My noodles were very sticky and cling together they were very difficult to separate and this was 30 minutes after picking up order and returning home I called back to the restaurant to let the manager know how dissatisfied I was and she acted like it wasn't their problem almost like I was trying to get a free meal next time and it wasn't happening that really Infuriated me. We are from DC, so we are spoiled by many good, authentic Thai restaurants where we live. Thankful we found this place through Yelp when we arrived to visit my mother. There's such a dearth of Asian restaurants in this area, well, good ones, anyway. Overall, the flavors were good, though the pad thai was a tad on the sweet side. We liked the green chicken curry and the beef with thai basil. In both those dishes, we didn't think we got enough protein. In the curry, too much bamboo shoots and not enough chicken. Then not enough beef and too much onions. Both dishes also had peas, which I have never seen in thai cooking. Definitely too much filler. Still, we were glad for this food so we didn't have to eat junky fast food after traveling all day. read more

With that recommendation, we went with high expectations and were not disappointed. That was 2 years ago and we have returned many times since. The food is always delicious and promptly served. My favorite is the Massaman Curry with Chicken (Big chunks of chicken and lots of veggies with Jasmine rice) and Thai Tea. My husband loves the Yellow Curry with Shrimp. Heard great things so decided to try it out. Only one server plus the owner helped so service was a bit crazy and on the slower side but all considering not terrible. Our order came out perfectly except the spring rolls were on the cold side. The food was good but the whole night was ruined for me when, as we were leaving, I looked over to the booth we had just stood up from and saw a German cockroach sitting on the booth back. As we all know, where there's one of those little bastards, there are so, so many more. Won't be back. That totally grossed me and my family out. read more

This place is small in a strip mall but the atmosphere is pleasant and the food is delicious- i like the sampler platter which allows you to try several of the many appetizers they offer -- the food is delicious and very flavorful and freshly made . Service is quick and food comes out fast. The yellow curry is amazing and i am not a huge curry fan . There for the first time last night with family and friends...VG!!! We all enjoyed what we had. The family who runs the place were very nice, helpful with the menu and in a nicely decorated comfortable restaurant to dine in. I understand our waitress has her two very well behaved children nearby (and dressed the same as her) Her mother is the one who prepares all the dishes. I had the appetizers, and the entree, Massaman Curry with Shrimp. This entree you will finish with a spoon, that sauce was phenomenal. And at least a dozen nice size shrimp in the entree. Not very spicy but tasted great. The Coconut ice cream for dessert was also VG!! Can't believe how so reasonably cheap the bill was. You get a very generous portion for the price. I posted pix with comments. You won't be disappointed. I understand this place is much better than THAI PHOON that's located within a mile from here. TIPS: I would recommend making reservations as the place is small.
