Red Chili Tofu, black beans and yams
    Denise S.

Very disappointed in this place. The very first time I ordered from here was very perfect. I ordered the red curry chili tofu, black beans stirfry, yams with the crêpe. Everything was fantastic and I came back a second time it changed a little bit this time I came back awful! I ordered the red chili curry and she gave me something that looks like chickpea curry, I tried to tell her that is not it, but she told me it was. It was a disgusting piece of tofu with no flavor and top with a ton of curry sauce! They didn't even try to at least cut it in to pieces, instead of this chewy block! It seems like no one cares anymore how to make anything..never going here again.

sesame chicken over coconut rice and mango sauce w/ sides of broccoli, carrots, and spinach kale stir fry

I was in the The Westchester doing a little shopping and thought I would stop up at the food court since it was close to dinner. Even though the food court had been completely overhauled a few years ago, some of the newer businesses did not survive the pandemic, so there have already been some closures with new eateries taking their place. One of these newer spots is Bang, and since I had never tried it before I figured I would check them out. Bang serves Asian Fusion cuisine, and the menu is set up where you build our own wrap or bowl. As I approached the counter I scanned the menu - they make it easy since you build as you go from left to right. I ultimately decided on a bowl with sesame chicken and coconut rice. I was able to choose two sides so I went with broccoli and carrots as well as spinach-kale stir fry (because, you know, January). I got to choose a sauce to finish off the bowl - the guy helping me suggested the mango one so I went with that. To say it was a bowl is kind of misleading, it was more of a plate with sides- either way, I thought the food itself had a lot of flavor. The sides were a bit on the lukewarm side, but it's kind of understandable since veggies can get cold quickly if they are sitting out (I will say they had everything covered in foil to try and retain as much heat as they could). The chicken was definitely the star of the dish - it wasn't fried in the way you would find at Chinese takeout, rather breaded with a flavorful coating; the mango sauce and coconut rice complemented it well. Service fast and friendly; I won't say I was blown away by the food, but it was a solid dish, and I would be open to trying them again if I was in The Westchester.

Such a fantastic and fresh option for food court dining! I ordered butter chicken with veggies and lentil hummus. It had great flavors and felt nourishing. I was pleased to see the gluten free options. I look forward to trying again!

This shit named "Bang"? This shit was NOT a bang. The workers hate their job and tend to be rude as a mf. It was my first time there and I felt I was not welcomed. The food was NOT as advertised and it was expensive as hell for some cheap shit. The sesame chicken was not crispy it was chewy and not good at all. I waisted my money. Sesame Chicken was terrible.

    Welcome!

Pleasently surprised by this Indian fusion fast food in the Galleria Mall. Sesame Chicken over coconut rice with mango sauce.. Really good! Nice change of pace from mall food!

This is literally my first time reviewing a place on yelp, but after seeing some negative reviews, I had to set the record straight. I frequent the area for work and have yet to try Bang until today. I got the sesame chicken along with the veggies and cilantro corn. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh! It's clear the ingredients are top notch. I am not a health nut, but love this place because I know I am eating quality ingredients while also eating super delicious and savory items. The service was incredible and the lady helping me was so patient as I tried to figure out what to order. I will absolutely be back.

Chicken, beef, Asian noodles, chickpea curry, guacamole, two sauces, cauliflower pizza from Bang.

So... we traveled 1200 miles to have wonderful Chinese Food. The Aberdeen, located off the lobby…read moreof the White Plains Residence Inn, is known for its dim sum - which is excellent. However, the rest of the broad and deep menu is excellent as well. The rich Sweet Corn Chicken Soup is sweet, thick (but not gummy) and quite tasty. The pan fried dumplings were outstanding. They were perfectly cooked and well stuffed with minced pork and veggies. The Honey Walnut Shrimp were amazing - plump and perfectly dressed. Finally, the Sesame Chicken was amazing. Perfectly cooked but the best thing is that the chicken was moist, rich and flavorful. So, if we're ever back in White Plains, you know where we'll be dining.

Aberdeen If you…read moreever find yourself in White Plains, NY, make sure that you go to the Marriott Residence Inn. Walk into the lobby, make a left and find the big brass door. Behind it is, by reputation, one of the best dim sum restaurants ever. The decor may be basic but the menu is broad and offers too many wonderful sounding choices. Friendly, helpful servers take your drink order and there's a QR code you can use to get your food but they have physical menus and will take your order to make things easier. We opted for a more traditional meal. The chicken corn soup had a rich broth and was loaded with chicken, corn and egg. The pan fried pork dumplings were crispy and delicious. The sesame chicken had a rich, sweet, sticky sauce on perfectly cooked chicken. The honey walnut shrimp were a delight. The portions are generous and more than enough to share. The quality and freshness of the ingredients are probably the reason for the slightly higher prices.
