So while I was looking wondering, "This is it!?!" the lady at the counter may have saw the confusion on my face and said that if there is something I'd like that I didn't see they could cut it fresh in the back out the freezer. I asked for a cut of ribeye and sure enough they came out with a cut to the thickness I requested. I'm glad she told me to ask for something. During my purchased I inquired about other cuts I'd be interested in as the holidays approach and sure enough they have it all in the freezer 100% fresh to be cut. This makes complete sense to not have too much out because we all want the cuts as fresh as possible so if I have to ask for a certain cut every time I visit I think that's perfect because then I'll know it just came out the freezer as fresh as can be.

They're not even using the "Martin's BIG Potato Rolls" just the small regular ones. The sandwiches come with chips for free or fries for an upcharge -- But the chips are homemade and frankly way better than the fries! PANTRY items weave in and out, beckoning to take them home. (I DID). SYSTEMS are really great. after your selection at the butcher, they assign you a basket # so you can shop with both hands free. This is a well organized order and pick up system; if you need fresh meats, head to the back, past the enormous freezer selection of ravioli, manicotti, and other Italian specialties.
