I had an amazing experience with Sara! I was just expecting a facial & microderm, but she took professional photos of my skin and did a complete analysis of my face. I felt like I was at a dermatologist, but without the pressure of emptying my wallet. I learned so much just in the first 10 minutes of my visit! The facial was wonderful. Machines were top of the line and Sara was very gentle with my skin. I deal with cystic acne so she concentrated on extractions, removing bacteria and preventing future breakouts. I was blown away by my experience. Sara was extremely kind, personable, and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and welcoming. Before the hydrofacial, Sara did a full skin analysis using a skin analyzer machine to take photos and show what's happening below the skin. She took her time to interpret the results, and answer all my questions. Sara has very good communication skills and is able to explain in laymen's terms how many treatments work. I was then led to the spa room and made comfortable with water and a blanket. I was offered the opportunity to add-on Microdermabrasion which Sara tested on my hand first and again answered my questions before I committed. This helped to further exfoliate my skin. We then moved onto the Hydrofacial which was a very comfortable experience. I was then given a choice of two treatments that were included with the Hydrofacial, one for deep moisture and one was a light chemical peel for a nice glow. I was also concerned about some breakouts, so Sara offered to perform extractions and even zapped some with ozone to help even more. She then took her time to massage moisturizer in, which was quite relaxing. During the course of the treatment, I was able to learn more about the many treatments offered at this Medspa and about Sara's background. I felt comfortable and her experience and knowledge came through very clear during our talks. I look forward to enjoying more services with Sara and the Balm & Bubble team in the future :) read more

I am so happy that I was introduced to B and B via a groupon for a an Ultrasonic Fat Cavitation session. The results were subtle but absolutely observable. I shaved almost a half inch off each thigh (saddle bags) and had more energy and clear headedness. Not sure why, but Sara explained the physical processes involved.
