First, I was greeted upon arrival. Scott was wonderful, helpful, and understanding when I had accidentally reserved a car at another location. I thought this would terribly delay me, but it didn't. They luckily had one available. I returned it within 24 hours and check out was seamless. I was very disappointed when I found out they don't allow personal cars on their lot for the day if you are renting, and wish that had been somewhere on my reservation. My email receipt never got to me, but a quick 3 minute phone call with Samantha helped me procure my receipt for my expense report. She was kind and friendly and patient and even waited on the phone with me to make sure I got the email.

Under the previous managers, Craig and Jacob, I never experienced any issues. They understood my business needs, communicated professionally, and always treated me with respect. Unfortunately, that completely changed. I was treated unprofessionally and without the level of respect that a long-term, loyal customer should expect. There was no attempt to understand the situation or value the relationship we had built with Enterprise over the years. When I contacted the 1-800 customer service number to speak with a manager or someone who could address my concerns, no one followed up with me. Instead, I was repeatedly told it was a "corporate decision" and that I needed to return the vehicle. The issue involved my payment card being temporarily locked--a security feature I routinely use. This has happened several times over the past year, and whenever Enterprise called, I simply unlocked my card and the payment was processed without any problems. Craig and Jacob were familiar with this process, and it was never an issue until now. What is most disappointing is the lack of customer service. After spending more than $30,000 with this company, I expected to be treated as a valued customer, not as if my business meant nothing. Looking back, I could have purchased a vehicle for my business with the amount I've spent in rentals. I chose Enterprise because of the convenience, the reservations, and the excellent service I previously received. Sadly, that level of service is no longer there. Enterprise should carefully consider the leadership and customer service standards at this location because they have lost a loyal, long-term customer.

    1 star and that's being generous…read more I returned a rental at this location and accidentally left my iPhone in the back seat pocket. What followed was 5 days of the most exhausting customer service runaround I've ever experienced. I did everything right. I filed a claim through the official Lost & Found portal immediately. I called customer service. I called the Emerald Club line. I reached out on social media. I visited a National location in NYC in person. I emailed the branch manager directly. The response? Scripted messages telling me 'leadership will reach out.' No callback. No name. No direct number to reach this branch because one doesn't exist. You are completely trapped in a loop of chat bots and 800 numbers with no way to speak to anyone who can actually do anything. Here's the kicker, the car was turned around and rented to another customer without being properly inspected or cleaned. My phone sat in that back seat pocket through an entire additional rental cycle. My phone was only recovered because I personally sent a friend to the airport to look for it. National did nothing. As an Emerald Club member I expected at least a baseline level of service. I got none. Would never recommend.

I didn't receive the voicemail before because I was still in flight . Once I landed and checked the Enterprise app, nothing looked wrong, because it asked if you like to check in and start the pickup process. Once I arrived at the location, they informed me that they had no cars. I was told to call a customer service number. After talking to 3 representatives and waiting outside for over 3 hours, the district manager never called, as I was instructed they would. Stranded and cold.

    I rented from this Enterprise and it started well. This rental was following an auto accident. My…read moreinsurance company paid $40 per day up to 30 days. The rental was $42.99 per day (for both me and the insurance company). I also kept the rental for three additional days at my own expense while I worked through purchasing a new vehicle. When I returned the car, I never received a bill. A few days went by so I reached out to get a copy of the final bill. To my surprise, I was charged $391.21 for my portion (3 days at 42.99, plus the taxes). They charged me $7.33 per day but couldn't explain the charge or breakout for the $7.33. When I questioned the first person, she couldn't figure it out and suggested I reach out to the Manager, Anthony. The next day, I called Anthony and we were on the phone for over an hour and he couldn't figure NOT explain the charges. I had $7.33 x 30 days. $42.99 x 3 days. Plus the taxes for 33 days. When I asked about it, the manager initially said it was the difference ($2.99 plus taxes). When I advised him nothing he is suggesting makes sense and nothing equals the totals the way he explained it, he said he would send an email to the accounting team so they can explain the charge. That was over week ago. I even asked him to include me on the email he sent so I could ask the questions I needed them to answer. He agreed to send it and include me...and I haven't received the email nor any further communication from Anthony. That was on 1/30/25. Additionally, there was damage to the vehicles. While they recorded the damage, they documented it to the driver side but the damage was actually on the left sign.
