Overall: 5/5! Amazing! Ambiance: My husband and I came during Happy Hour 3-6pm on a Friday and it was completely empty. However, there are really cute decorations in here, mood lighting and a water feature. Good music was playing in the background! Service: Extremely attentive and kind. Parking: Street parking only. Food: I ordered the fresh spring rolls and Tom Yum soup with tofu. It was the BEST soup I've ever had in my life. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in. We were seated quickly, and the food was delicious. We were just trying out different Thai places nearby, and this one was a great find. The ambiance had a cozy, dimly lit, romantic vibe, perfect for a meal with friends or your significant other. We'd definitely come back again.

Not sure why this spot has such negative reviews. I thought the quality and taste was great today! Service was friendly. Super tasty soups and entree. I recommend the three we ordered. I love soup noodles, so opted to try two different ones Tom yum noodle soup: level 3 spicy (not "Asian" spicy), we could have gotten a 4 and been ok! Just enough sour and a little heat. Noodles soaked up the soup and the seafood was tasty! Man this broth was so good! Kow soi Chiang mai: level 2 spicy, a very tender piece of chicken, rich and flavorful broth, good texture noodles in the soup and the fried ones on top. Make sure to squeeze the lime in and add the sides to it! Chilis were given on the side to make it spicier if wanted. String beans and eggplant entree with tofu: level 3 spicy So tasty!! Get a side of jasmine rice and soak the sauce up. The tofu had a great texture and the eggplant was delicious! String beans were a little stringy. Overall solid dish

Thankfully, there is a cheaper solution that doesn't require TSA or an uncomfortable middle seat. Located in the West Seattle Bowl is the Three 9 Lounge. Step into a little Polynesian paradise and get out of PNW cold. Ukulele music, warm, comfy booths and South Pacific decor welcome you into the space. Feel your blood pressure drop as you enjoy your stay with a lovely crafted drink that mentally whisks you away to a lounge chair in the sun. Definitely order one in a cool glass! The drinks are strong and worth the price. Staff are friendly and helpful in finding you the right libation for your situation. There are also great nibbles while you sip on your drinks and slip away into a little piece of paradise at this wonderful find in West Seattle. Aloha!

I got a kick out of both Star Wars and SpongeBob being played on the bar TVs while we decided on our order! Loved the chill vibe here. We ordered pickle chips to split-these were INCREDIBLE-they came with ranch, and they were crispy and chewy. They were addicting, and not greasy, oily or heavy in the batter they used to fry them. These managed to be both filling and light. Absolute win. I ordered an ABV free drink, True North. This was one of my favorite drinks I have ever had. I loved this combination of lime, ginger beer, hibiscus and the Pathfinder Hemp & Root. This was my first time trying this line of ABV free spirit, and I was blown away. True North was refreshing, not too sweet, bubbly and bright. We will definitely be coming back-there were lots of foods and cocktails we wanted to try.

You might have to wait for them to remember what they are selling, or flag them down for a check. If there were drink specials that made more sense, I could see a legitimate reason to spend time here drinking. This Goblin would pass on the food. I don't come here to eat. The food: expensive for what it is. Long ago dear reader, this Goblin worked in food service. He can spot "ready-made foods" from a mile away. This place leans more "eating to satiate", than "eating to satisfy", no matter how hard I fight my Goblin brain. Each meal, I come to terms with the sucker I am for eating a $27 omelette before tip. Herein lies our problem dear reader. Do I want a hummus plate for $12-15, that is essentially a disassembled and then reassembled menagerie of pre-made product on a plate? Or how about a cup of some mid-gumbo for $8? As a Goblin I have eaten many old soups out of a dirty cauldron, but Mid-Gumbo tastes like how Jack Harlow must feel waking up and telling himself he got blacker. Concerning the food (and Jack Harlow), it's about more than just lack of seasoning.

There was some renovation going on, so there weren't any seats available for dine-in. However, there was a bench inside where we sat to enjoy our coffee, which worked out since I love having coffee at cafes, especially in their cute mugs. The quality of the coffee was amazing easily one of the best I've had in Seattle. I also appreciated their efficient setup: the barista takes your order and makes it at the same time. You might have to wait in line a bit longer, but you get your coffee right away instead of waiting for your name to be called later. Just be prepared for a line, but it's totally worth it!

We picked up a couple of bags of beans from the shop, but all the credit goes to their amazing barista and owner. You can truly tell how passionate and skilled they are in their craft. We loved it so much that we visited twice, and both times the drinks were absolutely perfect (tried cappuccino and espresso with hot chocolate) The café has such a cozy, relaxing city vibe; I noticed many people upstairs reading, studying, and working. I'd love to come back someday and spend more time there, savoring their coffee to the fullest.

We came by on a Sunday late afternoon for what we thought would be a quick dinner, and it ended up being such a lovely meal. We ordered the pad thai, pad kee mao, banh xeo, and the mango trout. Even though the restaurant was fairly busy, everything came out in a timely manner and tasted so fresh and thoughtfully prepared. One thing I really appreciated was how flavorful and tender the meats were in each dish. You could tell the proteins were marinated and cared for before being added in, instead of just tossed into a noodle dish as an afterthought like I've experienced at other places. It made such a difference. The mango trout was such a standout. The trout was a great size, and the mango was firm, crunchy, and fresh, which I absolutely loved. The banh xeo was also delicious: thin, crispy, and served with fresh herbs that weren't wilted at all. The nuoc mam was perfect too, not overly sweet, light, balanced, and just right with the banh xeo. Portions were generous, and we ended up taking food home because we couldn't finish everything. That is always a good problem to have. Most of all, I really want to mention how welcoming the service was. Lynda took such great care of us and made the whole experience feel warm and personal. You can tell this is a place with heart behind it, and I truly hope more people in the neighborhood give it a try. It's not easy running a small business, especially in a beautiful but busy area like Alki, and restaurants like this deserve to be supported. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much, Lynda, for such a wonderful meal and for making us feel so welcome!
