I had what could have been a really bad experience there, but they turned it around with their really great customer service. I got my car hand washed on Saturday afternoon. When it was done, I went home and put my car in the garage. Sunday morning when I went to brunch I noticed a huge scratch on the hood of my black car. I had a mini heart attack (almost) and called them immediately. The lady who picked up was really nice and sked me to please come in, so they could see it. I got there after brunch and Bam looked at my car. He had checked it the day before and that scratch wasnt there. I honestly dont know how it happened, it may have been a mistake someone made, but it wasnt there the day before. He did not give me hard time at wall. He had one of the employees take it to the back and buff it out. It took a while but the scratch is much better. I believe that "shit happens" so I'm not mad at them. I actually appreciate that they did not try to excuse or say it was already there. They handled everything superbly (under the circumstances). I will probably take my car there again for detailing, but first I will have him look at all the little scratches on my car. I know this could happen to anyone, anywhere, but I do hope this never happens again!! read more

Support local business. I went there for the first time for a hand car wash ($27..80). They did a good job. My car really needed some TLC and they spent the time needed to make sure that it was done. The smell of the products that they used for the interior is a little strong for me but I left my windows open for 15min while driving and it soon got better. Cash only. read more

Wish I could give them more stars. I found this place while visiting and it is one of the best car washes I have been too. Friendly, efficient and thorough. They washed my car the way I would if I were doing it myself. The owner Bam is a great guy and his staff is also. Never judge a book by its cover. This place does great work. I traveled 1900 miles and this is by far the best wash I have had for any price in a long time. They even have a members club and I wish I could take advantage of that but I live too far away. They have great deodorizers as well in multiple scents. If I could have these guys back home I would never wash my car again. But would let Bam and his crew do it for me. Called ahead to ask about a tire fix and was told a very cheap price compared to other close shops. Started to head over there and upon arriving the shop wasn't even open yet, didn't phase the owner at all, opened early and quickly fixed my tire with no hesitation, no plugs, an actual patch. Worst place ever they gave me a bad tire the man in the wheelchair is super rude he doesn't know how to speak to his clients or employees especially his son who i feel really really bad for he is treated and spoken to very disrespectful. don't recommend this place he also discriminated the fact if you're a women he would see it at as an easy opportunity to charge you more and do more for a higher price. First of all, they have a really adorable and talkative parrot who greets you from its cage when you arrive. There's a nice air conditioned waiting area and an ATM down the street if you, like me, did not know it's cash only. :) also very reasonably priced. read more

It really hurt my soul with trying to patronize a black owned business and being treated the way I was. I won't keep this long with a detailed story. All in all, I waited about 2 hours to get my car washed. It still wasn't finished, but I had to get my child to bed. No apologies or concern for the wait. Great family-run business. Down to earth, honest, polite, upfront on costs Went the extra mile by staying open an hour later than usual to fix my car (which had horrible rotors to replace) that day- and this was with me turning up at 530 on a Sunday evening! The place looks like a detailing shop but I would highly recommend taking your car there for any basic maintenance, tyres, oil, brakes, etc. You won't get ripped off, you'll get the opposite, and will be supporting local business. ATTENTION!! NEVER GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE AND I MEAN NEVER. I don't know a way to warn you all enough! This place is a SCAM for repairing your car. I went to get my car checked out because my warranty was going out and I wanted to make sure nothing was wrong. They inspected it for me and told me a bunch of stuff that was "wrong" but it was all a LIE!! They told me my coils needed to be fixed and I ended up paying about $500. Come to find out when they "repaired" it they put in bad coils so my car would mess up which it did and they could get more money out of me. DO NOT GO HERE THEIR SCAM ARTIST WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF GIRL ESPECIALLY. Do not go through the same thing I am now!!! read more

I got a really bad puncture on a rear tire. It was Sunday afternoon, lot of auto stores were closed. I searched Yelp and found Bam's. It was a very nice experience at Bam's shop! They fixed the tire nice and fast. People are kind and friendly. At the end, the price is very reasonable. I am glad that I have found such a great auto repair shop near UH.
