I went in for a basic manicure and pedicure to clean up my nails, toes, and cuticles. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from the start. The man who did my manicure wasn't friendly or gentle. He never asked how I wanted my nails shaped and immediately started filing. My fingernails are now uneven and crooked, there's still dirt underneath them, and my cuticles look awful. It was honestly the worst manicure I've ever had. The woman who did my pedicure was nice, but the quality of the work was just as disappointing. My heels actually look worse than they did before I came in, and my toenails are crooked and jagged and I'll be going home too, even them out on my own. I can't believe I spent nearly $60 for such poor service. To make matters worse, when I was checking out, the woman at the front looked at my tip and asked if I was going to leave more. Overall, I was extremely disappointed. There seemed to be no attention to detail or pride in the work, and I definitely won't be returning or recommending their services!
