gem upstairs away from everything! Everyone was so friendly!!! Beers were yum as were the nachos !!! Gross gross gross! This place should not be in Downtown Disney, not up to standards at all. We were there on Saturday with our three toddlers and we were super excited to be in an outdoor seating area that is kid friendly, well we soon regretted it all. We placed our mobile orders in which you have to pay tip before you even get good service (dumb). I got my first beer and the glass had lipstick all over the rim, it's freakin Covid times!!! There needs to be extra precaution. I returned that glass and got a new beer. Food came out, by this point the kids were starving and we couldn't be more excited, well... the kids meal wasn't brought out til about 10 minutes after everyone else's. We had to give the kids fries from our plates til their food came out. Then I started eating my lettuce wraps and the lettuce was infested in bugs. It turned my stomach so bad that I couldn't eat anymore. My husband got wings and was only able to eat two of them, they were extremely salty and he had to chug two glasses of water. No one really came out and I think the fact that you pay before you get service allows for them to not want anyone to be motivated to give good service or check how they clean the produce and glasses. Arrogant and inexperienced bartenders coupled with and a manager (Nick) who is not professional enough to be in such a position. This place has the feel of a fraternity right when you walk in. We waited about 5 minutes to order, though nobody was there while the people behind the bar had sidebar conversations. If I didn't know any better, I'd say the staff were the owners and were just so wealthy that they could care less if they served guests. There was some liberal arts major who got her panties in a bunch when I asked for a menu as she texted away, very unprofessional and rude. People actively ignoring you, place is embarrassing. A welcome addition to Downtown Disney, with a nice view of it if you get a seat by the window. Space is a little lacking, and it seems a little too "enclosed" compared to the usual Ballast Point experience. Beer and food prices are what you would expect for DTD, but not outrageous. Every food item is excellent and the beer menu is massive. read more

No wait, but the food was only fair. They refuse to serve soda water, and the server went out of her way to make me feel like an idiot for wanting it. The fries were the best item we ordered. Mass-market 'pub food' with no imagination, served with underwhelming presentation and an inflated price tag. This place is a mess. They aren't accepting the AP discount till February and the food is so overpriced and not even good. I got a burger and it was anything but good, I asked for medium and it was burnt on the sides. The fries were spicy for some weird reason, and the pretzel was horrible. It wasn't even a pretzel it was bread, if you got it you would know what I'm talking about. The food here is just not good, and I don't think I can come back here again. read more

Awful service, they said they never saw a Hawaii ID before and turned my friend away. Tourists beware - they'll arbitrarily turn people away even if your ID scans and backlights properly. If you can't interpret the law, or check for proper ID's, don't work at a bar or brewery. Or at the least don't be a manager at one. read more
