Parking isn't too difficult to find, although there might be some circling involved during busier hours. I had their regular boba milk tea with 50% sugar which was just right for me. This place is located below my Pilates studio and I honestly had low expectations and secretly wanted it to be bad so I am not tempted to get boba after my workout but honestly, this place surprised me with how good this drink was. I got the lychee rose tea w/ jasmine tea, 50% sugar with boba, the drink itself came with basil seeds and lychee fruit chunks and it was so refreshing after a workout. The texture of the boba was perfectly chewy as well. Total with the boba topping came out to close to $8 which was pretty steep for a drink but that's becoming the new standard with inflation I guess. Their drink sizes are the standard "large" cups though so it's likely priced in. Ordering is simple and convenient via a kiosk and parking is easy and plentiful in the plaza. Drink came out quickly and there is seating inside if you want to hang out. Would 10/10 come again. They have lots of different options for milk teas, fruit teas, coffees, etc. read more

It's a smaller store with some interesting flavors like their butterfly pea milk teas, which I didn't get because I was worried about the taste. Their oolong milk teas and the osmanthus was good, solid flavor and I could taste the slight fruity aroma of the osmanthus. they had interesting gimmicky toppings like paw jelly , etc. The boba didn't taste super fresh, it was slightly hard but I don't mind it that much. The drink options are unique from other boba shops, but they also have classic fruit and milk teas. We ordered two drinks: the Berry Lychee and the Herbal Bliss. Both drinks were ordered with less ice and 50% sugar. Our drinks were ready pretty quickly. We both enjoyed our drinks and liked that they came with some toppings. The Herbal Bliss was light on flavor, but it was refreshing.
