The fish was rather bland for my taste, but the sauce provided was tasty. Their noodle dishes are spectacular and filling.

so, the food is AMAZING! And, we typically have decent customer service, however last week we popped in for what we thought would be a late lunch. However, they close from 2-4. No problem, that's not uncommon. Here's the problem, The hours were not posted on the door, nor was it locked. We walked in assumed they were serving as there were two men eating. After standing there in the view for several min. one of the"gentleman" said "we're on break" "oh ok", "so are you closed"? "yes" never looking up nothing! Not giving two shits that this was there problem for not locking the door, yet looking at me as if "duh". So rude, so unprofessional. Nothing like hey, we reopen at 4. Nothing, as we were leaving, no, no one got up to lock the door to prevent someone from walking in again

We've been hearing good things about the Bangkok Bistro anf finally got around to trying it. For anybody that's lived in the Fort for awhile, BB is located in the old Bagel Station location. (RIP cheese bagels). It's a small quaint place and I was suprised they also served beer an wine. Like so many places today, the service was just ok. I was going there for the food. The prices were extremely reasonable for today's standards. We started with two different appetizers, Thai egg rolls and Samosas. Both were tasty, with the Samosas standing out, especially with the dipping sauce. I had the beef pad Thai with medium heat. It had a great stir-fry, almost smokey taste. I would definitely rate it as owner of the better pad thai in the city. My daughter had the basil fried rice with extra vegetables and loved it. My wife had basil fried rice with chicken and was also a hit. With the high quality, fresh tasting meals on top of the overall, customer friendly prices, we'll certainly be back.

What I gem we found. We ordered the Rad-Na, 'amazing!', garlic stir fry and basil fried rice. Everything was excellent and authentic. It's very hard to find Thai food like this. Will definitely always stop here when in town. Kudos to the owner. Thank you for adding the sauces/spices when bringing the Rad Na.

Good Thai food! They had a lot of choices and great portion sizes. The papaya salad came with fried chicken, which was different but really delicious and crunchy! Our server was nice, but didn't come back for a long time after giving our food. One of us had to go to the front to let them know we needed take out boxes and were ready to pay. However, I liked the food and will probably go back!

Delightful establishment! The service is excellent. I came for a large group and they did a great job taking our orders and bringing the food to the table all about at the same time. We got a variety of appetizers and they were all great. I enjoyed the cheese wontons, veg spring rolls, and potstickers. I got the yellow curry and was pleased at the amount of chicken in it (some places are skimpy portions). I'd go again!

We stopped for dinner today on the way home. They were kinda crowded. But still wanted to eat here. The Fried Ribs were a bit chewy, but still were okay. Loved the dipping sauce. I poured that "!:;::_?! " on everything !!! Lol was spicy tongue tingling tasty. My rice was plentiful but a bit plain. Sooo I dumped that rib dip on it .Omgoodness !!! Really kicked it up. Husband ate all his soup. Go figure. LMAO Would come back. Wait staff is great too. Busy carry out. If you haven't tried them you should. We will be back.

Bangkok Bistro has a very pleasant atmosphere and delicious food that make a nice dinning experience. On this occasion we went on a very busy Friday night. Everything was very slow as our waiter was servicing a lot of tables. However we weren't in a rush so we enjoyed the visit. Thing I dislike about BB is the same as what I didn't like about the Bagel Station. At night...you couldn't find this place unless you really know where you are going. You can't see the building or the sign on the building from the street. The sign above the restaurant is not lit. To make it worse...the shopping center marquis still has the previous tenants logo and name. On top of this...the parking lot is very small and right. We picked the tempura shrimp to start. This included 6 medium sized shrimp coated with a nice amount of tempura. The tempura was crispy and not too greasy. Two different sauces came with the dish. One had a soy/Spivey taste. The other was more like a sweet & sour taste. Both sauces were innovative and delicious! For dinner I choose the Massaman Curry as I love curry and peanut flavors. The rice was perfectly cooked. The potatoes and carrots were cooked just enough to be crisp and soft. The beef was a little tough and void of any special flavor. The peanut sauce was delicious. It was a bit thin but still had a rich peanut taste without the Curry being over bearing. My wife's shrimp salad was very fresh and tasty. The sauce was light, tangy while really accenting the shrimp and veggies. There were lots of medium sized shrimp pieces. Overall we had a very good experience. The interior is somewhat elegant without feeling like a fine dinning experience. The waiter, while overloaded, was very friendly and professional.

Best Pad Thai in Fort Wayne hands down. The staff is so nice and friendly and I love the style of the space. I believe the building used to be bagel station and the change in interior is so surprising but also beautiful. I love their fish cakes and their drunken noodles are so so so delicious! I come here at least once a month for carryout but I hope to soon dine in and have a cute date! The food in person has great presentation so ignore the bad photo of the pad Thai this is halfway after I demolished it lol

Very beautiful food/drinks and plating! I would go back just for that alone. Extremely friendly staff. Felt welcomed as soon as I stepped in. Spice level is great too--accurate and not weakened. My pad see ew was a bit saltier than I am use to... but I still ate the whole plate.

Fabulous little spot that I never knew about. We stopped in for some Thai food and weren't disappointed. We started with samosas and then ordered glass noodles with tofu and their top listed curry dish (chicken with both white and sweet potatoes). Service was fast and friendly. It really filled up when we were there so their delicious food isn't a secret.

Nice decor, great service. I ordered my regular drunken noodles. I wanted to try Ramen but that isn't available yet. I wasn't disappointed! Pretty flavorful. My husband always gets Pad Thai. He said it was "ok". We had hot tea. I liked it. We had Jasmine and Oolong. The menu was good. Had a fair amount of variety. Lunch is a a good deal, although not a lot to choose from. read more

What a lovely experience !! If you enjoyed Thai Diner ( on Illinios rd. ) previously or Nirvana , you will enjoy this new restaurant . Why ? Well they are the same owners who owned these restaurants ! They could not stay away from their passion of great food and service to their quests. Very nice surroundings in here. Clean, sparkling, and a good size inside. The restrooms are very clean and well maintained and pretty too. They are located off of E.State and Santa Rosa towards the back of another business on State street. A now closed Bagel Station shop. The far left corner of a small strip mall. Plenty of parking. Now you see the pictures of our food here. Uuum oink, oink. Lol The apps were just delicious. Every dang one if them. The fried Gyoza were very tempura fried . So delicate and wonderfully delicious. Would get again. The Veg egg rolls were very lite and crispy as were the Veggie egg rolls. The Pad See ew with Chinese sweet sausage was fabulous !! Husbands fish was mauled down to the bare bones. This is a bone in whole fish. GONE !! The Manager, P.K. was so nice. Awesome guy. Thank You Man !! He didn't have to "fix" anything. Everything was perfect. The waiter was great and right on it with top notch service. Thank you Luke !! We will certainly return. Next time I'm trying the Pork Soup and Calamari. The best Thai food in Fort Wayne. I've never had a better veggie Pad Thai - they really are generous with the vegetables! I have also had their pad see ew and green curry and they were also extremely delicious. Don't forget dessert: mango + sticky rice! (drooling). And if you order a pineapple fried rice, it comes out in half of an actual pineapple! The atmosphere is really nice, and the staff are always very pleasant too. read more

This restaurant is so new on the block that i had to add it to yelp myself, but i went through that work just so that i could come here and praise it. The atmosphere is new and inviting, the bathrooms very clean, the staff are very nice and tentative yet not overwhelming, and most importantly the food. Oh my the food, fantastic flavor and textures, perfect presentation, they even have the little mini-heaters for the soups. I had the glass noodles with tofu and my better half had the tom yum soup. Both we cooked to perfection. I seriously cannot stop ranting about how awesome this place is, we will most certainly come back here. Highly recommend! Minimum give them one shot they wont disappoint. read more

The food keeps me coming back, I miss Bahn Thai and this establishment fills the void very well. Delicious appetizers, dinners and the mango sticky rice for dessert is always a must. Not 4 stars because every time I'm their they are out of my first choice on the menu (no matter what I choose) and service was very slow and disorganized each time I've been there (about 5x). Will still go back because the food is so good and presentations of the food are masterful. read more

This is the most authentic Thai food I've had in the USA. I have gone every week since I discovered it. The serving staff is all so friendly, and the owner has become my friend. You can expect most meals to be around $14, and the atmosphere is in between fancy and casual. No dressing up is needed, though I wouldn't wear sweatpants. 11/10 read more

Insanely delicious! Such kind staff! I literally have nothing but praise after such an amazing experience here. We got the Tom Yum Soup, Pad Thai, mango sticky rice and Thai iced tea and everything was so flavorful and beautifully presented. I've lived in several cities across the US and this is honestly one of my favorite Thai places I've ever been. We were just passing through the area and I'm so glad we stumbled in. The crab mandalay is worth trying this place alone. The Pad Thai is a little on the dry side I would suggest asking for extra sauce that comes with the crab mandalay and throwing it onto the Pad Thai. Pretty fire. will go back. read more

This is my favorite Thai place in Fort Wayne. My personal favorite menu item is the Tom Kha Gai. Their Panang curry is delicious but I could do without the green beans in it, personally. The restaurant is beautifully (minimalist) decorated. Can't wait for my next visit! read more

The best Thai food in Fort Wayne if not the the whole state of Indiana. Now that we've been more than once it's time to go on the record. I'll even give it the edge on Nawa, if for no other reason than it's about half the price (& every bit as good). So if you like unique, well spiced Thai food and you've been settling for something else just because it's closer or whatever, I urge you to give Bangkok Bistro a try. You will be well rewarded for driving the extra fifteen minutes, trust me. read more

It is my first time at a Thai place, and let just say I love it here, the food is so affordable if you're on a budget, I first had the coconut fried shrimp something new apparently as a starter, I tell you what these shrimp knock out red lobster out of the ball park, what kind of shrimp just melts in your mouth?! Next I had the panang curry recommend by my waiter and like he said it was spicy but not like I need a glass of paper to drink every bite I had, even the beef absorbing that wonderful curry for so long was really tender, lastly I had the cosmic haze, and to this day I still want to know what in the world is the secret blue potion?! read more

Hands down my NEW favorite Thai spot in Fort Wayne. If you haven't try this place out you are definitely missing out!! I love the fact that they didn't over cook my chicken stir fry dish, it was perfectly cook and SUPER juicy. Most Asian restaurant always overcook the meats. Like who would want chewy chicken ?!! LOL not to mention the staffs there are SOOO friendly and I LOVE THE DECOR!! I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place!! read more

I have never felt the need to leave a review before but this place was unbelievably good that I just had to. First off the interior is so cute and chic inside which gave it such a nice "date night" kind of feel, but was also casual enough for a nice lunch during the day. For starters we got the Crab Mandalay which were so thin and crispy, it was amazing. Then for dinner we got the Pad See Ew and the Tonkotsu Ramen. The Pad See Ew is definitely a must have when coming here to eat and the Ramen noodles were really authentic and delicious. For dessert we got a classic Mango Sticky Rice which I dug into right away. Overall great portions and decent pricing for a nice Thai dinner. I would definitely come back here again and recommend it to others. read more

This is by far the best Thai spot in town!! They have something for everyone. We got the Pad See Ew and the Ramen and both were delicious. Portions are great and the flavor is something you can't get at any other restaurant in town! Not only is the food amazing the service is also great! Everything came out super fast and our server was very friendly. The owner from the back came out to ask us how our food tasted which was very appreciated!
