We started with the crispy salt and pepper chicken, which was everything it was promised to be. Not over breaded, it was perfectly crispy and wonderful with the spicy dipping sauce. Next, I ordered B1 (Szechuan pork noodle bowl) and hubby got B3 (Maya pork noodle bowl). The waiter cautioned him that it was spicy, but we were all in. It was perfect! There were chicken pieces in it, mushrooms and a delicious "tofu sausage." It also had 2 pieces of baby Bok Choy and some pieces of kelp. I wished there was more vegetables. The soup also had green onions and cilantro. The broth was a tiny bit spicy from the chili oil. I am happy that this soup does not have sesame seeds in it, so I didn't have to ask them to hold the sesame seeds. Lol. Each bowl also came with a decent amount of thinly sliced beef shank, a whole marinated egg, and generous amount of scallions and cilantro.
