The Services Five Star. The gentleman is amazing. He really was kind. The food looks great. The ambience is refreshing since I have to go see a neurosurgeon. I wanted something cold so he recommended the crema dolce. He said the owner makes it from scratch, maybe the caramel. Before I got paralyzed in my lungs collapsed. I've been to 155 countries. I've never had a drink this good it's absolutely delicious. This guy was really great. I wasn't able to give him a tip. I need to.. the owner must be meticulous. this is a little cafe located around medical building.It has many choices for snacks drinks, and pastries. I ordered the pesto sunrise sandwich , it was very tasty but small for $9+. it had on the side 4 grapes and 1 strawberry. Grapes were sweet and fresh. I asked if they can make a banana smoothie as I saw on the menu there was a strawberry and banana smoothie. they said no. so I did no drink. read more

I stopped by Belli Fratelli Roasters after a doctor appointment this morning. I got a sandwich and chips to take home with me. The sandwich looked pretty ordinary, but it tasted out of this world. It was a salami cheddar cheese sandwich that I ate so fast that I didn't stop to get a picture of it. I don't know what was on it besides a salami, cheddar, lettuce, and tomatoes but whatever sauce was on it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely get it again. read more

It'd be easy to walk past this tiny coffee counter on your way to a doctor's visit, but also how could you not when the smell of that delicious, freshly brewed coffee is so strong and delightful. Just another great find in a place you wouldn't expect. The coffee here is delightful...a perfect blend of bitter, acidity, and flavor. It's not quite a blonde roast but it's also not burnt like you'd get at mainstream coffee places. It's right in that pocket where you don't really need anything else...maybe a dash of cream or some perfectly steamed milk. They also serve teas and juices and smoothies...which I've never gotten, but they all look good. If you want something to go with your drink, they have a wide array of food and snacks to go with it. I believe they get it from Porto's since one of the things they offer is potato balls, but they also make fresh sandwiches that are all packed up and easy to grab if you're on the go. Since I'm there in the mornings usually, I grab a croissant of some kind, but there are other pastries and whatnot that look good. Sometimes you'll hit a rush, but most of the time it's quiet and the service is quick and friendly. Prices are what they are, not cheap, but it's in line with what you get at other places and the quality is way better. Overall, you'd be hard pressed to find a better coffee shop in the area. read more

I have been wanting to try their coffee for a while now and finally after a doctors appointment today I got to stop by since I was at the building. Delicious cold brew coffee. I added some whole milk and enjoyed every sip. They have freshly baked loaf cakes, croissant, sandwiches, snacks and drinks. Great customer service as well. What a nice, little find in the lobby of this building. We noticed it a few weeks back and thought our mind was playing tricks on us. We hadn't observed it before and didn't have time to check it out, but we took note of it. Yesterday after our appointment we made a special point to stop and taste their drip coffee. It was very good. Smooth, yet robust. We tried one of their potato balls out of curiosity and I should have purchased a whole tray to take home for dinner. They were battered and crispy on the outside with mashed potatoes and ground beef on the inside. They were a great, savory snack. Would be perfect for an appetizer at a party. There were two bistro tables and chairs available for patrons to sit a while and relax with their coffee. We had the time so we sat and had the pleasure of visiting a bit with the owner. He was kind and personable. He said he roasts all of the coffee beans himself. We walked away from our experience happy we gave them a try and we thought the visitors to the building (and) the staff who work in the building are lucky to have such a gem of a place to go to for a nice cup of coffee and a nibble. read more

This is a lovely coffee spot at the ground level of a St Joseph's medical plaza. I hung out here while my husband saw his doctors. I enjoyed a great coffee and yummy potato ball. A blessing right across the street from the medical complex (especially since many of the suites do not allow anyone but the patient to stay inside for safety.) The coffee is great, and they're very accommodating for the pickiest of customers (like myself.) Their selection isn't as wide as big chains, but it's quality over quantity here. A smooth cold brew, well layered espresso, a fresh and fragrant brewed coffee, and even smoothies and tea. If you're taken with their coffee, they even offer their beans to take home (can't speak to the taste of those - yet!) And it's a family business, which is hard to find in a busy medical complex where Starbucks usually plants a store immediately. The staff there when I visit was funny, light-hearted and eager to chat if I was. Very important qualities when dealing with people that may be going through a rough time with medical issues and medical staff that are tired and stressed. EDIT: The father of the team actually roasts the beans for the shop himself! Really a completely do-it-all business here. If I'm ever in Burbank again, it will be one of my first stops for sure. read more

The place is inside the Burbank Medical Center and a couple weeks ago I had to get some blood tests early morning on my Birthday, and wasn't feeling so great. I came down to 1st floor to get a coffee and told Vanessa and she gave me a special cookie and muffin for my special day. The coffee was excellent. I have never seen such disrespect towards a team of young honest workers from their boss before. The boss, Mario, yells and blames his employees for things they didn't do, loudly and rudely. **STOP SCROLLING** I wanted a different cup of a Frappucchino TODAY-and WOW I came to this cozy little spot. I was honest and told Paolo I want something different than the usual Starbucks, cafe & donut shop blended frapp. He asked what flavors I liked, amount of sweetness, added spice (cinnamon he suggested & maple syrup). I also could not believe my eyes at the amount of FRESH BAKED pastries, cookies, cakes, and the HUGEST chocolate/coffee croissant -yes! Meanwhile I learned its a family owned business.There are the cutest gifts too-candles, ornaments, mugs... Customers were coming up and saying hello and sharing and laughing. I literally felt like I was at CENTRAL PERK (yes, like in the show FRIENDS). Organic freshly roasted to perfection coffee beans makes for a delicious cup of coffee. I find Starbucks coffee beans over roasted and bitter tasting. Not so at Belli Fratelli. Owner actually roasts the fair trade beans himself. The rose latte (with your choice of milk (cow, oat, almond etc) was so good. I've also had the golden milk latte with oat milk at their suggestion. Also really good. Fresh pastries, potato balls,(in my opinion better than Porto's) daily lunch specials are also served. Polite service, sparkling clean environment and all employees wearing masks make for an excellent experience. You can also purchase their organic fair trade coffee beans to take home. Highly recommend doing that. read more
