I tried this place for the first time recently and overall had a good experience. They have a fun menu with lots of drinks and desserts that are both yummy and interesting. Everything smells amazing when you walk in, and there are so many tempting options to choose from. The drinks were really good, and the açaí bowls, were fresh and tasty. The halo halo was absolutely scrumptious and definitely a highlight for me. The service was just okay. It wasnt bad, but it could be a bit warmer. A more welcoming vibe when greeting customers would really elevate the experience. That said, I am looking forward to going back and trying more items on the menu. The decision I tried to make was to avoid coconut meat since I'm not into coconut (but the milk is good though). What really blows me away is her attention to detail--she remembers that I always order a small acai bowl with no coconut & literally has it rung up the moment I walk through the door! I don't have to wait much to get my dessert. I also recently tried the pandas waffle and it's a 10/10! It was so hot and warm so you have to eat it right away.
