She literally fixed my nails--no more Gel-X for me because my natural nails are finally healthy again. I've been consistent with my appointments and I'm always excited to come back. Its been awhile, so I decided to give this nail salon another try. And again I felt disappointed with my experience. When you go to a nail salon- you want to feel relaxed. Especially when you are paying a lot of money. At this salon, I cannot relax as its so un-inviting. The salon is all about getting people in and out the door. Lets talk about setting- the lighting is bright at this salon between the outdoor lighting and the ceiling lighting. Chairs are stacked in rows all around the room with tables in the middle for servicing. While you are trying to relax people are running around- and there is no serenity in that. Plus there is no calming music at the salon. Lastly, I was so uncomfortable in my chair- my techs did not setup my chair for comfort and I did not know how to do it. My feet barely touched the water. I was so uncomfortable that my nail tech had to tell me to relax. Plus I paid a lot for the work- it cost me 75 dollars before tip for gel nails and a pedicure (regular)- a lot for this kind of service. Plus, I am not even satisfied with the work. And the parking situation is bad at this mall, even during the day. The mall does have a big parking lot, but not enough for all the stores and restaurants. read more

I went for a French manicure. Not only did it take a two hours (I had nothing even on my nails coming in to remove), but it was very poor quality. (See attached). I attempted to call back to try to see if they could fix it. The person who answered the phone hung up the moment I said there was a hair in my cured into my nail that I wanted to get removed. For the record, Henry picked up my phone - don't know him personally but he stated his name. I wish I could give a better review as they are local and some of the workers seem very nice. But it was disrespectful to not even hear my concerns when I kindly tried to get a fix to my nails. read more

Annie has done my nails a couple of times now, the first time she seemed a bit annoyed that I asked for a simple design on one nail (a ghost for Halloween) but she did a good job, so I just assumed she was having a bad day and let it go without making any issues about her attitude. I came back again a few weeks later, once again I had Annie do my nails since she did fine the first time, this time she did my nails a totally different color than the photo I showed so after one nail, I asked her to stop and please let me pick a different color as that wasn't close to what I wanted (I asked for a hot pink and she used a pale pearly pink color). She acted super annoyed again, then she stared at me for a few seconds like she was mad, got up and got a hot pink. To make things worse, I bumped my nail when she went to grab my other finger to paint it, screwing up the polish before it was cured, she literally raised her voice at me and told me I should have watched out, takes a huge deep breath and then reluctantly continued and finished my nails. Please trust the reviews here, I wish I looked before because several people have written poor reviews on how rude and unfriendly Annie is, but now I can confirm that is true unfortunately. It made me so uncomfortable I am not going to that salon again even if they booked me with someone else. Imagine having someone you're paying, raise their voice at you over an accident like bumping your nail. If Annie left the salon maybe I would try it again. But it's hard to support a business when they employ people like that. read more

I had an appointment today with nail tech Annie, at no given time was I greeted by her, not a simple hello. she had the look on her face as if she was already bothered. I'm guessing she already knew the reason for my visit because she just went in- started working, didn't ask me what I was getting done. Which I went in for a fill and make my nails shorter. Throughout the entire visit, was there any eye contact with me, said not "ONE" word. Her body language made me feel so unease and uncomfortable. When my nails were all cut down short, I felt they were thick so I asked her if she can file them down a little to make them look somewhat thinner, well it took her a good few seconds to reply ( without looking at me ) all she said was: where do you get your nails done?? I said: I always come here. No Answer! When she was done doing my nails, She didn't get to paint the tips of the nails, which Mose nail tech's Do ! there was NO Thank You, NO Goodbye, NOTHING at all. All She did was put everything away, turned around, got up and walked away towards the back. This was a POOR customer service, Not a people person at all. After my visit, I remember my friend telling me she had the same experience and I remember the name and it was the same nail tech. For the most part everybody there is nice specially the owner Henry. They greet you by your name, which makes you feel welcoming. I've been going there for months now and they know me. I am a generous person when it comes down to the tips. I was so irritated by the end of my visit specially with her body language, so when I left I was going to give at least a $5 tip, but then I remembered her ugly energy and how I was filling throughout the whole time there.. that I ended up, giving her only $3 and that's because I felt bad not leaving a tip at all. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO HER AGAIN ! that body language that she gives out Made Me Feel Very Uncomfortable. The worst part was walking out of there. I paid $55 for a fill ?? read more

Within a few days my nails are already chipping, then of course now they're already lifting and completely peeling after only 5 days. I need to keep filing them down, and essentially need a new manicure. I do not recommend. They are also over priced for the quality and I did not see my nail tech open new clean tools.
