A cute Asian drink spot in the midst of Tanger outlets in AC. The guy at the register was very welcoming and friendly and took the time to answer any questions. They offer a huge variety of boba, red bean, refreshing spritzers and really good Vietnamese coffee! Their passion fruit refresher quite nice.

Stepping into this Vietnamese macaroon wonderland was like entering a sweet symphony at The Bambú Cafe . The different mix of flavor assortments of macaroons were nothing short of a literal visual feast of vibrant color palettes, delicate shells, and flavors that danced on my taste buds like sugar-coated ballet routines . Each macaroon felt like a miniature masterpiece marshmallow melting on my tongue , with textures of crispiness and melt-in-your-mouth goodness. From classic flavors like vanilla and chocolate to innovative combinations like 'red velvet' and 'champagne '.This place really has macaroon alchemy down to a fine art. It was a journey through a spectrum of tastes, and my taste buds were happily lost in the labyrinth of sweetness. And then there were the boba teas we ordered ; the Tarot Milk Tea & The Lychee Boba Tea - delightful partners in crime to the macaroon fiesta in my mouth . The boba & lychee fruit pearls tasted like chewy treasures every time I found a new rubbery pearly one! It added an extra layer of joy to the already fantastic explosion experience I was having . From creamy matcha concoctions to fruity explosions, the boba teas were a sip of pure sugary heaven. The ambiance of Bambú transported me to a Vietnamese dreamscape. If you're in the mood for a dessert adventure, Bambú is the undisputed destination. Deliciousness wrapped in macaroon magic and sipped through boba blissfully- it's a culinary journey that leaves you craving an encore I ordered 2x in a week one time !! And they prepare it beautifully !!! To me presentation matters and that's what they have achieved here ! The overall experience is a bit pricey so this can't be an all the time affair unfortunately- 12 macaroons came to $42 .. so not a normal " everyday treat" A recommendation would be to allow customers to choose their own macaroons in the future and to offer some type of deals or sell gift boxes maybe ? Aside from that ...Treat your taste buds; they'll thank you later! I highly recommend!

My son loves teas and mochi. The service is good. The atmosphere is friendly. He has a vanilla chip mochi and a Bambu Refresher #13.

My smoothie was so yummy! $9 including tip because I added boba and replaced with coconut milk. Quick service and cute store, I hope to make it through the whole menu someday lol

I like how diverse the Che menu is. I got the Bambu special and really liked it. The avocado smoothie was just ok.

    Left: Strawberry Parfait (stirred up)

GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Even if you have zero experience with bubble tea! 1) Delicious beverages: I got the strawberry parfait and the Taro Lover Che, one of their special drinks. Both are fantastic. The strawberry parfait is very well balanced flavor wise, and you'll especially love it if you love strawberries (I do). The Taro Lover drink was delicious, with coconut milk, taro, and padan jelly. 2) Great presentation: The drinks look fabulous when you get them. However, make sure to stir them all up for best enjoyment! 3) Quality ingredients: Real fruit that tastes fresh, and the taro in the Taro Lover was definitely the real stuff. Delicious. 4) Awesome service: The guy working there/running the place is friendly and communicates clearly. If there's a problem with ingredient availability, he'll let you know and offer you other options.

    15. Bambu Halo Halo

The halo halo was filled with a lot of ingredients and absolutely delicious. The reason for the 3 stars was the small amount of ube ice cream I received. The amount I received was smaller than the amount a cookie dough scooper would even scoop up. It was as if they used a small spoon and scooped up the tiny bits of ice cream remains. It looks more in the pictures because it was already sinking, melting and spread out. If the manager/owner disputes this, please check your camera and you will clearly see the amount of ice cream I received. To me this is unacceptable. I rather be informed of the low amount of ube ice cream or whatever ingredient that is low and ask if I'm ok with it...or at least compensate by adding additional amount of another ingredient. But they didn't say anything and just served it. I did go back the next day for the smashed avocado drink. This drink was ok. Had to wait for the ice to melt a bit before drinking it. I think it would be better if it was blended together.

I loved that we walked in and most of the patrons were Asian, translation - yep, food good! Started with the Spring rolls, which were, as expected, nothing to blow your taste buds away, decent. We also tried some Pepper Squid, which was ok. I think more pepper would have been better, as it lacked any discernible pepper seasoning. Onward to the Sweet and Sour Shrimp and Vegetables. Wow...well balanced, a terrific freshness, and the broth was spot on. We then tried the grilled pork, which was good. The server did not speak English well, so it's best to point to the menu item you want, as if you leave it to the server, you may not get what you expected. Yes, I will visit much more often. We came with our friends who are Vietnamese, and they speak very highly of this place. Service: Service wasn't great. Staff were not friendly or too welcoming and don't come to check on you throughout the meal. It was a bit chaotic when they were serving the food. The staff didn't get orders correct and there seemed to be confusion. My dish was the last to come out, and a staff member had to ask me again what I ordered before bringing it out. Ambiance: The place is a good size with many tables that can accommodate large and small groups. The place does get packed, and there is often a wait during peak meal times. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant!

It's sad that the two times we have eaten here (so far), we were the only customers. The server (the owner, I presume) is very nice and offered us complimentary tea on both occasions. Menu has just about everything you'd want in a typical pho restaurant and the food is solid. I've tried dozens of Vietnamese restaurants in my hometown, in Philly, and in my travels. Pleasantville, NJ isn't a hotbed of Asian cuisine, but 7 Sisters holds its own compared to some of my go-to spots.

I was very excited to try this place because they have the traditional banh mi's which my usual spot no longer has. We started off with shrimp summer rolls which were tasty. Although the sauce that accompanied it tasted almost like chocolate. Luckily i always make my own sauce of sambal and hoisin. We ordered the fried egg rolls. Let me be very honest and clear with you when it comes to Vietnamese spring rolls. They are my favorite compared to any spring rolls out there. But these spring rolls were quite lackluster. The filling definitely needed more meat and more seasoning. Even the fish sauce needed to be sweeter. And I like to eat salty so that says a lot. Now onto the banh mi sandwich I ordered the traditional one with extra pate and extra mayonnaise. However, there was truly no meat in it. I love my cold cuts, sliced thin, but that doesn't mean that I only want one slice of meat. The amount of meat that was in the sandwich is unacceptable. Although the actual bread itself had a great crunch and taste to it, but all I could taste was the bread and vegetables. Onto the pho whenever I go to a new spot, I always taste the broth first and honestly, this broth had too much Star anise for my liking. The broth wasn't great. Luckily i usually just season it and it would be fine but i made the mistake of not tasting their homemade chili oil first because it was five spice forward. I was not a fan and it definitely ruined my bowl. As for the pork chops the marinade on it was on the sweeter side but it was fine. Overall this place was just not for us.
