Came for a family dinner with friends. I've never been here before my friend recommended it so I was excited to try it since of course in Atlanta I've passed by a few locations. Being sat and greeted was quick. Val was our server. I wanted to order a blueberry lemon drop but I don't drink vodka. Val went to ask the manager if I could substitute my alcohol as her handheld wouldn't allow her but he told her no. This was shocking because I've never heard of not being able to switch liquor types unless it's premade. Oh well I'll keep my $14+ per drink to myself then. I just ordered water. It was still happy hour when we ordered according to Val so I asked for the spinach dip and dynamite shrimp both were good but when the check came we were charged full price. She was on it and let us know that was the hold up when it was time to pay. For dinner I got the burnt ends pizza with hand tossed crust. It was really good but left me wanting more in a way when it came to the toppings and the density of the bottom crust. I would get it again and possibly add like a pepper if that option is available. Dessert I really wanted to try the butter cake and I saw the flight option and I'm glad I went with that because I would not have been able to finish a full sized one. The strawberry and brownie topped two were my favorite of the three. The maple bacon was just a tad overwhelming for me but after scraping some of the bacon off it was balanced and I finished the trio. All in all it was a good choice and I'd come back for lunch or dinner. Three overall vibe is cozy and family friendly. When there's an event I would probably choose to sit on the patio. It was sunny outside but a little too warm for outdoor seating. Our server was a young lady with an honest personality. I asked her about an item in the menu and she said honestly, it's not that good. I left her name out because I don't want her to be reprimanded. Love a good CPK trip! This location is located at the center of Atlantic Station! AS has free 2 hour parking which is more than enough time if you're going for an afternoon lunch or dinner! I tried two dishes I haven't tried before and they were a solid 3.8/5! I loved the Thai Chicken Salad! It wasn't dry but I wish it had a bit more peanut dressing on it. If you're into Margarita Pizza, you'll enjoy the overall taste of the one they serve here. They didn't, however have fresh Tomato as I'm use to having on a Margarita Pizza! The Kung Pao spaghetti is a stable in my family. We always have at least one of us who enjoys this dish! It is on the spicier side if you are into that! It isn't too spicy so don't let that hesitate you on trying it. Overall, service this time wasn't my favorite. Our waitress wasn't terrible; she didn't have an attitude or anything. My salad indeed came out with the roasted Turkey in the salad. I just picked through it instead of sending it back. I loved the Italian Chop salad, love the pepperoni, feta and salad dressing. I think it could have used black olives. The half side is more than enough to share or eat alone. It's huge! The Jambalaya linguine was really good, saucy, loaded with sausage and shrimp. I noticed they actually used spaghetti noodles instead of linguine noodles. No biggie! I wanted to try the Mango Peace Iced Tea but they were out of it. I use to come to this particular location often when I lived downtown in Atlanta so it's in a prime location - Atlantic station! You have to pay for parking. There's no way around it lol and it's on the street so be aware. In addition, you'll have to walk about a half a block to get there. The inside is always clean. I have come several times and there was not a greeter at the door. In fact, several staff where standing around looking at menus. To their defense, no customers were needing to be serviced at that time. It's my birthday weekend and I warned myself a butter cake treat. It's a great deal and I get it every year. A cool perk. I absolutely hate dishonesty especially in retail or dining at a restaurant. So I go into California pizza kitchen, the last time we were there they gave out scratch off cards to see if you won something like a free meal or a percentage off. The manager stops at our table and scratches it off and we've won ten percent off. When we receive our bill I notice they only took off three dollars since the bill was fifty dollars I was expecting five dollars. The manager was like this is the right percentage off, and I was like what am I stupid or something I work in the accounting dept of my company and all I do is crunch numbers all day I know what ten percent of fifty is. So then he says the bill is fifty but that's because the tax brought it to fifty, so then I said ok where is my four dollars and sixty cents or my additional one dollar and sixty cents sines the bill before tax was forty six. He made the adjustment and I left and was like unbelievable. You can't trust anything no more, people and companies have lost all integrity. I won't be coming back after that foolishness.. read more

Which says a lot about the caliber of food and level of service. This place has staying. It was late on my birthday when I visited. I took a me day for my birthday . There are not enough moments where we celebrate ourselves with and for ourselves. Queue Beyoncé's Me, myself and I. The server was great. I sat in a booth. Ordered dessert and coffee and processed to enjoy every bite of their delightful butter cake with ice cream. The menu is extensive. I am a fan of checking out yelp reviews beforehand and had done so this time. I knew exactly what I wanted when I got there. The server was great. He was also working the hostess station. It was a slow Tuesday night. This place has a great vibe and the aroma of the food makes you want to come back for more. New to me or to CPK are pizzas for home baking. Let's say I'm quite a frequent flyer of California Kitchen Pizza, and this review is well overdue . I usually attend the Atlantic Station location and I'm typically pretty satisfied with my experience. On my visits I usually order the Jambalaya Pasta while my friend almost always always orders the Jamaican Jerk Pizza . The pasta is pretty well seasoned and includes crawfish , shrimp , and more . On the pizza a variety of toppings includes cheese , bell peppers , chicken , bacon , and a sweet jerk sauce . We at times wash down our order with the Sangria Flight . The flavors for the flight are pretty flavorful with a sneak attack . Your beautiful three sangria beverages of choice includes the Orchard, RedBerry and my favorite Beehive . The Beehive is my favorite because the flavor is light and refreshing . Overall , our experience is typically great . However , today we were left a bit unsatisfied . The sweet jerk sauce on the pizza overwhelm the pie and left it without being able to taste the other tasty flavors . Usually there is a kick , unfortunately it was a miss . The pasta also usually has a kick and more seafood , but my fork was more filled with noddles . We were quite disappointed in todays experience , not to take away from our other great visits . Well like to visit again of course , but next time we'll leave some notes to include with our order . Oh I usually sit at the bar and almost always have Mark and Chris as my servers . Came on a Friday night and sat on the outdoor patio which was great bc they were having live music on the green at Atlantic Station. I say stick to the title and have pizza which was great. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and also the Mushroom, pepperoni and sausage pizza. I love how they add red onions to the BBQ pizza, makes for such a great added flavor. The pasta on the other hand I did not like. I ordered the jambalaya which is a restaurant favorite and it lacked in flavor. The Cobb salad was good so I enjoyed that as well. read more

I have been a fan of CPK for a long time now. The difference between here and other chain pizza restaurants is that they offer Fresh ingredients and a variety of quality bites. Whether you want to eat a healthy meal or chow down on a not so healthy Italian dish you can get it here. This location is located in Atlantic Station and in my opinion probably the best restaurant in the nearby vicinity. The ambiance is intimate with dim lighting yet relaxed. This location also has bar seating and outdoor seating as well. Even their drinks are all handcrafted and delicious. On this particular visit I dined with a friend on a Thursday night and we had a short wait before we were seated. Our waitress was amicable and had some great suggestions. During the week I try to eat fairly healthy and decided to go with the California Veggie pizza and so did my health conscience friend. It was covered with fresh veggies, there was a little cheese and it tasted different from any Veggie Pizza I've ever had. I broke my weekday diet but not by far with this healthier choice. We both enjoyed our pizzas. Overall this location shares the same superior customer service as all the other locations I've been to. Their desserts are excellent and if I had room for it after such a appetizing meal I would have ordered the Butter Cake, it is scrumptious.
