I love this place. I've been coming here for years if not decades. And I know a little bit about everything so it's nice to go to a place that has stuff that accommodates me in my journey of fixing everything because everything is broken. The staff is great and always willing to help or find help if they can't help. I haven't ever needed help because I know everything they have in the store. Right now I'm fixing both my car and my apartment because I know that if I ask for help they're gonna do it right anyways. Got any questions? Try me. I'll usually be in the screw aisle making sure they are sorted properly. Cheers. Thank you

Staff incredibly helpful and always have the hardware I need. Much less stressful than going down to Home Depot.

Great service, and some things are cheaper here than the chain and bigger hardware stories, like copying keys!

Like "ballerina" - without the "ina"

Do you guys happen to have pallets for sale or to get rid of?

We sell standard 4 way pallets for $10 each. Other random pallets we leave outside and are free for the taking.

They share a space with a florist that is open during the week, so I got confused and thought they opened during the week. They're not. The space is not huge, but it was fun to prowl around the different sections and find hidden treasures from Japan. The owner is really good about taking time to explain what each item is and the different uses, as well as care and handling. This place is such a huge contrast to shopping at Walmart. Made me think of a small town hardware shop that is the heart of the community with people stopping by to have keys made or knives sharpened or whatever random thing they need. These kinds of places are treasures! Definitely worth a visit and definitely worth supporting. Glad I did!

Customer Service is nonexistent you can never find someone to help you and when you see somebody far away, they feel the vibes and typically disappear lol The parking lot is another anxiety inducing experience. From the aggressive drivers and their huge trucks that don't respect smaller vehicles to the roadway hazards of various vendors walking around or setting up vendor carts near curbs. It's really stressful to be there. I've been cut off, cursed at, and overall really disrespectful for just merely existing and trying to patronize a retail establishment!!!! I'm actually writing this review right now after a very unpleasant experience of almost being hit, and then being flipped off for no reason unprovoked. Poor merchandising, unpredictable vehicle + customer interaction experiences, and nonexistent customer service deems this location really the worst for me to get simple household products. It's unfortunate because I live a mile away, but would prefer to drive 6 miles into Alhambra because it is much more civilized and an overall way better shopping experience than this location can produce.

I purchased a large roll of vinyl flooring, and when it was brought to the front, I realized there was no way it was going to fit in my car. Without hesitation, Angie, Anthony, and Juan jumped in to help. They took the flooring back, carefully rerolled it to a size that would fit in my vehicle--with me right there to make sure everything worked--then brought it out to my car and loaded it for me. What impressed me most was their attitude throughout the entire process. They were **friendly, professional, efficient, patient, and genuinely happy to help**. My only regret is, I cannot add a few more names to this list. I will do my best to add the ones I currently have. A big shot out goes to the store manager David for helping me find contact cleaner when I thought I had to go to a completely different store and look in a completely different section. So far I have seen everyone to do their best to always keep the floors clean, never have I seen leaking liquids or a bunch of debris on the ground for any extended period of time. If such a thing happens, they're usually quick to section off the area and keep an eye on it until it is cleaned up. That's something I can really appreciate. Amaria (Returns) Thank you for time. Londy. (Head Cashier) Always running the front end smoothly. Liz (Lead) Rebecca (Cashier) David (Store Manager) John - Was very kind to my dad in the past. Thank you all for your smiles, kindness, and helping me find the items I needed in such a vast store with so many aisles and different specialties. Considering how the price of everything is going up these days I do believe that they are doing their best to keep things as reasonably priced as possible, while still making some type of a profit.
