    Vietnamese Coffee with cold foam
    Maansi S.

A friend recommend trying this spot out and said the Vietnamese coffee had her buzzing I got the Vietnamese coffee with cold foam. The color threw me off since I was expecting it to be a darker coffee brown shade. The coffee wasn't strong so this is a more subtle Vietnamese coffee for folks that want a very sweet treat with less buzz hehe. For my taste, I like my coffee strong so next time may ask for it stronger.

If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars I would!! The worker I interacted with was one of the sweetest people I have spoken to in a while. You can completely tell she is passionate about her work and I got that vibe from the others there as well. My cold brew was tasty and based on the workers recommendation I got their chocolate chip cookie which was an absolute hit! If you can masters great chocolate chip cookie that is a great sign for what else you carry. I had mentioned this was my first time and I was given a small bag of cinnamon "ballers" which was super nice of them! The ballers are not inherently sweet which I truly appreciated, the topping is what gives it sweetness which makes it perfectly balanced in my book. I'm not in the area often but when I'm here next I will be stopping in!!

Heading to what used to be known as Bob Hope Airport for a flight I got to the area early and looked on the trusty Yelp app for Best Independent coffee nearby and found this place..... Made the drive there and kind of disappointed it wasn't an indoor place... But kinda lucked out that the Latte was awesome and the Blueberry Scone was incredible..... Employees were cool and there were a few seats available in the shade..... If this was closer to home I'd be there more often but I don't generally eat pastries anymore but that was worth the try!!!! Now I think everyone should give this awesome place a try!!!!!

My first time here and Lidia was such a pleasure to talk to! She walked me through their menu and provided options based on my taste. The coffee was absolutely amazing. The horchata was incredible and homemade. Would definitely recommend this spot! Customer service and drinks were 10/10 Also, try the "ballers" they are delicious!!

We came here on a Saturday early afternoon. The two ladies working were amazing and kind. We ordered Birthday Cake Ballers. It was our first time checking this place out and we were delighted when one of the ladies gave them to us on the house! We ordered two iced drinks- one cold brew(two pumps of cinnamon syrup) & oat milk, and a cold brew with a pump of blueberry syrup & oat milk. They have various sizes and accessibility to request what you'd like a la Starbucks style. Our drinks tasted like the ones I make at home so that's a good thing! The coffee was fresh, the ballers were exquisite. The ambience was chill with Frank Sinatra classics as background. We loved it. Totally worth checking out again.

Ballers & Brew is such a hidden gem! I've come here a couple times and had a great experience each time. I highly recommend their ballers and their breakfast bagel. They're so good especially when you eat it straight away. The workers there are friendly and they have a huge variety of menu items. Looking forward to the next time I treat myself out to this place.

Awesome place!!! The staff were so welcoming and patient with us! I got the Oreo iced latte and wow was it the most amazing thing ice ever had. We didn't get to try the donut balls but will definitely be coming back for that! They had freshly baked cookies and offered us one to try which was just soooo ooey gooey it was perfect. Definitely recommend coming here

Vietnamese Coffee was a little too sweet than I've had from other locations but still is mighty tasty. 3/5

Friendly employees and my vanilla latte taste okay but I'm definitely not going to switch over to drinking coffee here. I think their donuts look beautiful. Nice and fluffy and perfect for sharing on IG but the taste throws me off. I see this place packed every Sunday morning but I managed to try this place before the crowd comes and I'm greeted with smiles and the wait time is super quick. I'm going to move my review up to a solid 3.

    Very Berry Ballers

My friend (who only drinks organic coffee) introduced me to this place! We took a walk there from her place and I was glad to discover this cute and intimate spot. There was barely anyone when we arrived. The service was very friendly, warm and welcoming. Big menu for a small place. The Vanilla Bean Smoothie I ordered was good (although I don't know if it would order it again). It was quite sweet but I knew that and therefore did not mind. The taste was somewhat comparable to the Starbucks Vanilla Bean Frappuccino. We also got the Very Berry Ballers and they were good, but same thing, they were super sweet and I likely won't be ordering again. I took a sip of my friend's iced coffee and it was so delicious! Probably will get that next time!

    Nutella ballers
    Rachel H.

We visited for the first time and were very pleased. We ordered a dozen mixed donuts with a few filled plus a 12 piece ballers w/ nutella, apple fritter and an eggnog latte. Everything was very tasty. The doughnuts are huge fluffy beauties and not overly sweet. Sometimes filled doughnuts have an almost jam/jelly level sweetness which is too much, but the lemon and raspberry filled were perfectly balanced tart/sweet! The ballers are served warm and craveable! The eggnog latte was flavorful, clearly tasting of cinnamon and nutmeg. It was a tad too sweet, but that didnt stop me from enjoying every drop. Evelyn was very helpful and answered all our questions. There was parking right in front and ample seating in cute orange chairs that were surprisingly comfy. Our only issue was that we ordered the 12 piece ballers and only got 9...but then upon opening all our boxes we were pleasantly surprised to find we had an extra apple fritter so no harm no foul. We'll definitely be back when the urge for donuts hits...and i really want to try their flaky empanadas. Overheard some other customers raving about them while we were waiting.

This is a great neighborhood coffee shop in Burbank :) Great drinks & food along with friendly service! Everything here looks sooo good but I recommend their signature Ballers! They look like but are different, and better, then simple donut holes. Crispy on the outside, light & fluffy on the inside such a perfect treat :) We chose the Maple topped and they were delicious, warm right out of the cooker :) :) :) For drinks we had a Pumpkin Chai Iced Latte & Flat White. Both drinks were good; 6-Stars for the latte & 4-Stars for the Flat White. The shop has a very relaxed atmosphere with covered outdoor seating and a very friendly staff. Plenty of free street parking in a clean safe area. Can't wait to come back :)

She was soo happy when I gave her the donut & told her that you had sent her a big hug :) She said to tell you thank you for the delicious donuts & she send big warm hugs as well thank you for being the #1 donut shop in the community. This is always my go to spot for fresh donuts & coffee The staff is amazing !!! Environment is very friendly

We came on Memorial Day around 3pm, and we waited in a decent line. It was fast-moving, and thankfully, we managed to get a table in the indoor seating area right away. To-go was not an option because we'd ordered the signature mango sticky rice shaved ice, which is HEFTY. It's like eating a dessert meal in terms of serving size, but it's light and fresh enough to follow a Thai food lunch from one of the nearby restaurants (which is what we did). The mango sticky rice shaved ice was delicious. If you like either mango sticky rice or Taiwanese mango shaved ice (or Korean bingsoo), you will love this. It's served with condensed milk, sticky rice, and additional mango on the side to add on as you eat. It's definitely enough for at least 2-3 people to share. We also had a couple orders of gelato, which surpassed our expectations. One of us, who spent 4 months in Italy, said it was some of the best gelato she'd ever had. Standout flavors included jasmine matcha and Earl Grey Thai tea. Do yourself a favor and stop by! We got pretty lucky with parking because all the nearby meters were free for Memorial Day, and I can imagine parking might be difficult at night. But this dessert is well worth a parking hassle!

The interior was really small and there's really only room for to place your order -- if you ordered a drink or sandwich you'd have to step outside to wait. There are a couple of small round tables covered with umbrellas for small parties if you want to do a small meet up or wait for your goods. We had wanted some croissants and apple tarts but unfortunately they had run out of the Apple tarts by the time we ordered (another excuse to return next time). We were convinced by the nice lady at the register to pick up not one but two almond croissants because they were fresh out of the oven and I'm SO GLAD we did. It was still hot/warm when we took our first bite after walking back to our car -- flaky amazing lamination with a steaming frangipane filling, for sure the best almost croissant I've had. The regular croissant was also good but not fresh/warm like the almond croissant so it left less of an impression but I can imagine it also tasting amazing if we got it fresh. Naturally, I asked a random customer what all the hype was about, and they told me this place was famous for their croissant pastries. Well... next thing you know, I'm standing in line too after a very full lunch. I ended up trying the Chocolate Almond Croissant for $6.50, and let me tell you something -- I am a HUGE croissant girlie. While I'm not normally the biggest chocolate person, Spain and Portugal recently changed my perspective on dark chocolate, and apparently now I'm in my dark chocolate era. And honestly? This croissant was BETTER than the super popular pastry we had in Barcelona, Spain. The chocolate wasn't overpowering at all -- it had the perfect amount of dark sweetness without being too rich. But the real surprise was the almond filling layered at the bottom. Oh my gosh... chef's kiss. Nutty, creamy, not overly sweet, and perfectly balanced. Chocolate Almond Croissant -- 9.2/10 I can only imagine how life-changing this would taste fresh out of the oven piping hot. Service was fast despite the line moving constantly, but just know there's no indoor seating. It's very much an order, pick up, and go type of spot. Ambiance was welcoming and super friendly gals. Definitely a must-try, and I'll absolutely remember to stop by again anytime I'm in Burbank. Happy eats!!
