Home Depot is so complete. Everything I need is in their store. The salesman and saleladies are very accomodating.

If only I had taken the time to take pictures of all the items that I have found in this wonderful store. I have been to a few other locations as well and found my experience to be equally pleasant. When you start frequenting a particular location and the associates start recognizing you and you start recognizing them it adds an extra level of warmness and community to the whole adventure. My only regret is, I cannot add a few more names to this list. I will do my best to add the ones I currently have. A big shot out goes to the store manager David for helping me find contact cleaner when I thought I had to go to a completely different store and look in a completely different section. So far I have seen everyone to do their best to always keep the floors clean, never have I seen leaking liquids or a bunch of debris on the ground for any extended period of time. If such a thing happens, they're usually quick to section off the area and keep an eye on it until it is cleaned up. That's something I can really appreciate. Amaria (Returns) Thank you for time. There we go again with so many bad, negative reviews. Why? I don't know and don't want to find out. Since we have been living in the same apartment building for 32 years and have 2 bathrooms, my son and I contemplated and decided to go to Home Depot and look for toilet seats. The ones that we have is very old and raggedy. We were there few days ago and as we walked in, the guy right by the main entrance gave us a nice smile and welcomed us in. We told them why we were there for; and, he paged someone on the intercom to come and take us to that aisle. James, with a nice smile took us to show variety of toilet seat covers and they were a tad expensive for our budget. Also, I was looking for a plain, standard, white color for both of our bathrooms. This store is a lot bigger than the other stores that I have visited in the past. They had many different kinds/types of toilet seats. As we were walking out, I wanted to visit their nursery. That's a whole different story. It's HUGE, nice, colorful and beautiful. Since I live in an apartment building and don't have a front or a back yard, I saw this cute, small, waterfall that can be used indoors as well as outdoors. It was so cute that I couldn't resist but to buy it. Was also on sale from 60 dollars, to 40 dollars. Great bargain. So skipped the toilet seats, bought the small waterfall and walked out of the store. HUGE parking lot, has few restrooms(didn't use them for once) and store was nicely organized and clean!! Worst customer service in the universe!!! They never answer their phone and if they pick up they place you on a forever hold and never answer again. I think that store need to shut down or do a whole store clean up of staff. Starting with management!! read more

Ms Linda in the garden department was so super helpful. You can tell she enjoys helping customers with their plant and flower selection. I had an excellent experience. The prices are great as well. I'm have to add that Keilani just greeted me. She has amazing customer service and a great personality. It was refreshing coming to this Home Depot and experiencing Linda and Keilani. I'm leaving this review in the hopes that corporate or someone in charge can finally address this. My elderly grandfather and my mother frequent this Home Depot & the loss prevention female who works here literally follows them around and harasses them. Today, when my mom went in, she walked near my mom and made a comment about my grandpa being a "stealer". I think she meant thief but is too uneducated to know the right words to use. She harasses my family every single time they're in Home Depot. I don't understand why management does not do anything. My grandpa is in his late 80s and my mom is in her 50s. They should be able to go to Home Depot without some miserable underpaid undereducated employee harassing them for NO REASON. read more

Paid for carryout of 30 bags, charged $120. Delivery guy dumped it in the driveway and said "Oh there will be someone else coming to move it, they will call later today". This delivery was scheduled for 12pm, it arrived 1:30 pm. Call support and they said no one is coming to finish the job. Never ever use Home Depot delivery. The support person was the most helpful and if he ran Home Depot, it would be a better place. read more

the service 9/10 times is aweful or non existent. once in 10 times, its 5 stars. usually, I am told by someone to go to a specific isle, and that they will call for someone to come meet me there. usually, I get there and after 5 minutes someone unrelated that works there feels sorry for me and also sends a request for someone appropriate to meet me. yesterday that went on 4 times in about 20 minutes and I ended up leaving. Then i bought something online at homedepot.com that now requires double authentication just to log in. I p 4 things, went to pick up. 2 things were not there. that's how i found out they're on special order. not when i tried to order on the site, not in an email, not in a message. just when i got there. then at home, I used the live chat and was told that since 15 minutes past from the time that I made the order, they can not cancel out the items that will arrive in 2 weeks at my place because they were processed already and all I can do is wait for them to arrive and then drive them back to the store for a refund. that is insane! i expressed i will be out of the country and wanted her to confirm in writing that there is actually nothing that she can do to cancel the items that I did not even know where not there for pickup. she closed the chat and I came here to vent. I hate home depot so much and the only reason i go there is because my local close by super nice hardware store costs 3 times as much. I think those days are over. this aggravation is futile. read more

I love their garden section here. The store is very well organized and the staff is helpful. I needed a gallon of paint and they've got so many great colors to choose from and they mix it rather quickly as well. Soooooooooooo many fabulous decorations for sale for the holidays coming! I get a little excited as you can tell from my videos lol. Prices are what you would expect. You can get some good deals on stuff if you search the store though. Parking can be very challenging. Every time I've come to the store it's very difficult to find a spot. I just wait it out and eventually someone leaves every few minutes. read more

July 4 2026. Is this the biggest store turnaround I've ever experienced. Yes. This location was the absolute worst shopping experience for the last 4-5 years. It's clear new leadership and new team members have taken hold. Today I was welcomed to the store by a greeter, pointed towards where I needed to get items. There was as many staff in the isles as customers, making getting help quick and easy. The staff were welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. I hope they can keep it up. Kinda blown away. I'm not sure how this store operated so poorly for so long, but I welcome the change. read more

Terrible experience with Home Depot's subcontractor, Anahita Construction. The estimator Larry arrived visibly reluctant to do his job. He outright refused to take measurements or provide an estimate unless I committed to the project 100% upfront, demanding exact details and models down to the specific Toto toilet I planned to use. Expecting a homeowner to commit to a project without a baseline estimate is absurd. This was a complete waste of my time, and I am taking my business elsewhere. read more

A young worker was moving items and a box of things fell on the back of my head. Though I was not injured, it did hurt for a few minutes. All I got from him was a brief "I'm sorry," then he went away. I am fairly athletic and strong, but a much more frail or elderly person would have been hurt. Home Depot in Hollywood is weak poor service. They never know where anything is or they don't have it.. I went there around 4:35 and the employees kept kicking me off of the aisles while I'm shopping or blocking and locking them off. So I went out to get my wallet from the car and they held my basket for me and when I came back, they put all my items back. I was so aggravated. I had been a good two 2 1/2 hours in there shopping already. It took so long because I had to find everything myself because they had no idea where things were. If you plan on going shopping there I hope you know where everything is cause they are no help.. at the end of the trip the few things that I had the wheel to pick back out that were important. They overcharged me for they charge me for three or four items that I didn't even get. Tell you what they won't get any more of my money. read more

This is the home depot that is closest to my place of residence and the one I visit most frequently. It's big and it's got a large selection, but organizationally, it is a bit confusing. In many cases it almost feels like the various merchandise was placed at random. My last visit there was trying to find spackle. I started off near the paint aisles and seriously went through three different aisles before I had to flag down an employee. In terms of value: this place is very close to Target. And if I can get the required item from Target, I will. Because it will almost always be less expensive. But when you're talking about more specialized tools and materials...in some cases a hardware store is the only place you can go. I do appreciate the check-yourself-out lanes, as they usually makes my exits quick and easy. However, this place could do with an overhaul in how they organize their departments. read more

The employees seem absolutely miserable and avoid eye contact at all costs. When you finally do corner one to ask a question, they will begrudgingly respond, only to inform you that they can't because it's not their section or that they are busy. Experience at this store last three months has been abysmal. Last time out at the paint department the a-hole that was supposed to be helping me with the locked spray cans was anything but helpful. Short and dismissive is a tame description of this abhorrent human being. Should never have been allowed to work on costumer service. I would love to use expletives to describe this excuse for a human being but I'm gonna refrain from that. Small specialty parts, screws and bolts and the like is non existent, you open the drawers to find them empty and whatever you find is actually miss placed. I made the mistake of trying to move the misplaced items out, only to get yelled at by another of their "wonderful" costumer helpers. Now this is a home depot. This is the type of home depot you will find the Mexicans at. No joke they're parked here just like on TV and want to know if you have a job for them. Outside of that this store stocks typical home items. Lots of women work here which is cool I guess but I'm not sure they know how to help me. Speaking as a female they didn't have an answer to how to fix my screen. They just said there's kits and follow the instructions. They have lots of employees here which is nice though. Carlos and Nathan were both rude and dismissive when I tried to get help. Very poor communication and customer service from them.

My daughter wanted to checkout the garden supplies offered at this location and buy some plants. Pretty good selection of plants, but we know we have seen better prices elsewhere. As for garden supplies, she only wanted one thing and they didn't have it. Apparently, you have to go online and order it. Ugh!! The checkout lines are pretty long, but the self checkout line went quicker. Several people not practicing social distancing (shocker) even when there are signs on the floor to remind you to social distance. Why is that so hard?!?! It's REALLY annoying. No shocker that the governor is shutting down some places again. Plenty of free parking. Many day laborers sitting by the curbside looking for work. Many of them not wearing masks or social distancing. Beware those of you who would think of hiring any of them. Unlike some stores that clean their shopping carts handles, I didn't see any of that happening at Home Depot so we ended up carrying our stuff just to be on the safe side. read more

Regular Home Depot but the easiest free view of the Hollywood sign at the top of the Home Depot parking garage. It was a week day and no problem finding parking at the top of the garage. But then we ended up going to the observatory in Griffith Park is the best view but charges for parking. read more

I went into this store super excited to purchase my new vacuum , went into the store they had a sale going on for this specific vacuum didn't think twice snatched the vacuum took it home only to find out , that the Vacuum I spent $290 on was used!!!! Someone returned this vacuum and the workers didn't check , when I explained this to the Customer service representative "Brissa " she told me to walk to the back and get it myself as if they couldn't call a worker to get one for the customer as we were only doing an exchange , This girl tells me "I can't call someone to bring me a vacuum just cause" like!?!?! What does that mean I'm a customer exchanging a vacuum you sold me used!!!! This Girl was only giving me attitude since the moment I Walked in . Looked like she hated to be there. So I requested to talk to a manager , she Called the Manager John Over when he came over I expected a well dressed put together manager , This man didn't bother to hear me out , and Diss missed what I had just said and told me I had to go to a different store 22 mins away and exchange or he can get my money back , As He was talking to me Super slow and slurred which had me thinking if he was Intoxicated I spend 2 days coming back to this store just for the customer service to be this bad, and I also , noticed he didn't care about what I had to say and told me he can give me my money back , I want a new vacuum not my money back I bought this for a reason. read more
