    Coconut foam coffee
    Lucy T.

I ordered the coconut foam coffee and it was delicious! I asked for a quarter of the sugar sweetness, and it was mouth watering! It's a coffee stand in the mall so you can just go sit in the outside seating! The Service was fast and the manager was very sweet.

Loveeeee Teaspoon! The service is amazing here and the vibes are always welcoming! They provide recommendations, alternatives, and different sugar levels and really make the most of the experience! The ladybug is refreshing and I recommend the guava drink as well! I do wish more boba was added, but overall great boba spot!

We stopped by on a Friday afternoon and Jared helped us with our order. He was friendly, patient, and offered us a sample of one of the drinks before we ordered. We ended up getting three drinks: Thai tea, Strawberry Colada (without the strawberry jam, we were leaning more toward a piña colada), and the Lady Bug. All the drinks were really good! If you are shopping at the Burbank Town Center, I recommend stopping by. It's located on the third floor and there is an outdoor area where you can enjoy your drink.

I wanted to like this spot and give it a higher review because looking at the menu everything looks so good. Unfortunately, the taste fell short to the pictures and description of the drinks. Place is located inside the mall and they have a small seating area with a few tables. They have quite a variety of drinks to choose from and they all sounded really good. And there was a fresh tea scent coming from inside so I was thinking the drinks would taste amazing. I ordered the taro lover and my husband the Vietnamese coffee. The taro consistency was more watery than expected, it tasted like a powdered drink, nothing special. I do appreciate the small pieces of taro but would have liked more of that and less of an artificial flavor. It also had an aftertaste, probably from whatever sweetener they used. Service also took a while to order.

Will definitely be adding this place to the rotation. Had the Double Matcha Coffee at 70% sweetness and it was great! Perfect amount of sweetness and you can taste the matcha and coffee. Usually sweet drinks drown the flavors. Not here! The guys working here were great. Super helpful and recommended drinks and offered to answer any questions if we had any. Exterior tables and seating area could have used some cleaning as several tables had trash and crumbs on them. Overall, great experience and we'll be back to try their other drinks.

Teaspoon is a prominent modern boba tea chain founded in 2015 by Amy Lai. The first location opened in Los Altos, CA, with a mission to bridge traditional Taiwanese flavors with a fresh, American twist. Lai, an entrepreneur who grew up in the San Francisco boba scene, aimed to make the experience more accessible and mainstream by using high quality ingredients and a simpler, visually driven menu. Friendly service and clean, modern, cute shop aesthetic. They offer flexible sugar and ice levels, though some specialized drinks have fixed sweetness. Drinks we ordered: Taro Lovers (fixed sweetness) House Milk Tea Grasshopper Creamy Jasmine Drinks were on the lighter side and weak in flavor, maybe it was because of the sweetness level. We will be back to try other flavors.

Great service & great boba! Definitely recommend! I've had multiple drinks here and they're all very yummy and well crafted! I'd recommend the royal chai it has cardamom and was delicious!

    Grasshopper
    Shuran W.

I ordered the Grasshopper with less ice and 75% sweetness. It was refreshing, but still a bit too sweet for my taste--next time I'd go with 50% sweetness. The drink was layered at first, and the staff suggested shaking it to mix everything evenly. The staff was friendly and patient, and I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. They have outdoor seating, including a nice patio, which made it a great place to sit and enjoy the drink.

Some of THE BEST TEA in burbank !! They have a rooftop type of patio where you can enjoy the weather and the comfy chairs. It is right at the top of the mall. The Taro Drink was my favorite. They are doing their thing here and they use high quality ingredients mixed with excellent customer service.

    Bogo boba Classic Thai Tea

Took advantage of an Uber Eats bogo deal and ordered the large boba Thai cited tea, easy ice, and 1/2 sweetened with dairy free creamer. The boba was soft and the tea was sweet without being overly sweet. Loved the creamy concoction and I enjoyed the following boba the next day. I always pour out the boba and heat them Up and they soften again! I'd ordered from them again.

Yum! A brown sugar milk tea that's actually flavorful! I hate when I try a milk tea somewhere that literally tastes only like milk. Teaspoon's had a perfect balance of tea & milk. Boba tasted fresh too!!! Ube Vietnamese Coffee - Wish there were more of the ube foam as the flavor was too light but the drink overall was decent. I love shopping while sipping on a refreshing drink so I'm glad this opened up. You can also order thru their app & earn points. Will definitely return.

My sister and I were craving matcha, but the first place we visited wasn't open yet. Fortunately, we found this cozy spot nearby. Teaspoon is inside the Burbank Mall, on the Third floor, by the back entrance. We found the shop fast. Their menu has a variety of boba drinks and some coffee options for those who prefer a different drink. The girl at the counter noticed and offered some recommendations. She mentioned that their matcha was a popular choice. I opted for the matcha with strawberries. The matcha we ordered was ceremonial grade, and its rich, earthy flavor was evident in every sip. I paired it with oat milk and a delightful crème brûlée topping. The combination was simply divine, making it the perfect choice for a warm summer day. Although there's no seating available, we didn't mind since we were on our way to another destination. We loved it so much that we are already planning on coming back next week!

Walked in around 12:50pm on 6/29/26 and was greeted by a lovely, sweet lady with a pretty smile by the name of Maddy. She was not only pleasant, but very knowledgeable about the menu and the history of the restaurant. Restaurant along with the restroom was very clean. One gender neutral restroom. The restroom had cute black and white photos on the walls. So did the restaurant. Lot's of beautiful touches here and there. As soon as I was ready to place my order, Maddy, got my order right and the food came out pretty quickly, hot, fresh and delicious!!! I ordered their Chicken Pot Pie-filled with white gravy, cooked carrots, peas, and corn. The crust was so fresh that it is so hard to describe. ($10.55), was worth every penny of it!! Then, I also got their Chicken Pesto Sandwich, which came with Mozzarella cheese, greens, tomato on a toasted Sourdough bread. I opted for the fruit instead of the side salad. ($15.25), got their medium size hot decaf. Latte, with Coconut milk($5.75), and for the milk they charged me 0,85 cents extra. (Was not informed about the extra charge for the milk). Finished my meal with a whole size Blueberry/Peach Pie.($41.95). Was a very decent size for a pie. You get what you pay for.. Everything tasted above and beyond my expectations!! Took the pie to go..They have an extensive menu options from coffee/tea, Latte, Espresso, salads, sandwiches, pies, wraps, variety of juices and more.. Street, and metered parking only. Thank you Maddy, Republic Of Pie, Cheyenne(their general manager that was so lovely to talk to) and Mary who brought out my pie and cleaned my table afterwards. Last, but not least..they have a live band playing on the weekends from 6-to 8pm. Next time, I will go there around that time to listen to some live music..

The key lime pie was definitely on the more expensive side (almost $10), but honestly it was really good and the flavor was super balanced between the cream, crust, and filling.Their coffee selection also looked really good, but unfortunately I wasn't able to try any this time. Street parking was easy to find and the service was nice, friendly, and fast!

Better yet, if she ever tried Lou's, she'd never have the gall to post nonsense like that. If you haven't had it, don't review it. Simple as that. As for ALL of the items at Lou's "Oh, aimé-je" it does NOT get any better. The croissants are hands down the best in America. The sandwiches (all of them): finger-licking good. The éclairs are the most delectable in town, as are the other pastries. And with ALL of that, somehow the best thing is still the customer service. I have yet to walk in there without seeing Lou personally chatting it up with customers, the man is everywhere. On sunny and rainy days he's passing out umbrellas, and on Mother's Day he's handing out wonderful gifts for all the ladies. The staff take their lead from him and are every bit as splendid. We had wanted some croissants and apple tarts but unfortunately they had run out of the Apple tarts by the time we ordered (another excuse to return next time). We were convinced by the nice lady at the register to pick up not one but two almond croissants because they were fresh out of the oven and I'm SO GLAD we did. It was still hot/warm when we took our first bite after walking back to our car -- flaky amazing lamination with a steaming frangipane filling, for sure the best almost croissant I've had. The regular croissant was also good but not fresh/warm like the almond croissant so it left less of an impression but I can imagine it also tasting amazing if we got it fresh.
