If Shop Rite management can't get their act straight and focus on customer service, they won't see any more of my business. Here is a suggestion: have back-up checker capability. What a novel idea. Have an assistant manger open a register: or have one of the employee shoppers open a register. Management obviously does not care about customers. If you read the Yelp reviews, management never responds to complaints. Just demonstrates that they don't care. Bye bye Shoprite: we will move on to Hannafords or Price Chopper that are minutes away.
