I was craving my Italian favorite - chicken parm. I went on Uber Eats and found this place. The prices are in range with other decent Italian places. I ordered the chicken parm and garlic rolls. When I placed my order, said an hour for delivery, driver had 2 stops before me, no problem. When it arrived, it was still hot. The rolls? Delicious. The parm? Delicious. The reason they don't get a 5/5 is because under the chicken/cheese that was nicely coated on top, was my fettuccine noodles. There was absolutely NO sauce under the chicken. None. Ate at the Tucker location and it was really good. The portions are so big you will be taking food home. Don't forget to ask for rolls to take home with the leftovers. They have us a bag of them with the food. They also kept the table basket loaded if you wanted. read more

I haven't been here but my church ordered pizza last night and the white pizza was probably the best pizza I've had in Atlanta the 13 years I've been living here!!! It was so cheesy-- lots of garlic and the ricotta cheese made it AMAAAAZING. I've already added this place to my guides in my Apple Maps for anytime I want some delicious pizza! And I saw they also have GF white pizza with cauliflower crust. I just know that'll be a favorite!!! Can't wait to come try it!! read more

READ IF YOU ORDER FROM DOORDASH OR UBER EATS I've had pretty good experiences ordering from this place. Looking at the current reviews, they seem kind of ridiculous. So I want to step in and make some comments. 1st. You can't 1 star a place because the pizza stuck to the top of the box during transit. Blame Door Dash. 2nd. If it's cold because you got it through DoorDash, take it up with DD. They will likely discount or refund your order if you complain. 3rd, you don't "Brown Garlic". Doing so causes garlic to bitter causing the dish to taste bad. If you don't know, read about it. Itt may be your preference but completely disregarding the attempts of the restaurant reaching out is just silky. Sadly, quality control can't be guaranteed ordering through a third party. If that's a deal breaker, order items that don't have issues being reheated. IE: Chicken Parmesan, pizza, lasagna. This is common sense for any restaurant. My recommendation, don't use DoorDash. All these complaining are DoorDash customers and their drivers are not that good in Atlanta. For those that got past this. The portions are huge. I'm talking one order can feed two fat guys. I know because I'm a big guy and I always have leftovers unless I feel like passing out for the night. So far, I've ordered the chicken parmesan, the chicken piccatta which is offered at the East Side location, and the Lasagna. The parmesan comes with two cutlets and a bucket of pasta. Not overly salty, sauce is tasty. Lots of cheese. You can't really mess that up. The piccatta is similar, but the capers and butter sauce are done well with lots of garlic. Don't kiss your SO after eating this. Sadly, midtown location doesn't serve this here but should, the midtown location has a smaller menu than the Crecent Center location. Lasagna is lasagna. It's not the best, this was my least favorite on three menu compared to the other two? Each order comes with a side of garlic bread. So don't order an additional side like me by mistake unless you feel like having a snack later. If I'm craving pasta and I don't want to cook, and want tasty garlic bread, I order here because every other Italian place on DD or Uber serves you less for more on top of ridiculous charges. read more

We decided to try Bambinelli's based on the reviews. We were a little disappointed so this review will explain the good and the not so good... Good: -Our server Destiny, she is so friendly. -Appetizers were Calamari and Gnocchi which we enjoyed. The bread knots are complimentary and delicious, especially when they get to your table nice and hot. -The Bambi pizza with cauliflower crust, the taste was good. -Lasagna was very good. -House salad was good. Not so good: -Greek salad - we don't know because they ran out of salad dressing for the Greek salad but brought the salads out and asked which salad dressing we would like since they were out of the Greek dressing. The spouse wanted a Greek salad so he asked the server to take it back. -The Bambi pizza with cauliflower crust was crispy but the texture was more like a frozen pizza crust. If you enjoy frozen pizza crust then it will not be an issue for you. -Chicken Piccata was served with fettuccine instead of spaghetti noodles and the sauce was very greasy. -Spaghetti with meat sauce. The sauce was watery, not the robust sauce someone told us come with the dishes. We saw higher rated reviews for the other locations, so the issues we had may have been isolated to this location. read more

First time, Last time. Should of looked at yelp first. Had the Pasta Carbonara, it had so much uncooked garlic chunks in it it wasn't edible. You literally felt like you were crunching celery. The calamari was soggy n undercooked. I can't stand that ppl think they can put such garbage food out n thinks it's ok for ppl to spend 80$ on trash. Whoever the cook is must be super lazy not to brown n cook the garlic. Don't waste your money on this place. Go Pizza Hut n get Cavatini for 10$ This owner then sends a lazy response that he will go over the issue! What a joke.. Then I get a email through DoorDash from them saying they will do better next time! Next time? They actually think I would give this place another chance on how they handled the issue. This place doesn't deserve a second chance and I will make sure everyone knows what a terrible place n what crappy food they serve. This was so simple to make it right n they screwed that up too. I hate to give it 3 stars because the pizza was excellent! I got the Bambi pizza, and finally a pizzeria that delivers on cheesy cheese on a pizza delivered! I am so tired of getting a pizza without enough cheese, or over cooked. This was not the case. It was a little soggy in the middle, but maybe because I added spinach and tomatoes to the pizza. Even soggy, it was great, it had a lot of cheese to cover that up! The spaghetti with meat sauce is terrible!!!! I took a few bites and threw it away. The minestrone is a joke! It was literally tomato broth with some cut up potatoes, and only less than a cup of a serving. I ended up finding myself looking for vegetables to validate any reason to eat it...... there were no vegetables, only potatos, I threw it out also...... no reason to drink straight sodium. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. It is the best moderately priced Italian in town. It serves the best Alfredo I've ever had in my whole life. However, I can only give this location 4 stars because I cannot contact this location. I have tried over and over again to call but there is no way to get through to a real human. My favorite is the chicken parm. The red sauce is amazing. I like penne instead of linguini. I want to be changed when I order the chicken parm. Door Dash/ Uber Eats does not allow substitutions. I try to call the restaurant directly but no answer. As a result, I take my order elsewhere. I do not enjoy the chicken parm with linguini enough to pay 20 bucks for it. I understand they are trying to streamline their operations but as a result, they have lost me as a would-be loyal customer. It's sad because I love this place. read more

Been to the old location in Tucker (before they moved) but have been ordering from the midtown location. One of the few doordash restaurants that does not mess up the order of forget items. Pizza arrived still hot and everything else (chicken parm, Caesar salad) were well packaged. As for the pizza, quality cheese, sauce was mellow and crust was great consistency. I've been going to this location since it opened, because it's super convenient to my house. I have always been impressed with their service and have continued going back due to this. Tried to order my favorite sandwich from them tonight, and this location (this location only) does not make sandwiches anymore. They also refuse to take orders over the phone or in person, when I called to place my order (due to the sandwiches not showing up online) the person was unapologetic and kind of rude, just told me to go order on the website. Why change this? Why waste your nice outdoor eating area? Why inconvenience the customers you do have local to the area?! You'd think with a location this new, they'd be trying to keep customers. Save your time, go somewhere else. If you want Bambinellis, go to another location that's actually helpful. read more

Anyways, I contacted Bambinelli's via phone and they offered to replace my order. I went in about a week later to take them up on that offer and they were kind and quick and my food was hot and fresh. They even gave me extra of my appetizer plus a salad. 10/10 service. I was hoping it would be good or at the least decent. Nope, we literally took a few bites of everything and threw it away (I might as well have opened my wallet and put my money in the waste basket). The food was lacking flavor - bland. I knew it was a red flag when I saw they charged for garlic. Seriously! Italian food without garlic should be criminal. Bro I don't know about the other foods on their menu but the calzone, chicken parmesan, garlic rolls, cannoli, and eggplant parmesan were goated. Chicken was cooked very well and remained crispy and juicy even after 10 minutes of being submerged beneath marinara and mozzarella. Calzone was fantastic as well. They use REAL olives as well not those shitty black olives subway and Pizza Hut use. Absolutely recommend this place. Not sure about the dine in experience ( we door dashed the food), but food was exemplary and I highly recommend. read more

Recently tried one time. Eggplant in eggplant parmigiana undercooked and bitter. Bad taste in the sauce. Michael Angelo's frozen eggplant parm is much better. I've had eggplant parm hundreds and hundreds of times, at restaurants and frozen. This was BAD. Other dish also has a bad taste in the sauce. Neither of us finished our meal.
