The staff was friendly and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Parking was a little tough, especially with snow, since the parking lot is on the smaller side. Once you have Sala Thai in airway Heights you will think this place is awful and crazy for there prices. The food isn't as fresh to what I have experience and doesn't taste authentic at all. They over charge big time and not worth spending your money. Go to Sala Thai if you want Thai food. Me and my family won't be back here. read more

We had a group of 10 at Bangkok Thai tonight and were pleasantly surprised that it was very nice! The food was cooked to order with everyone choosing their rate of spiciness. We wanted to like this place because we like the other Bangkok Thai in the valley. Overall the food wasn't bad, but is wasn't exceptional. We shared a green curry. The medium spice was more mild than medium. There happened to be a lot of flies in the restaurant which also detracted from the experience. To top it off, there was very limited parking. My boyfriend and I just ordered a phad thai and a pad see ew for delivery. The food arrived quickly which was great. However, both dishes had incredibly dry chicken and burned black bits throughout which made them inedible. Besides the charred nasty bits the two noodle dishes had absolutely no other flavor and didn't resemble anything thai at all. read more

Food is hit or miss. Sometimes great sometimes horrible. Don't ever order the Thai wings unless a plate full of bones and no meat is your thing. Service is bad and they make you feel uncomfortable the whole time you are there. Also prices are absolutely ridiculous and do not match what you get. Hmm it's really hard to spot this place while driving down the hill, but we spotted it while driving up the hill hehe. It's somewhat on a slant to the street, across from Savory. The fact that this place was really dead on a Friday night at the dinner rush time probably should have said something. I ordered pineapple chicken with sticky rice. The chicken was pretty good. I thought it lacked flavor though. And the rice was awful. It was like it had been sitting for a whole day. It was packed so tightly together and I had to use a knife to get it apart. It even tasted a little funky. One of my friends who was with me had the same problem with her rice. And my other friend ordered a curry and asked for it to be spicy, but when he got it, it wasn't at all spicy. He was disappointed. His sticky rice was edible though. The wait staff were very attentive though and really paid attention to when we needed refills and what not. I was just hoping the food would be better since I'm leaving Spokane in a few days and wanted to get in some good food while I was still here. Oh well. read more

I'm a little mixed about this place. The pineapple and prawn curry was amazing. Much better than any other Thai place that I've been to. The shrimp in a blanket was just breaded and fried prawns with sweet chili sauce which were pretty good (you can never go wrong with sweet chili sauce). Then the bill showed up and I was sticker shocked. The food was really good but this place was at least 40% more expensive than other Thai places that I have been to. read more

Consistent food, good lunch specials, really fast staff, and a nice variety of items from classics like tom yum, pad thai, mango rice to some stir fry etc. I can say the dishes have too much sugar in them (been to Thailand twice this year and ate A LOT of food so I am not clueless in this cuisine) I've never had anything bad here but I think the prices are a little on the high side (entrees $15+). I took my two friends here for them to try Thai food. I have never been here prior so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was really craving for Pad Thai, so that's what I ended up ordering. My friends got curry and pineapple fried rice and they both enjoyed their dishes. One of the best Thai food I ever had. The place is really cozy with but the high ceiling made the place looks bigger than it really is. The decor is like most other Thai places with elephants and Buddhas art. The food is very tasty. Our pad Thai was perfect. However, it was weird that they dropped in only 1 shrimp for the whole dish. The panang curry was delicious with rice. I wished they had a bit more veggies in it though. The chicken curry only came with basil and bell peppers.
