Located near Regal Cinemas and Five Below. ( Hamilton Commons) Atlantic County... PHO LIFE - So fresh & delicious! With a dozen dining room tables --(& may I add - comfy leather booths against the wall)-the cheerful -yet sheik - "Pho Life" offers Patrons something that sets them apart from others- (Fresh, healthy, & beautifully created Vietnamese food that isint outrageously expensive for no reason. The menu prices are certainly reasonable for the quality of food you are getting. The food is consistently good, which, sadly, is almost unheard of these days. It's hard to find a restaurant you can afford regularly that you can trust to always be good. This place has not let me down yet. My rating is four stars (minus one star) because the staff uses Fabulouso in a spray bottle to clean the dining room tables. ( Just felt a bout of nausea at the sheer thought of that cleaner... I hate it ao much-The smell of that cleaner is so obnoxious and gives me an immediate migraine. Please stop using this overly fragrant chemical in a place where people have to eat-- the smell is overbearing and intrusive when you are enjoying your meal.

Pho Life is excellent! Compared to other Pho restaurants around, this is one has Vietnamese pate for their Bahn Mi sandwiches (in addition to the usual pork and chicken). Fresh veggies, crunchy French baguettes. My favorite sandwich! 5/5 stars.

In a strip mall with a handful of Asian themed shops, 7 Sisters looks like they bought out an old…read morefast food restaurant and turned it into a charming bakery/Vietnamese eatery. It's sad that the two times we have eaten here (so far), we were the only customers. The server (the owner, I presume) is very nice and offered us complimentary tea on both occasions. Menu has just about everything you'd want in a typical pho restaurant and the food is solid. I've tried dozens of Vietnamese restaurants in my hometown, in Philly, and in my travels. Pleasantville, NJ isn't a hotbed of Asian cuisine, but 7 Sisters holds its own compared to some of my go-to spots.

I was very excited to try this place because they have the traditional banh mi's which my usual spot no longer has. We started off with shrimp summer rolls which were tasty. Although the sauce that accompanied it tasted almost like chocolate. Luckily i always make my own sauce of sambal and hoisin. We ordered the fried egg rolls. Let me be very honest and clear with you when it comes to Vietnamese spring rolls. They are my favorite compared to any spring rolls out there. But these spring rolls were quite lackluster. The filling definitely needed more meat and more seasoning. Even the fish sauce needed to be sweeter. And I like to eat salty so that says a lot. Now onto the banh mi sandwich I ordered the traditional one with extra pate and extra mayonnaise. However, there was truly no meat in it. I love my cold cuts, sliced thin, but that doesn't mean that I only want one slice of meat. The amount of meat that was in the sandwich is unacceptable. Although the actual bread itself had a great crunch and taste to it, but all I could taste was the bread and vegetables. Onto the pho whenever I go to a new spot, I always taste the broth first and honestly, this broth had too much Star anise for my liking. The broth wasn't great. Luckily i usually just season it and it would be fine but i made the mistake of not tasting their homemade chili oil first because it was five spice forward. I was not a fan and it definitely ruined my bowl. As for the pork chops the marinade on it was on the sweeter side but it was fine. Overall this place was just not for us.

She chose MamaMi Special Pho (with the combo of flanks, brisket, tendon, and meat ball. I was not good. The beef was sliced too think, the tendon was not fully cooked and felt like chewing rubber. The soup base was not rich in flavor just salty. Although my Banh mi plate was actually pretty good with all the ingredients cooked on a sizzling skillet when they served it. You wrap your own hoagie with the toasted baguette. I would not recommend this place for pho. Did not try their vermiculite, so no comment on that choice.

The three of us ordered a lot of different food and tried many things - it all came out fresh and hot. My steamed shrimp pho soup was extraordinary in flavor depth. I added a side of bok choi and broccoli. A side plate of sprouts, cilantro, jalapeño, and lime came with it. We also tried a variety of appetizers (see photos). Another stand out was the Vietnamese "hoagie" - what a nice surprise. For an Asian cuisine restaurant, the roll was amazing! The place is small and busy with take out so the door opened and closed a lot. It was a little chilly inside because of this. No big deal. The staff were friendly and the service adequate. We will be going back to see what else MamaMi has to offer - would recommend!

I loved that we walked in and most of the patrons were Asian, translation - yep, food good! Started with the Spring rolls, which were, as expected, nothing to blow your taste buds away, decent. We also tried some Pepper Squid, which was ok. I think more pepper would have been better, as it lacked any discernible pepper seasoning. Onward to the Sweet and Sour Shrimp and Vegetables. Wow...well balanced, a terrific freshness, and the broth was spot on. We then tried the grilled pork, which was good. The server did not speak English well, so it's best to point to the menu item you want, as if you leave it to the server, you may not get what you expected. Yes, I will visit much more often. We came with our friends who are Vietnamese, and they speak very highly of this place. Service: Service wasn't great. Staff were not friendly or too welcoming and don't come to check on you throughout the meal. It was a bit chaotic when they were serving the food. The staff didn't get orders correct and there seemed to be confusion. My dish was the last to come out, and a staff member had to ask me again what I ordered before bringing it out. Ambiance: The place is a good size with many tables that can accommodate large and small groups. The place does get packed, and there is often a wait during peak meal times. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant!
