We ordered to our room. Very fast and friendly service. Food was plated clean and tasty.

Stopped in for breakfast after walking by and seeing the sign out front and was very happy with the decision. Located in the small lobby area the restaurant bar glows with neon colors and a bright accent wall so it's very easy to see. Welcomed in to take a seat anywhere we were settled with drinks in mere minutes. Needing a protein boost I went with the ribeye and eggs. A decent sized steak cooked to chef choice and two over easy eggs it was a calorie boost to start the day. The green chilaquiles was plated well with pickled onions atop. The salsa was a vibrant flavor with a lime punch with crema to cut the acid and the crispy tortilla chips were delicious! A good meal quickly in and out to keep the day rolling!

I checked Yelp for a good place with steak and eggs and I found Chambers Bar and Bistro. I googled my way here and realized that its a hotel restaurant in the Indigo Hotel. I am not usually into eating at hotel restaurants, but thought I would give it a try. I ordered the Ribeye Steak and Eggs, medium rare. I was trying to eat healthier a bit so I asked for fruit instead of hash browns. The Ribeye steak later came out and was well done. The steak was a bit salty. I believe the steak was $18 and I would normally send it back. I had an upcoming meeting that I needed to attend and ate what I could. I probably would not come back here for steak and eggs during my next visit. I saw that they have drink specials and a happy hour menu. I do not think I would have any business being here unless I am staying at the hotel. I sat at the bar and service was good. That was a plus.

Karin was a great server. The food was great. The drinks were great. We sat on the little patio by the pool I would come back.

I stopped by to grab a bite in between the NAMM show and House if Blues and ordered off the happy hour menu. Guacamole for $3, shrimp tacos and a $6 glass of Pinot Grigio. It's kInd of bright and they could use dimmer switches. The ambiance is nil but the servers are nice. Hopefully the food is better than the vibe!

My family and I stayed in this hotel for our trip to Disney and CA Adventure weekend. We checked in just in time for happy hour at Chambers, which is in the lobby of the hotel. I ordered a dirty martini and a couple appetizers. The service was great, prices are cheap and the food was really good. The next morning, the 5 adults and 2 kids visited again for breakfast. Breakfast is a must. The staff handled our large party with ease, and the food, again, was excellent. Large portion, fresh, and really great combinations of breakfast plate offerings, along with the usual fare. Kids were excited to get Mickey Mouse pancakes to kick off their day. Chambers is the linch-pin in our visit to this hotel that will keep us coming back to this location.

Had a delicious breakfast for 3 days at the hotel I recently stayed at w/my family. Very convenient and the customer service was excellent. Ordered: cinnamon french toast, hearty county breakfast, rib eye + over easy eggs, berry waffles, kate's breakfast burrito

Aaron was super cool and professional. I was not expecting much from a Hotel restaurant although I was elated that the food was so good. 2 fish tacos and shrimp taco that will match any Taqueria I have been to. A side of Guac with chips all for under 11 bucks on the happy hour menu. If you are in the area this is great place for a meal and a drink. By the way it is located in the Hotel Indigo lobby, The Hotel Indigo is now my favorite places to stay in Anaheim and if you stay once it will become yours as well.

I was staying at the Ramada, sister property to the Indigo while it undergoes renovations. We were told to use the Indigo pool and glad we were. Next to it is the Chambers Bar & Bistro. I wandered into the lobby to look around was greeted by the front desk and a guy named Jesus. I saw the bar and bistro and too a peek in. It was 12 noon and workers were cleaning up, but Jesus asked if I needed anything. I asked when they opened and it wasn't till 4:30 for dinner. Apparently it's a breakfast, dinner place. He asked again if I needed a cocktail or a drink. I said sure if you don't mind. He said "whatever you need sir". Wow I was pleasantly surprised by this awesome service. He went behind the bar and his crew prepared my drinks. I was able to take them to the pool and relax. It's so nice and refreshing to see stand out customer service like this, especially at a smaller hotel. I told the crew thanks and jumped on Yelp to give Jesus his props. This hotel was in my list of possible stays but was sold out. Their customer service just encouraged me to book a stay here in the future. I had to knock down one star for not being open during any lunch hours and I couldn't rate the food. It would be perfect for a bite and drinks by the pool. The patio is right next to the pool.

For a hotel bar with full kitchen, Chambers has their service done right! Price points are your typical Disneyland, convention center, tourist, California price points but average around $10-12 so not too bad. It also helps that the portions are huge! The chicken quesadillas are amazing and we got this as an appetizer to share. They had a chicken, beef or fish taco plate with black beans served with flour tortillas that my husband happily devoured. I myself took on their Pho offerings and it totally hit the spot for my noodle soup needs! Offered in beef or chicken, they serve either proteins for you and the dish comes with sriatcha on the side. Bonus would be if they had hoisin! For dinner, they have an amazing selection and it seems they are popular for happy hour as well. The ambiance and seating area is quaint and when we went, it was packed with our fellow hotel stayers! We would definitely return for a good, quick, well serviced meal!

Service is very friendly!! Really attentive to their guest. Breakfast prices are very understandable and have a lot of options! Got the s'mores waffle and banana waffle!

I would of never came here if it weren't for our one night stay! We received our vouchers for breakfast, upon check in not expecting much, but we of course took advantage of our vouchers and took a seat. Ordered off the menu as soon as we were sat down, everything was delicious and the staff was very professional and always checked in on our needs! My advice is don't pass this place up! Voucher or not, you will not regret this secret hidden gem! A must try if you like quick, courteous professional service and MOST important tasty! Food is picture Perfect!

Stayed at Indigo Hotel for my Disneyland trip, so I got to eat at Chambers Bar & Bistro every morning! Breakfast is served Monday-Friday 6:30am - 10:30am & Saturday-Sunday 7am - 11am. They have a bunch of things that are hot and hearty ($9-14) like omelets, chilaquiles, benedicts, and their delicious breakfast burritos. They also have quick and easy items ($5.50-12) like bagels, parfaits, and eggs/meat. Service is quick and friendly. Perfect way to fuel up before heading to Disneyland!

Breakfast! Crispy chicken and red potatoes. Delicious! The gravy was amazing.

Upon entering, you see the minimalistic menus of sandwiches and drinks. (There are also small paper menus available but the aesthetic is a treat!) it's a small spot, but it exudes personality and a homey vibe. Both were delicious and packed with meat. One thing about Windsor Brown's is they DO NOT skimp on the meats! Huge points! I executed a beautiful cheese pull upon my first bite, but could not capture it on picture because I ate too fast! So you'll just have to take my word for it. My family also enjoyed their sandwiches. They tried the Devil Made Me Do It and another sandwich with ghost peppers. We all left with our bellies full and our spirits high! 5/5 WILL return next time I'm in town.

What made the stop even better was the service behind the bar. The employee taking our order and serving the sandwich was genuinely pleasant, attentive, and accommodating, offering great recommendations that made choosing easy and the experience even smoother. The sourdough was exactly how it should be: fresh, crisp, lightly toasted and sturdy enough to hold everything together. Inside, Calabrian deviled egg salad met a perfectly jammy egg, spicy mayo and peppers for a creamy, tangy kick with just the right amount of heat. Messy? A little. Worth it? Absolutely. This was a lip-smacking, reach-for-another-bite kind of sandwich. We didn't have time to dive into the beer selection, but there were plenty of tempting options. With its business-district location, this would be an easy stop after work for a cold brew and a seriously good sandwich. Quick stop. Great service. Killer sandwich. The Devil Made Me do it.

The hours never really worked with our schedule either being from 8:30 am to 2 pm. We started off with the Ube Sweet Cream Cold Brew ($7) and Pandan Cold Brew ($7). My bf absolutely loved the ube cold brew and said it was probably the best he's ever had. He loved it so much that he got another one to-go after we finished our meal so that was a rare occurrence lol. The ube flavor was strong even after everything was mixed together. Smooth, creamy and tasty. My pandan cold brew was also pretty good. Usually I feel like pandan is difficult to get a real robust flavor and you end up tasting more coffee than pandan. I could actually taste the vanilla/nutty notes and coconut flavor. Also very yummy after mixing it all together. Cold brew flavor did end up coming out stronger tho but I somewhat expect that. We ordered the Adobo Rice Omelet ($14.95 - Chicken-adobo garlic rice wrapped in a three egg omelet, topped with adobo gravy, fried garlic & scallions) - This was really tasty and kind of heavy for me. Sooo much rice under the omelette bed lol. I was beyond stuffed and couldn't take another bite at the end and ended up packing like 2 bites in a small box. My bf ordered the Jeepney Breakfast Burrito ($14 - Crispy golden potatoes, melted cheese, chipotle aoli, scrambled eggs. Your choice of meat, served with a side of pork chicharron and Sinigang Salsa verde) - This was soo delicious. The chicharron side was a great crunch and sinigang salsa verde with the burrito made it even better. It was over the top for our bellies already with the heavy breakfast, but I still insisted that we try a regular breakfast item like french toast. Ordered the Ube Fruity Pebble French Toast ($16.95) and it was yummy! I definitely needed more fruity pebbles but that's my preference. Staff was friendly and prompt. The place was packed and I had joined the waitlist online prior to coming. Waited less than 10 min when we actually arrived. I also loved the decorations everywhere with the foliage, light fixtures and even the ceiling fans. The Tagalog vocab on the chalkboard is also fun to read and learn. I like that there's still a modern feel to the place.

That's really just personal preference though. The food has been consistently good every time I've come. Even the dishes I wouldn't normally think to order end up being good. It does get busy pretty quickly after they open, but it's worth the wait. I also really like the atmosphere here. Good music, nice ambiance, and the servers have always been friendly. Three visits in and they still haven't missed. I'll definitely keep coming back to try more of the menu. 9/10
